Treated so nice when I came in for a hearing test. Linda made me feel so comfortable and important! Stephen administered my hearing test, adjusted my Starkey hearing aids and gave me all kinds of information on the new technology. Hopefully, with his care, I can use my current hearing aids for another year, but I know when I need new ones, that I could not be in better hands.

I was referred to Best Value Hearing Center in Morganton office about 10 years ago or so and they have truly been a blessing to me and my family! Seeing thru when I needed a hearing aid and helping me adjust to the hearing aid. Then last year I needed another one and have received the same treatment as before. They make you feel like family and that your needs are very important .Recently my mom needed a hearing aid and they have her the same wonderful care as they have me. They go beyond their duties and its not just a job to them. They are a tremendous excess to our community.
