We had initially walked away from Victory since we couldn’t agree on a price. After a few days they agreed to not only match but lower the price a bit on my best competitive quote. We walked away with a great deal and that says a lot considering the market right now. John was great to work with. He worked quickly and we walked out with the car we wanted at a great price.

I had a great experience with the team at Victory Honda. When I arrived Andrew promptly greeted me and asked what I was in the market for. Even though they didn’t have the car I wanted on the lot, the general manager Justin assured me they had one offsite and could guarantee it would be at the dealership within the hour. We went inside and discussed the price and within 20 minutes we had a deal. They didn’t BS me at all and it was obvious they wanted to make a deal that was mutually beneficial. I got the exact car I wanted, with no hassle, and at a very, very good price. They didn’t try to upsell me to a different trim level and they were very transparent with the additional costs included with the car. They explained the benefits of having some additional features such as the wheel locks and I feel confident that they gave me the best price and service of and local Honda dealer. Before coming here I had a good quote on the vehicle I wanted and many dealerships turned me away as soon as they heard the price I wanted but not victory Honda. The team here is unmatched and I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a new or used Honda.

Went in around 9:30 am and took a car on a test drive. I came back and was walking in with a salesman to start negotiating when another customer walked up and asked to see the same car I just test drove. Another salesman helped him. After some back and forth on a 2016 Ford Focus for $11,500 the salesman showed me the final amount after all of their add ons was over $24,000. He went back to the sales manager or whoever and left me sitting there until 11:30 when he comes back he tells me they just sold the car to that man who came in after me but would I like to look at something else. I got up and left very upset and would never go back. I took a hit to my credit for that pleasure too.

Prices are too high, oil service cost offered for $395+tax and for same service in Salinas for $229.00 + free car wash . It should not be that big difference . I would not go there at all .
