Associates were friendly and welcoming. Found some good clearance items and some regular ones that are always a good value. Store was clean and quiet as we were there pretty early in the day.

The Morganton, NC Store is very clean and organized. Friendly attendants and helpful. Better than all the other Big lot stores Ive been in.

The Big Lots store in Morganton is well stocked, aisles are not crowded and staff is friendly and courteous. There was a generous supply of seasonal items as well as everyday necessities. I found everything on my list plus a few things that I didnt know that I needed. The only issue and it is a minor one is the parking lot and street entrances are a bit confusing but would become less so after several visits. Walmart should take lessons from the big lots approach to customer service.

Great store to get items at a discounted price. Furniture selection is great as well

I wouldnt even give this store 1 star, but I had to, to get my review posted. I could tell the cashier (Toni) was having a bad day from the start. I was cursed by her, she told me I was being a smart___. Her name was Toni. I asked for a manager and a lady came up and asked me if she could help, but she wasnt even the manager. So Toni, the cashier started being nasty nice and the so called manager stood there and snickered. I have worked in some area of customer service all my working years. If I despised people that much, I would find another profession. And the sad thing is, that store was all but empty, no one was in the parking lot. There is nothing left in the shopping center except them. With staff like Toni and the so called manager Id say there working themselves out of a job. So, in all actuality, I will have the last laugh:)

Big improvement from previous site. Personnel easy to deal with in return of non functioning item, and knowledgeable about getting information needed.

Purchased a mattress nice price

Everything is great! Costumer service excellent, the only problem is that the bathrooms are dirty. I visit this place often with my kids and as usual children always have to use the restroom. Today I told my kids to hold it, it was that bad. :/
