I really hate giving these kind of star ratings, but what Id experienced here at this location, needs to be addressed!!! Just want to get straight to the point...when I called to check the status of my prescription, the pharmacist who took my phone call made me feel unwelcome,very uncomfortable and at times, uneasy. Tbh with the customer service that Id recieved...I just wanted to get in and out as quickly as possible!...I dont want go into detail, but Im sure there are others out there who know exactly what Im trying to say...what I had experience truly was unprofessional. Im going to gave an extra star because there are a couple of People who work at this location who are really sweet, nice, friendly and professional...this is why Im going to give it another shot! If I ever get treated the way I did today...relocation is going to be my only option!!!

Spoke to a guy here named Jay that was very rude. This pharmacy will not get my business anymore.

Pharmacist (younger gentleman) is amazing, hes on top of his process and moves quickly. I can see some of the reviewers taking this as a negative, but I personally respect someone who knows what theyre doing and maintains professionalism without fail. I have yet to have a poor experience with anyone here, glad I got lucky being close to this place.

Had a good experience here. The cashier helped me find what I needed quickly and had me checked out very quickly.

Made a mistake with my Rx and suggested it was my responsibility to ensure they didnt make mistakes like this. A dangerous attitude for a pharmacy to adopt.

Have been a customer at this store for many years. I gave it 5 stars for one reason only. Linda reilly is the one constant in the pharmacy. She is always super nice and friendly. Never too busy to greet you a with a smiles . She is always helpful and courtious. I went in a few days ago after a bit of an absence and there was Linda . It was like seeing a good friend. She is that nice. Thank you Linda Reilly.

I got some really great deals. Bought some Christmas presents and some stuff for me. Saved tons of money.

Pharmacy is very rude and does not listen

Would be 5 stars but one of the pharmacists is really rude all the time. I dont know what his problem is?

The manager Haider is very rude. Never greet or smile. If you ask her anything she acts like she doesnt really want to do it. Never helpful.

Very rude pharmacist. I cant believe there isnt a Walgreens closer in Morganton. You have to drive 15 miles.
