Great experience! Looked everywhere and Everett in Morganton had exactly what I was looking for and a fair price. I was taken care of and even given a small dealer warranty on a used vehicle which gives a little reassurance.

After dealing with 2 other dealerships, negative experience, I ended up finding the car I wanted at Everett. Neil @ Everett in Morganton was extremely kind and knowledgeable about the vehicle. He answered all of my questions and sent me the credit app to fill out through email, because my father was in ICU. He had the vehicle brought to Morganton where and when I could get away to look at it. When my husband and I went in the dealership we were greeted with a smile and Neil even called me by name. There was no pressure to buy and no one tried to get us out of our price range. They took my trade in and gave us a very reasonable price for it. First Derrick was wonderful and listen to all my concerns about my car. He made management aware of my concerns and assisted in every way possible to help me and my family. Secondly Kambi went out of her way by understanding that I am disabled with a brain tumor and my daughter who is autistic purchased the vehicle to provide safe transportion to get myself and her to Asheville for are Dr. Appt. And Joey took the time to find the problem with my car and gave us a loaner vehicle so that I could get my daughter back and forth to school and therapy.
