I drive 4 hours from Ohio 2-3 times a year and pick up dozens of pepperoni rolls for my friends who don’t know what one is. I picked up 3 Dozen on 8-7-21. They were ready at said time but forgot the marinara. Waited about 15 minutes for 3 little tubs. Got in my car and left. I pulled one out to eat, because they are good warm, was way over done. Looked in my other 2 Dozen and the same thing. I was to far in my drive to go back. Very disappointed this time! Over done, hard as rocks. Wasn’t worth the 50$ I spent!

Store was not stocked, employees were not friendly and the person making the extremely small Italian sub that I ordered did not know what he was doing and took about 10 minutes to make it. The manager was talking with what appeared to be another manager or supervisor and was then approached by a young female employee who he yelled at in front of everyone in the store. Really unprofessional and just a bad experience for a pitifully small sandwich on a stale bun.

Overall, a pretty good market/deli. They do offer some nice selections of sandwiches, meats, and cheeses. One of my favorites is their chicken BLT, and imported prosciutto. Downsides would be a little pricey, but not by much. Tried the recommend potato salad and it was a bit lacking in terms of bite and taste. 4/5 stars. Will continue to visit but would visit more if prices were lowered by 5 or 10%.

Worst customer service of any gas station I’ve ever been too . I didn’t get a refund for gas I didn’t use. Highly recommend others to go elsewhere especially if you live in Morgantown and near the cheat lake area . I can’t believe I have to give a star because they don’t deserve one.

Its a little convenience store. They sell gas. The attendants are always nice. The place is neat and clean. Have a little fireplace that you can sit down and drink your coffee or read your paper beside. They also have a little place where you can order ready-made food.

Its the best convent store in town. Because its clean and they so much more than any other convienent store and gas station. From wine to a high end deli! And Ritas Water Ice!!!!

My first time here I am fascinated by this place I got a delicious pepperoni roll with cheese amazing fresh meats and cheeses and salads all kinds of drinks whatever you want I really do recommend this place to everyone

Food is always good but the past few times Ive been in my order has been wrong. Normally its just been something I can remove but today there was stuff I didnt want plus it wasnt even the correct meat. They said turkey but it was ham. Im not super picky and it still tasted fine but its frustrating that I cant seem to get what I actually ordered.

Great coffee. Deli sandwhiches & salads made fresh to order. Meats & breads from Pittsburgh strip district. Good wine selection. Fresh donuts & biscotti. Always something different & good.

These people have the absolute worst costumer service I have ever seen. I had the worst experience we these rude employees that just don’t care about their costumers. They are truly disgusting and should fire ever person at this location.

Sandwich was good, but gave me the squirts. Decent beer selection. More convenience store than deli.

Stood at deli counter while four employees ignored me. Finally asked what I wanted then preceded to not get it. Walked out. Will not return. They can keep the pepperoni rolls.

Excellent quality meats and cheeses for reasonable prices. I have also ordered hot food from here on a few occasions and have never been disappointed, always hot and delicious!

They lady tonight at 7:30p.m. was very rude, to me. I will never step back into this store AGAIN. She said it was ridiculous that I called and checked about something ahead of time to make sure they had it... She still continues to argue in front of customers. She should not be working with people in public. I would love for the store owner/supervisor would contact me via email so that I can discuss this unacceptable behavior from this short hair and short in height lady. She needs to be FIRED!!!

Just learned today that BFS has bought this store, and now the Ritas is gone. Rumor is the deli will stay, but I have no hopes the quality will remain the same.

Ordered 2 meatball hoagies, and both have dry meatballs, a blend of veggies and peppers (that shouldnt be there) and no sauce! Heard good things about this place and very disappointing!
