I asked politely if they do prize match and she had this attitude and said in a rude way. ( NO) I been to different stores and they will do it.

Very helpful and had everything I needed

Shout out to the amazing team in Morganton, NC for taking care of not only me(a store manager from PA) but my mom on my vacation. The new management and team are friendly and sweet as can. My mom stopped going because former management left a sour taste in her mouth. Everyone showed great customer service. We felt so welcomed. She is going to be a regular after this visit! Keep up the great work over there!

New girl, Jasmine is great! I asked her what I could use for my dry hair and she told me about a Tea Tree Shampoo. This during a phone conversation.

The store manager was extremely rude. Her negativity was evident before she ever spoke. Once actually inquiring about making a return with my receipt because it was purchased by my husbands card not mine she claimed she couldnt return it. Once I questioned her she said she could try and override it however, the whole time she was short, snippy, and disinterested in trying to help. The other ladies that work there have always been pleasant and eager to help, maybe they should be promoted to management.

Love going there to get my beauty products. Staff is super helpful and a great selection.

I would not even give them a 1 but it made me, Sallys should really hire new people. Ive shopped Sallys for years but will NEVER shop at sallys in Morganton again!!!! Ive never seen such rude Ill mannered customer service before. The first woman shut the door in my face and told me I couldnt come in until 12:30 and then lets a man that came after me right in, after finally getting into the store I shrugged it off and collected the items I needed. Only to get to the register to find yet another rude rep. They need a few lessons in professionalism and respect!! They should both be fired and replaced. Needless to say I did NOT make my purchase and until they are gone will not be making anymore purchases there!

One of the employee is so RUDE. I was about to buy something until she gave such a BAD attitude, She has blonde hair with some brown streak. BEWARE OF ATTITUDE
