Fast, friendly and smiling employees. Everything was fully stocked as far as what I went there for & it was in the right section and was labeled for discounts with your advantage card.. even bought a chocolate creme pie for dessert tomorrow night. Cant wait to try it out. Looked amazing and couldnt pass it up

Hardly no bag salads or containers of spring lettuce. Some of the bag fresh vegetables were too close in date. The guys in deli really need to be trained about how to use fresh gloves after doing certain things with their gloves on like touching their face. Then they want to slice you lunch meat. Uh....no thank you.

They have a good pharmacy and an excellent produce department. Staples like coffee are too expensive.

Always friendly. Needed Money order. Customer Service Desk handled that transaction rapidly.

Big beautiful brand new store. Has Gas Express where you can use points you earn in the grocery store toward $ off your gas. I love it. Great hot lunch/dinner plates in deli. They have sushi, subs, pizza and pretty good Chinese too. Bakery has the BEST muffins and cakes. They did a wonderful job on my grandsons birthday cake. Floral department has a wonderful selection, especially at Valentines.

Oh my Goodness!! I am traveling through the area looking for lunch. We stopped by the deli and they had Boars Head luncheon meats. Double meat foot long subs at a super good price. Stop by, I surely did! We look forward to wandering the grocery isles soon.

Ive always really loved Ingles, I just wished that they didnt have to go up on the prices, but the cost of living went up with the cost of wages. Their manager and employees go out of their way for you with a smile.

Heads Up, everyone...Ingles Chili at the soup bar is the Best!! The large container is $5.99 which is absolutely enough for myself and Hubby. Plus I appreciate Ingles employees are very helpful and kind 😁

Its been a long time since I shopped at Ingles,stopped one afternoon and got doughnuts. They were delicious Its not Krispy Kreme but close enough.

The management needs an attitude adjustment. Gary had some derogatory things to say about his staff.... in front of customers. Thankfully the cashiers have great attitudes.

The place is Monumental! But the local beer selection is fantastic! I do wish my local Harris Teeter Cary. As many North Carolina beers!

I shop weekly+ at Ingles and generally have a positive experience there. The last several times I have been to the store, there is no sign on the door recommending the wearing of masks during this current surge in infections and I saw only two or three employees wearing a mask. I was surprised to see on Ingles website that a mask is required. Sadly today is my last day to shop at Ingles until the safety of patrons and employees is more of a priority. Other local stores are adhering to the CDC recommendation of masks and social distancing.

Decent selection of options. Standard fare. A good stop to pick up conventional food items. Prices are reasonable. Good selection of gluten-free options.

Great to see a new grocer, while on vacation. It reminded me a lot of Harris Teeter with fuel points, etc.

The store itself is great, but please hire better employees. MOST of them are very unfriendly, though there are a few good apples. But the bad really ruin the few good ones.

Usually good selection of whatever Im after. Sometimes busy but usually not too much of a wait. Like the extra points around holidays for certain types of gift cards.

Wide isles, best brand selection, delicious meat. And I love the Ingles brand as well. Several registers always open, no long lines. A top quality store all the way around!

My boyfriend and I went to this ingles and got Starbucks and just being honest it absolutely was awful the 2 women there were terrible! My boyfriend’s iced white chocolate mocha was so bitter and my strawberry açaí just did not taste right at all! We literally threw our drinks away at the gas station cause they were so bad!! They had very bad attitudes but the guy that took our order was amazing. He was very nice and had such a good attitude! They only good thing that we got was our cake pops! Him and I will will never go back to that ingles to get Starbucks ever again!

They have the store aisles set up nice, plenty of room to be able to pass another person on the same aisle as you. Alot of different items that other stores dont have. You can get fresh sandwiches made, fresh coffee and a large bakery and produce items. Fresh meat you can pick out. Great customer service.

I enjoy the storage clean fresh well maintained the products in the deli are kept nicely and the sandwiches you cant beat the price I would put it up against any sandwich shop.

My experience with angles has always been wonderful wonderful people large selections of items to choose from plenty of room could maneuver around just a wonderful place to shop I wish there was one in Hickory North Carolina do you have to drive to Morganton AR to Statesville to shop but it is worth it hopefully someday theyll build one in Hickory or Conover

3rd time Ive shopped at Ingles and I couldnt believe how the price of everything was so low. Every employee I talked to were very nice and respectful.

Big store, nice selection. The dry ice machine is broken, so that was a bummer. Most of the staff are friendly.

Ingles used to be my favorite store. They have the biggest variety of foods and products in all of MORGANTON. They dont ever run out, like Food Lion. Unlike Food Lion, you have to purchase 2 for the b1g1 and their prices have skyrocketed. However, the customer service has not changed. (They are very helpful.)*Just be observant when in the produce. I have seen mold on several fruits and vegetables.

So I didnt actually go in here to buy anything, I went in to use the restroom as the one in the park behind it was closed. I needed a pit stop before a 5hr paddle on the river. That being said, wow this place is awesome. Its HUGE. I kinda hated that I couldnt look around more. I mean its like the size of a Walmart. If there was one closer to me, Id definitely stop in to check them out for groceries.

Ingles Market is a very big, nice store with a great selection. I dont buy a lot there because of the high prices but it has a deli, a Starbucks and about anything you would be looking for.

I went in and asked the bakery to make a one in a melon cake. I just asked for a little simple something and oh man they went above and beyond. The cake was beautiful. It was also absolutely delicious. I cant begin to tell you how much they blew my expectations out of the water.

More expensive than food lion but has a better selection of goods.

Kudos to the employees who had the shelves stocked for customers today. Thank you for all your hard work and dedication.BUT very disappointed that the company has not provided gloves and face masks for every employee. Your employees are putting themselves out there for our community and I feel strongly that they should be protected.

Normally, I like this store very much. The employees are friendly and helpful, and the store is clean. Today, however, I bought groceries and took them home only to have the handles break on every bag (that actually had handles - half of them only had one and two loose pieces on the other side). I dropped a bag full of meat in the driveway, and my dozen eggs crashed out of my hands in my kitchen, breaking all of them. I thought I would be helpful and call the store to let them know, but the manager just said, Yup, we know. No offer of a refund/replacement for my damaged groceries. No Thanks for reaching out. Im really disappointed by the lack of customer service, Ingles. Continuing to use bags that you know will cause problems for your customers is not the way to keep customers. I dont have money to waste on groceries I cant use.

This location has been nicely upgraded. The layout is simple to memorize, clean & well-laid out. The deli is much better than the former building offered.

Convenient (close to home) & store is always clean.LOVE the gluten free chocolate chip muffins they have in the frozen gluten free section! I cant find them anywhere else! ❤❤❤❤Sadly prices are a bit too high. Thats why only 4 stars.

Ingles Market is the best grocery store. Its always clean, brightly lit. They stock their shelves to the fullest with so many more brands than any other stores. They also have an area to sit and have coffee, snack or to just take a break. If you havent shopped at Ingles you are missing out on the best shopping experience.

Little confusing as to where to find stuff but they had everything I was looking for and then some

It is wonderful to have a food court inside of a grocery store, although be prepared to pay slightly higher for some of the meals you choose. There is also a Starbucks for all the hipster coffee lovers! Ingles is a great place to buy groceries.

Ingles is my favorite store now...Lowes grocery is second...ingalls is just plain nice

Love that market it has just about everything you could ask for. Plus you can move around in the place without bumping into one another. And that special coffee the make.

If you are looking for varieties of ethnic, organic and gluten free foods... this is your store. The produce department, bakery and deli are the best in our county. The store may be a little pricey, but the quality and selection make it worth buying here.

Only truly use the pharmacy and bakery at Ingles but on the last visit to the bakery the cake options were terrible and end up going to Food Lion for the birthday cake.
