Went to this store looking for a flower girl dress for my up coming wedding. First when I walked no one said hello can I help you nothing. But I continue to look around. Found a few dresses my little girl like and we were ready to try them on. Went to the dressing room area no one was there but doors were open. I went to the lady at front and asked can I just go in or do I need to wait. She replied with “I can go and read the policy on the wall and stand there and wait”. I was so confused with her reply I asked again can I try these dresses on yes or no. Same lady replied again and said read the policy. The store had 3 people in it and it wasn’t busy at all. Horrible service and I will never shop here or refer anyone to shop at this store. You would think after covid store and company’s would make sure business isn’t lost but I guess this store can stand to loss money. Tyler mall has a store much better then this and the service is 5⭐️. This is why people don’t shop at the Moreno Valley mall. Drive a little further and get the service that will appreciate you.

Came here 2 weeks before my wedding with no appointment. I was helped right away by Isabell she helped me find a dress that was in my budget. Very professional and super friendly. I highly recommend!

Went to find a dress for a wedding. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN! Wow. No help whatsoever. The rude workers really said I CANT AFFORD A DRESS. What the hell is wrong with people. Excuse me? Amazing ladies helped my daughters get fitted with the perfect dress for cotillion! So patient and kind. Huge variety of dresses. They also will tailor the dress to fit right in the shop.

The first time we went in they lady was rude and asked if we really needed the dress or if we were in there for fun ( like really during a pandemic are we really going to be in here just for fun? Really?) butbought the dress from there becuase my daughter really wanted it, went to get alterations a week before the event, was told yes over the phone the day prior went in to the store the day then was told they wouldnt do it becuase they had no time, why didnt they tell me that the day before on the phone instead of wasting my time coming in from a city away, so we went to Victors Tuxedos instead and was super happy, we let the owners know we needed it a day before the event and they let me know that they were full but could squeeze me in and got a call the next day to let me know the dress was done, i was beyond happy to have gont to Victors Tuxedos. Never will i ever recommend lucys formals for anything. such a waste of time.thank you Victors Tuxedos for coming to the rescue...

Horrible horrible service! The lady there, I believe her name was Isabela, was extremely rude. She was over 30 minutes late to our appointment. Then made us sound crazy saying we didnt have an appointment. She made extremely rude and inappropriate comments towards my 14 year old sister who was shopping for her 15th birthday dress. A time that shouldve been special was ruined. We left and my sister was crying. Isabel should definitely be checked on her attitude and customer service because shes the worst! Worst costumer service wouldn’t allow me to try on the dress unless “ your gonna buy it and it has to fit” after repeating that I am Buying a dress but I need to try it on so I can pick my size then proceeds to tell me she wants me to hold up the dress in the mirror at my waist to see if it will fit!! I’m a size 10 but I’m pregnant so I wanted to try on a 16 which should be a lot bigger on me and she tells me she thinks I should try on a 3 xl.

Shame, shame, shame on all of you for selling such poor quality items. I needed a dress for a wedding that I was in & found one at Lucys. It had to be ordered, and apparently she ordered it two sizes too big so they could charge extra for alterations! When I picked up the dress the clerk kept saying becareful when you put it on, & now i know why, cheap zipper! I barely put it on & the zipper broke beyond repair.I returned the dress back to the store & the clerk had such attitude. She said that the zipper probably broke because it was too tight; I told her that she was the one that took the measurements!I also reminded her of what she said about the zipper of which she denied.I will never recommend this store to anyone & will never step foot in that store, again. Totally Dissatisfied 😡

Elise was eager to help me pick out a dress and didn’t give up on me. She figured out my style and brought me lots of dresses until I found the perfect one. She brought a positive energy as well. We need more employees like her :)

Love this place they have always helped me when I’m I. The clutch with shirts and ties and bow ties for my young son. They will custom order shirts and have them for pick up for you. They are always my go to. Service is great. Isabel is awesome.

My wife and I bought little suit for our 3 month old son and the staff went out of their way to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. My wife also purpurchased a very nice gown, good quality and very reasonably priced. Definitely would recommend this store!

Went here to get a wedding dress! The first time going the service was a little crazy I understood because it’s prom season so I made a appointment to come back to get fitted and when I showed up for my appointment I received no help what do every I stood in that store for over 30 mins till I decided to walk out and before I did I let them know there service was bad I will never refer anyone or ever go here again I would love to speak to management they need better people more motivated people in that store the dresses are beautiful but them employees make that store very ugly !

Take your business somewhere else, the owner is extremely rude and disrespectful. I took my daughter and the damas to look at the dresses as I wanted this to be a fun and memorable experience for her quinceanera. Although I had an appointment, the owner seemed a bit irritated and upset that I was letting the girls decide on the style of the dress because it was taking too long. The girls finally chose a dress, the owner was now happy and she measured the girls and we placed the order with a $210 deposit. Today (4weeks later), I had an appointment and the owner said no one remembers speaking to me, but she was willing to help us anyway. The girls were all excited and started trying on their dresses. This made the owner upset. She said, this is not how we do things here, only one girl can try on their dress and we have to help you, but its too late just go ahead and tell us when youre done. I apologized and the girls proceeded to try on their dresses, every single one fit horrible and required major alterations. The parents and I began asking questions and she became very rude, making faces and speaking to us like we were dumb. I was completely embarrassed to put the girls and the parents in this situation. I told the owner that this was uncalled for and reminded her that I was about to spend well over $1,000 on the dresses, I told her that she could keep my $210 deposit and that she would be losing my business. She laughed at me and never apologized, instead she replied, you will pay for everything as we walked away she then blurted typical Mexicans. Its a shame because she too is Hispanic and makes alot of money from all of these quinceaneras.

They help you find the dress that you need and want, if they dont have the dress then they order it for you and it will come in like 2 weeks. They very nice too.

Lucy’s Apparel is a wonderful store to shop especially if you want to get a beautiful rosary and a bible. The customer service here is amazing and the lady’s here are amazing and wonderful. I definitely would recommend anyone who wants to shop for Prom Dresses to Wedding Dresses to baby birthday outfits to rosaries and holy bibles.

Came into the store to look for a veil for my daughter. The saleswoman asked me what I was looking for so I told her. After she had shown me where the veils where she was very pushy and trying to rush me on a decision. I had responded to her with Im not sure yet. She then followed up my answer with ok fine fine fine Ill see you later when you finally decide. I then told her I bought my wedding dress here she then said well next time you can Google and find out what you want ahead of time. Rude and will not be returning

I went to this store to purchase a Quinceañera dress for my daughter and get dresses for the damas(young ladies) . First I went they were very helpful and nice, but seem to busy for just one person. Went a second time for fitting, very nice and helpful. Bought the dress and put in the order for the damas. After that they were rude and not nice and very inpatient with me and the parents to the damas. Would ask info on the damas dresses, seem like I was bothering them, called and ask if they would stem iron the dress. They told me no they don’t and were rude about it. Once they have ur business they could careless how they treat you, very disappointed with the staff. I like their items.

One of the workers there was sooo rude. I was looking for a quinceñera dress with one nice worker, but then the other lady butts in and asks if I am going to buy the dress that I had on. I told her that I was just looking around and seeing how they fit me. She gives me this ugly face and tells me that I have to pay 50$ to try on dresses!!! That is absolutely dumb! I took the dress off and left! She made me feel bad about myself. I was just looking for a dress. :(

Dont buy from this place, Esa the protinding manager threatened us to call security if we didnt leave the store. We simply bought a dress on the 4th on June and my wife woke up today and had changed her mind, we went to the store knowing its an exchange policy after looking around the whole entire place finally I had talked to Esa about a possible return but her attitude flipped 180 and started to tell me there is nothing else she can do, and we should leave. Little lier tells me that every Fri they bring new styles we have been there for the past month and what they hade is what they have today. Also put an adjustment to your attitude, your store clears out after they heard you threatening my and my family with calling security.

I was there looking for a baptism dress for my goddaughter, I told the owner or manager that I needed the dress within 3 weeks and with a horrible attitude she told me to take what fits her instead of what I like because I was being irresponsible waiting until “last minute “ to find a dress, she even rolled her eyes at me, I obviously walked out and will not go back . I do not recommend .

The owner is very rude. A couple years ago we got some dresses that were supposed to be tailored & when we went to pick them up they weren’t ready & got CHRARGED extra because of the tailoring? We gave it some time & went back to give it another try. Recently my sisters & parents took my daughter & nephew to look at baptism outfits they have little push carts & right away she stops my dad & tells him no the carts go outside!? Uhm hello the babies can’t stay outside so my dad leaves & my mom comes in with my nephew he accidentally dropped some boxes that aren’t on a rack where shoes are supposed to go... she has the odasity to say this is why I said no cars, he must not know how to drive! First off we don’t need some rude owner to be saying that to a baby let alone any of her customers so me and my sisters decided to leave. I’ll give her one star but because I have to rate... I hate this place. DO NOT GO THERE! :)

Purchased two suits and shoes just to be told we couldnt return it literally hours after purchasing! How can they charge a premium price with a no return policy, never coming here again.

Over priced & too provocative for a 14 year old..dresses werent very impressive to say the least..we will not return due too the pushy lady that wasnt listening to my daughters request and when a pic was shown her facial expressions made us feel we were wasting her time..we left and found our dress else where.
