I had previously talked to someone at another location about a part and decided not to buy it at that time before visiting this location to get the part that Id not gotten previously and was pretty much rushed out the door after being told that they couldnt help me and basically felt pushed out the door. I wont be returning to this location ever again.

Last night my brother, my husband, and our 7 year old autistic child went to AutoZone to exchange a set of floor mats I had purchased the week before because I found some cheaper. We made it almost to the door when Patrick, the employee working after 7:30pm came storming by us while rudely saying Im not doing any returns, I dont have the money! No hello, hey how are you NOTHING!!! Scared my child and completely turned my family against that location because of the way we were treated! He definitely needs a different job if his makes him so miserable!

Man was helpful polite and fast check out time also had everything I needed

Checked battery and alternator for me. I had to replace the battery which they did for me in a timely manner.

One of the best places to shop for auto parts. The people there go out their way to help customers.

They are always such nice people I have been a regular for a while, I work on my vehicles alot and im in there quite often some times I end up buying parts that end up not needing to be replaced and they are always really friendly when I return stuff even without the receipt they still help me with a good attitude the whole time.

Found what I needed quickly. The store was not crowded so my order was processed quickly.

Usually when I go to a place like this, theres 2 people working and 8 frustrated customers. Not the case here. 4-5 super friendly and very helpful employees. When my car broke down, they helped turn a bad day into a much better day.

AutoZone is the best place to shop because I ordered a brake hose it did not come in the store when it was suppose to so it was late a couple of days so when it did come in the store Manager asked if I needed brake fluid which I did, So i was angry but I didnt say anything she could tell so I got my wallet out and she goes Im not going to charge u. Was astonished she wanted to keep a customer satisfied thats awesome.

They do a great job. Feels like old school auto parts store that we all went to with our fathers or grandfathers.

Not very good no one asked if they could help me find something prices high.

Best place I know to get free boxes for storage or moving. The boxes are broken down requiring re-taping but dang theyre heavy duty, holding quarts or gallons of oil but FREE dont find that much any more.

Very helpful staff especially the manager /GM Johnathan very friendly and offers his best opinion even if auto zone is not the answer. He also is knowledgeable because he does his own vehicle repairs. Will usually tell you the easiest and best way to do things and even go out of his way to ensure he gets what you need or lets you know where to get what you need. I suggest asking for Johnathan every visit some of the other employees not so friendly and do not offer much help or on-site to the job you are on and often give wrong parts. Also making you feel as tho you are a burden to them. Also like to camend Adrian I believe is her name she always is helpful when I visit on regular basis.

Standing in line waiting to see if they have a part I need and an employee by the name of Tracy refered to a customer as a jack-ass because he left his card in his car and had to retrieve. Not too impressed with the lack of hospitality and empathy presented by her.

No one in the store knows how to do their job. I was told my parts would arrive by 6, then they told me 11 the next day. I needed the part asap so I entrusted them and they failed. I called every competitor in the area and was quoted longer times so I went with autozone. This is exactly why I stopped using autozone years ago.
