Good store for getting the basics and a few plus items..

Dirty Store! Homeless in the back.One door.No baskets 2 carts.They SCREAM HELLO! Who ever designed the store was HIGH! Impossible to check out.Where is the line.The people in the section 8 apartments across the street are robbing them blind.Its the managements fault.

A Very Nice and Inexpensive place too go. They have pretty much everything you need. Its Like a Jack of all Things. I bought two cute sun 👗 dresses for My Grand Daughters. And a few things for myself. It made me laugh, because every Isle that I was going thru, I needed something. The Employees and Manager were very helpful and courteous. Even had a sense of humor. A nice inexpensive place to go and check out.

They had a lot of stuff in the store in the employee were very helpfuli.I enjoyed shopping there. .

Store closed at 9:50 had doors locked no guess just sitting at the registers that is not professional at all

This is the first time shopping at a Family Dollar. This store is a mess. They have a lot of merchandise which is overwhelming. The aisles are tight, and hard to maneuver around product throughout the store. Prices are not bad, but the store and the parking lot is not inviting. By the time I arrived to the register, the cashier Abriana had an attitude, very rude to the customer in front of me, and continued with her attitude during my transaction. Come to find out shes the Assistant Manager, Im like dang girl, get it together. Dont think Ill shop here again if the staff is as rude as her

Well to start off they have a very wide selection and variety of different items and products that they carry. Unfortunately its kinda a bad thing that they have a huge amount of merchandise and the reason I say that is because its very little space in the aisle. Everywhere you turn there is something right there in your face. Then you also had stock carts with new stock of merchandise, stacks of new merchandise blocking aisle. And remember I said the aisle were already rubber band thin, so some of them I didnt even go down. Other than that my experience went very well!

Manager is rude!! Emoni. And her shirt was like she wants to show . she needs be professional!!!

They had what I needed but it was so dirty even as you exit inside and outside just filthy.

Good experience despite covid times, good stock,same prices, everyone with a mask.

Last time I came here the owner set the prices of each item as he was ringing up the item. Be careful. Unless every single item is a dollar make sure that items are priced on the Shelf not at the checkout counter

Ive been a loyal customer there for many years until one day I was accused of shoplifting that never occurred! I think they need to be more professional... They didnt listen told them to prove it and couldnt same happened to a couple of friends of mine also my husband now were involved in a lawsuit.... Please comment if you have ever been through this. This particular incident happened at the location in Perris Blvd. In Moreno valley.

I shop here often before work. The area is pretty seedy, alot of homeless and theft. Store needs security. Otherwise good selection and prices. Manager Michelle and Abrina is a pleasure to see. Good customer service

Horrible customer service! I know you’re not shopping at a luxury department store but a simple hello can go a long way. The manager “Michelle” is extremely rude and Needs some serious re-training In basic customer service skills which is a shame to say because she’s the manager. Maybe this why this story is such a mess and has horrible customer service ratings! it’s management is a reflection of its poor performance! Corporate would be wise to go in there and do some serious retraining for its current employees!

Family dollar is wonderful, lots of stuff for great price... I get a lot of clothes and stuff for my pool. My households stuff, and stuff for outside . Great place to shop.

Its a great store, I go there and find exactly what I need. Family Dollar can fit in any area. Its small but has what youll need.

Worst store Ive been to. Poor customer service, the staff are so rude. The female manager here is always cursing, on her phone and eating.

I was using my coupons in buying an item and it scans everything got 6 coupons and I have the total and and at end she read my coupons and saying oh.Its not the right product it should be this number of counts for the tide. And I told her but it all scanned with no problems and she said I cant sell to you. And she deleted all transactions. Posses me off because Ive been there looking for items and after allll she wont sell me even it all scanned with no problems n by the time I will pay she wont give me.

This location is not the best I would rather go to the one in Riverside or on sunnymead in Moreno valley the people r a lot nicer and actually stop what they r doing to help people. This location never has people stop to help with a long line n they always give u problems when trying to use their online coupons n they never have the products or not enough ordered and they also never know what they r talking about including the manager.

Some items are over priced to be called Family DOLLAR. But a good store. They have most items you may need.

Dont shop here. I just got accused of stealing. The girl at the register - Brianna or something like that, assumed I took something. I will be contacting Corporate

This place always only has one cashier helping the customers. I have never gone into this place and they have only one register open. Dont go here if you are in a hurry

Well, I saw a half drinkin Orange Fanta so I guess thats something right? But other than that its a cool place

This location on Perris customer service stucked...the cashier didnt want to put my washing detergent in a bag, for fear of breaking her nails...told me to do..I told her I paid for the bag, so you put it in there...she did, but she didnt want to....told me she had a bad back....HELL I got a bad back too😫
