Mean staff bad attitude and long wait
VICKI- with the management team is absolutely horrible. She is rude, condescending and berates customers. I went there and she was rolling her eyes at me, sighing loudly and loudly announcing to myself and everyone behind me in line that she was the only person working that day. She horribly needs an attitude adjustment. I cant believe she is a manager.
I come here all the time to load my card with money, I came by today and the lady claimed she couldn’t load my card. Idk if she was a manager but she was wearing dark clothing? Anyways, she showed me the screen and i noticed that she just swiped the card, she didn’t hit the correct buttons. I know this cause I used to work for cvs and it’s not rocket science. Obviously this lady either didn’t know how to do her job, or she lied to me. Either way, it was disappointing and I’m not coming back
Good selection, convenient location, will not accept legal tender from the United States of America for all debts, public and private ($100 Federal Reserve Note). My sale total was over $100. Benjamin Franklin has to shop somewhere else.
Takes them half a day to fill a script that other pharmacies do in 15 minutes. They took my wifes script on a Friday afternoon after making sure they had her medicine but said shed have to pick it up the next day. When she returned the next morning, they said they were out of her medecine until Tuesday.
Krogers had told me to go to CVS that they will fill my prescription . .so I went ...the guy at drive threw window was so rude ?? He was asking me who sent me I told him he asked like I was a lier ..why would I lie ? I just sit a half HR in drive threw!!! Never going there again !!!
This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever been too. I have never had so many complications picking up 2 prescription. I have used the CVS in Fairmont as well as the one by WVU and I have never experienced the same
Worst pharmacy! They need new pharmacists because they have to dig through every scrit to find yours like they didnt fill it themselves! So slow! I waited in the drive thru twice for 20 minutes!!!!
Terrible customer service. Waited 10 minutes to checkout at the pharmacy counter after failing to find any employee to check me out in the front registers. After seeing the pharmacy tech was having a lengthy conversation with a customer, I went back up to the front to be checked out. The store manager, Joseph failed to acknowledge my dissatisfaction and lacked customer service skills when he checked me out. CVS will never have my business again. 0 stars if I could. Avoid this particular CVS.
Good service, good selection, and easy to access from the main road
Had to have a script filled here, when I left mine back home. The staff was very helpful, prompt & friendly.
I wait too long on phone for their answer the phone. Seem not good customer service. This kept calling me too many time and it’s annoying. I’m no longer use this service.
Anytime Ive gone here the worker were friendly and hopeful when I had to find something.
Pharmacy tech was rude.
