Do you like to pay way more than you should for an oil change? Do you like to be upsold on everything that pertains to your car? Do you like to be intentionally misled on pricing? This is the place for you. It makes me sick 😷 how much I just paid for an oil change. I will NEVER EVER COME BACK HERE. I REMEMBER WHY I STOPPED.

New management Beware. If you have factory window tint go eles where. Guy who inspected my car M****o does not know the difference between factory tint vs non factory tint. 😑 This use to be my favorite place but will not go back nor send my friends to this location. Snappy Lube education is KEY!!

Very helpful. Went to have my vehicle checked for a certain issue and it was only missing a reset. I have reason to trust them as well for witnessing good work from them due to others Ive known in the past. Thankful for the employees knowledge, possibly saving me considerable cash if another place wouldve been dishonest. The employees friendliness and willingness to be outgoing and helpful made my morning, since I was coming home from work that day (3rd shift).

These guys are the absolute best! I’ve been going to Snappy Lube since I was 16. The group of men there now are fabulous. They do not try to “over sale” me, they’re super respectful, and take time to explain things in a way I understand. I don’t know what I’d do without them sometimes. I can’t speak more highly of them!

Cleaner than it looks. Service was kinda guick for the type of quick lube station that it is . Dont like the synthetic or semi synthetic oil . Sometimes they can hurt. Good gentlemen to talk to about cars.

Fast friendly service

Went for an inspection and it took entirely too long about 30 minutes or so and I was the only vehicle there. Younger guys that worked there were just hanging out and not inspecting. Then they tried the usual sell me an air filter which I didn’t need. I told them to just do the inspection and nothing else....they insisted the check every car for those things. Waste of time and unprofessional. Won’t be back

For all I know Snappy Lube is a great business. But around 5 or 6 o’clock seemingly every day they rev this loud engine for a while and everyone in the neighborhood behind this business can hear it. It literally shakes the walls. How necessary is it?

I have a 4th gen camaro that is a special case for sure. I brought it by just to be inspected, and with the new laws in effect, all that’s required is a visual. Car is lowered, on race suspension, built, with a built motor and of course it’s a 6 speed with a brutal clutch. I emphasized upon arrival that it couldn’t be put up on a lift and that I could pull it into the inspection bay for them to perform the visual. I wasn’t willing to put a random individual in a 500hp car for a simple inspection, regardless of his experience just from a liability stand point. The guy refused for this to happen, spewing off about legal jargon, and telling me he could lose his license and that every car is REQUIRED to go on a lift to check wheel bearings and ball joints and all that stuff. Honestly it was just non sense. Don’t take your hot rods or sporty cars here that require special care. Went somewhere else down the road and they didn’t even question me when I asked to be the one to pull it in a bay. Told me that would probably be best since I knew the car.

Absolute only place I will go for oil changes, inspections, brakes, fluid flushes etc. I have tried several other competitor companies before Snappy lube only because they are closer to home but EVERY single time I have had issues afterwards from leaking oil to my car acting funny. Since being recommended to Snappy Lube we have had zero issues with any of that anymore. We wont go anywhere else again. I have taken my Yukon, Camry, and Audi there and no matter the need for each individual car everything is always taken care of. The service is always quick unlike competitors that take hours out of your day, and the staff are always informative and helpful with any questions I may have. Highly recommended service!!!

I’m done with this place and I think most folks are as well as there use to be a line to get oil changed or inspected and now you can drive right in. That should have been a sign the last time I went. Constantly trying to sell you something and tell you that your car needs it. They have more gimmicks to take your money than an old medicine peddler. You just lost all my business and I guarantee you I will tell 10 more people about how you are all about the money and not about taking care of the customer and creating repeat business. You want to change your image? Here is some advice. Quit telling people they need this because their engine is gunked up or I’m not going to pass your inspection because you need new wiper blades. I have never had them tell me it would fell because I needed new tires. You know why? Because they don’t sell tires. Crooks!!!

Been going here for a while and have always kinda put up with there recommendations. I was over mileage on my oil so I did decide to get the oil system cleaner and fuel injection cleaner. I was told it would be around $80. After more than an hour I get to check out and they tell me its gonna cost like $145. Soon after another guy comes and fixes it so that my loyalty reward kicks in, the price is still $110 dollars. $30 more than he said it would be. Wont be back, there are way better places! Expensive, slow, and dishonest... count me out.

The staff did fluid change and inspection on my 85 Monte Carlo.They were fast, friendly. Ive been a returning customer for 3 years.

Said i FAILED INSPECTION on a 2000 buick park ave due to what he described as a bad ball joint and or wheel bearing on passenger side wheel....the car drives and RIDES IMMACULATE...no sound or feel of bad bearings or joint...took it 1/2 down the road to a DEALERSHIP and well qualified business and passed it with flying colors...SOOOOO....that being said BIG BOY at snappys (Mr.Goodwrench) wannabe...go get you some more KK DOUGHNUTS and BIG MACS and find you another career....maybe McDonalds will hire you fat boy

Usually I hate the thought of getting an oil change, really any type of car repairs. I pulled in about 8:30 on a Saturday morning, expecting to find the place full. To my surprise there was only one car ahead of me. I friendly fellow came out and asked me, what he could do for me. I told him an oil change. Very nicely, he told me to pull to the cone in front of the bay and they would be with me shortly.In a few minutes he came over and asked me if he could drive my vehicle into the bay. Ive done that before but I had visions of the Youtube video where the customer is pulling in and drives it right into the hole. I told him as much, he laughed and said that it WAS a liability. Very nice to find a gentleman with a sense of humor. It put me further at ease.They quickly got to work. I heard them calling out numbers, checking lights and talking about the type of oil. I was impressed that they were doing such a thorough job. He came out after a few minutes and showing me the inside of the oil plug. It was sludgey and black. My car has high mileage, almost 200,000. He suggested that I have a cleaner put in that would assist in keeping the oil clean, there was absolutely no pressure from him to do this. He just said he thought it would be a good idea. I agreed.The moment I knew that these guys were the best, was when I saw them vacuuming out my engine. I have no idea what I had done to get something in the engine that needed to be vacuumed, but if they had the decency to clean that out, I give them a gold star.In short, or not so short, I was impressed with they way they treated me. They were not condescending, did not try to sell me a bunch of extras that I didnt need, and the tech was pleasant and funny.I will recommend them to everyone I know. It was a chore that I had been dreading. And being a woman, it was the bright spot in my day. Who would have thought that, about an oil change. Kudos to RH my tech, Snappy Lube!

I used to have my oil changed and my vehicles inspected at the station. Ownership has changed. Needless to say, they have lost all my business now, including my small business! Horrible customer service, flippant attitude, the guy that runs the place is a jerk, and his crew seems to be afraid of him more than they respect him. Took my vehicle to him to be inspected, and he acted like I was trying to pull a fast one. This is where Ive always had inspected, but like I said new ownership. Do not take anything that these guys have it looked at. Not even have an oil change.

My hat off to Big John and his crew . my water pump went out and they replaced it more reasonable than two other quotes that i got,and did not take but one day, y,all have a loyal customer for life

If I could give less than one star I would . We own five vehicles and I normally take all the cars for inspection etc. every time I go .their is an issue . This last issue was on a 2000 model Honda Civic said it failed inspection because the connection that hooks up to the computer was missing . I informed him that a new motor had just been put in the car and it had to be there . He said he looked and did not see it. I drove out of the building and got on my knees and reach under the dash and pulled it down. I then returned at the inspection bay to be told that it was not securely fastened in a bracket and still failed . This upset me greatly to the point I called him on the phone and his response was it is not my job the hunt the plug . He said he was just doing his job and I say not well . He said he wasnt getting fined for anybody . I just spent 3000.00 on this car only for it to be be failed during inspection. I am so unimpressed with them . This is not the only issue I have had with them however it will be my last as I will never go back again and will certainly not say anything good to anyone I know.

I took my car and asked to gave the oil changed and the transmission flushed (at their suggestion on my previous visit). They told me it would cost around sixty or seventy dollars when they suggested this service. I mentioned the cost when I dropped off my car so that they understood what I wanted done. The guy said okay and I left my car. When I returned my bill was $304.08!!! I asked how it could be so much when all I asked for was the services mentioned above. But the guy checking me out wasnt there when I arrived so he couldnt answer my ?sSo I reluctantly paid the bill because I had to have my car. However, I have had two mechanics review my bill and they both said I was clearly taken advantage of. I will not ever go there again nor will my family members or the friends to whom Ive shared my story. I am very upset with the greed of this establishment and will go somewhere else to get the customer service that I need instead of unwanted and unneeded services to pad the pockets of places that only care about taking my money.

DO NOT GO HERE!! Very inexperienced and have no clue what they are doing. They didnt even fix my car that I paid over $200 to get fixed and it still runs the exact same way when I brought it to them. Overpriced even if you go buy the parts yourself. Smart ass people. I asked them what size was my tires on my car, because I was going to go buy some new ones and they said which one? They are plain STUPID and have no idea what they are doing!UPDATE: They have also put breaks on my car and Im at a mazda service place right now and there telling me how whoever put on my breaks last time only put one on the left rear. Hahahaa. Snappy lube is such a joke its not funny.
