Victor who attended me was very professional. Only thing I can say is people do a little bit of research on ur car issue to feel good about the repair recommend. I personally felt I didnt get a pin point answer. And felt we were guessing still on my expense. What the issue could be, .

Keith, the manager ( not really sure) but thats who I dealt with, was very professional, forthright,and honest...he told me my options and took care of my problems.Fyi, car repairs arent cheap....and mine wasnt, but his shop fixed my vehicle,and thats all I ask from a professional shop.They did a good job, just like theyre supposed to.

My car was vandalize on July 26 2019. when it was under their care, somebody stole a lot of t things from my car, even tried to take parts off my car like TV, stereo, mirror. etc I tried to speak with the owner but he refuse to help me, he said he is not responsible. Do not do business with this shop. I filed a police report and I will report them to the Better Business Bureau.

Not good with customer service was very rude and acted like they had no time for customer values… I see now why they have so many bad reviews!

Brought in my Chevy truck and ended up having to get the transmission completely rebuilt. Its been a few months and Im very happy with it, everything has been running great. I did purchase the national warranty so I can have the peace of mind that my paying for the rebuild was worth it in the long run compared to having to buy a completely new truck. My experience with the customer service was excellent. They answered all my questions and gave me an accurate estimate for the rebuild.

Took my car in yesterday to get a diagnostic saying it’ll take 24 hours. It’s been almost two days, without absolutely any call or notification. I’ve tried calling a dozen times with no answer. It’s very irritating as I’d like to know what is wrong and like to get it fixed ASAP!!

I brought my 2011 Toyota Corolla in thinking there was a transmission problem. They offered a free transmission check, and did a safe guard service. Looks like I didnt have any transmission issues. My dad told me to take my car into aamco when I started having problems with my 2010 ford escape. Vince was a huge help, and great to work with. I dont know much about car repair, so finding someone I can trust who does honest work is important to me. Im on a tight budget with going back to school. Excellent service! Brought in my Honda Pilot for issues with our transmission after a long road trip. They gave us an accurate estimate and were able to complete the service quicker than expected. Had to create an account just to sing their praise. Dropped my car off Sunday in the after hours box got a call first thing Monday morning letting them know they had my car. A few hours laters was told what was going on with my car and like I thought the transmission needed to be replaced. Told them to go ahead and start it. Was told it would be done by Friday I thought yeah right Ive had 2 cars in my 30 years driving fixed and never got it back in less then a week! To my surprise I got a call every day along the way and Thursday around 3pm was told my car was ready! Wow talk about fast service. I took my Dodge Ram diesel pickup to AAMCO because the transmission was slipping. They did a free check and found the problem was inside the transmission and it needed to be overhauled. I was afraid it was going to be very expensive because I was already given a quote from the Dodge dealership that was over $5,000!!! AAMCO gave me a price that was a lot lower and it included a national warranty that was better than the dealership. They had it done in 3 days and my truck is back on the road. Drives great!! What a joke! called to get work done on my car .told them I had the parts.was told they have to diagnose it and use there own parts. Wow a automotive repair shop that really cares about you. I was stuck and my car was broken done on the side of the road. I spoke to Vince and he immediately helped me and got me a ride and my car towed in. It ended up needed a transmission. They got me financing and a great price to repair my car. I got my car back two days later and everything was great. In addition, I received a phone call about three days later by the owner asking how my service was and was everything fine. This is where I will bring all my cars too for service.

My neighbor recommended I bring my car in for a free vehicle check, he thought it might be a transmission by the sound. He knows my financial situation and told me they offer financing, since he had his truck repaired here awhile back. He said he likes them because their re-builder has over 30 years experience. I brought my Honda here to have my oil pump and bushings replaced. The office manager, and technicians are very knowledgeable and provide the best customer service I have ever experienced. Prior to coming here I had my car repaired at the dealership and family friends shops that over charge and never really make repairs, but create more issues. It was nice to finally find a place that is not trying to up sell me, but instead listen to my concerns about my car and make the NECESSARY repairs. My car was finished in the estimated time given when I dropped it off. I definitely recommend this AAMCO.

I went through a very stressful and expensive experience before turning my car over to AAMCO to repair. I spent $500.00 trying to get it fixed by a mobile mechanic who didnt know what he was doing and by the dealership... who couldnt find the problem and wanted to charge me $459.00 just for a diagnostic. AAMCO fixed my car, and although the job costs $1,300.00, they were able to set me up on a payment plan and Rhianna at the front desk was very polite and helpful throughout the entire 3 week process, which set my mind at ease. The Owner even gave me a ride home himself! I would definitely recommend AAMCO Moreno Valley and will return again if needed!

I took my car there because the Dealer said I needed a new Transmission and I wanted a second opinion. Plus I didnt want to pay Dealer Prices. Anyway Aamco didnt try to sell me a new Transmission. I took my Intrepid in to have the transmission checked because it was jerking. Right off the bat I was really happy with the customer service and help from the office manager, Rhianna. She explained everything in detail and didnt try to up-sell me. The techs were very knowledgeable and even took me into the back and showed me what was wrong with my transmission once they had it out. They had my car ready on time and it didnt kill my bank account. I will definitely being going back for any services I need on my car and highly recommend them if you’re looking for an honest, inexpensive shop.

I wouldn’t recommend them. They refused to do warranteed work. The only benefit to this shop is the aamco name. Visit the shop in Redlands or Riverside...I was charged $1000 over the original price, without ever being notified. I’m going to pay it, but wouldn’t suggest YOU go there. The national branded name is the only benefit to this shop.

I wish I would have seen these reviews BEFORE I took my car there. I had my car towed there because it would not move. They say they did the diagnostic tests and I need a new transmission. I go to get my belongings from my vehicle and the worker that was there said let me move it over here for you so you can gave enough space. Im in shock because I was not aware it was driveable. I asked them how did you move it? They seemed not to know what was going on because they said they were new. I called the guy Andy whom I was dealing with and he tells me with an attitude that it doesnt matter if it did move you still need a transmission and if you want to go to court to determine whos right or wrong then go right ahead!! I could not believe it! Because when I took the car he seemed to be a nice guy. Terribly wrong! Im so pissed! Its sad you can trust these places!!I see you responded here instead of the email! I have had a horrible experience at this AAMCO they have had my car since NOV 1st I have picked the car up 3 times and it was not completely ready each timeI have taken the car back 3 times and it is still not fixed and now there saying they ordered a special part they don’t have a ETA on when it will be doneCommunication is very horrible here and bad customer service I would appreciate it if I could speak with an owner to enlighten them on this situationI also have paid for the service in full and my car is still not back in my possession

This place is OVER PRICED and has no customer service. I would has save money if I would have gone to the dealership and would have had my truck back on the road in half the time. But I went to AAMCO out of convenience which I paid for. The parrot at the desk will tell you that a dealership will cost you more and that they have financing available for you. The shop never called to update me about my truck forcing me to call them and deal with being put on hold and hung up on several times.

They have no mechanics to work on your car and they do not answer their phone, 🤐

Terrible, they kept my car for over 2 weeks and didnt do anything to it, they said because it only needed a tune-up and they dont do that when in their front door it says tune-ups and total car care, to me thats false advertisement, the worst service EVER, DONT bring your car here if you need it fixed!!!!

Wow ... My transmission started slipping (not all the time) and I suspected that I needed a flush. The guy behind the counter said let us test everything out and see if you need a flush it not. He did exactly that and then called me to pick up my car. When I arrived he told me to drive the car till the transmission fails and then we will rebuild it as a transmission flush will actually hinder the life of the transmission currently. He did not charge me a penny ... Super honest shop.

Dropped my car off when they opened at 8 for an AC check. Was told it would be ready sometime in the afternoon. Just after 3 I called to check the status, since they close at 5. Was told they couldnt find a problem and that it would be $100 to look further. After I picked it up I had another mechanic look at it that night. He pointed out the problem which you can easily see with the naked eye, without running any tests. I doubt AAMCO even looked at my system.

We had a horrible experience with this Aamco. We took in our Dodge Ram on April 3, 2019 for an oil leak and problems with the coolant. We were told it had no oil leak but did have coolant coming out of the head gasket. Due to some back and forth with our truck’s warranty company, the mechanics couldn’t get started on our truck until May 7th. This may not have been entirely their fault because as I mentioned, there were issues with the warranty company, but after they started on the truck it took them another MONTH AND A HALF to fix the problems. During this time, my husband would call to get updates on their progress and they would give him the run-around; Eddie would put him on hold and then hang up, tell him he’d call him back and never call back, or just straight up never answer his calls. It seemed like every time my husband did get ahold of Eddie or anyone to get updates, there was always something else wrong with the truck that they had to fix. Once we FINALLY got the truck back on June 14th, we quickly saw that there were SO MANY problems with it- more problems than what we took it in for! It suddenly has a ticking sound that it never had before, there’s a “low wash” light that it never had before (my husband has put washer fluid, but the light never turns off), a “check gauges” light turns on which never turned on before and the check engine light also turns on. There was a puddle of water leaking out of the radiator, which we took it to another mechanic to get fixed 4 days after getting the truck back from Aamco- this other, smaller mechanic took care of the issue the same day and did a great job. And finally it still has the oil leak. We noticed that the owners reach out to people who leave bad reviews to try to correct any issues, so before writing this review I emailed them with all this information, but as of yet they have not replied. Take your vehicle in to Aamco AT YOUR OWN RISK, we do not recommend, bad mechanics, bad customer service!

5 hrs after dropping my car off for a diagnostic test, after they told us ot would be 1 hr. I called to ask what the hold up was. They told me that they could not get a connection to do the diagnosis so it was going to be a couple more hours and that all mechanics were on break. I missed all my sleep and needed to go to work. The told me that it was free so i shouldnt complain. Never again !

Had car for total of 17 days, was quoted $1200.00, ended up $2100.00, they sideswiped something in my car, huge 20 inch scratch and missing hubcap, interior was fully detailed and immaculate, after i got it back it had oil stains where the gas and brake are, car still jerks into gear, so $2100.00 and 17 days later, car still not shifting, has huge scratch, and missing hubcap, their response was heres $22 to go buy a hubcap, and i cant prove the rest, so not their problem,car is under warranty, but REALLY?? 17 days and they still cant get it right???THIS IS AAMCO, didnt think id be ripped off, or my car damaged, THIS AAMCO IS GARBAGE,HAS LIARS WORKING THERE,AND TAKE PICS OF YOUR VEHICLES FIRST, THEY CANT DRIVE EITHER, CONTACTING BBB NEXT!!!

Im a new vendor for this location. I had the pleasure to talk with the owner whos name is Mario Zapata. A short history, I visit on average about 15 to 20 shops on a daily basis looking to extend our business in the Inland Empire. So with that said, I was really surprised how nice and clean the office was. It was nice to see someone who represented Aamco Corporation who took pride in services offered. I noticed the attention to detail while Mario talked with one customer that was present when I was there. I normally dont write a review on the customer I serve. My brother met Mario Zapata, the manager at Aamco transmissions in Moreno Valley at a networking meeting. When my car started to slip gears my brother recommended that I take my car there. I was reluctant since I live in corona but wanted to make sure it was fixed by someone trusted. Rhianna the receptionist there was very helpful, she explained every step in detail and helped me get a rental car since they would need it for 5 days to rebuild the transmission. When I got the car back they told me if you see any leaks, to bring it back immediately. I had a leak which was promptly fixed with no additional charge. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend this aamco for repairs. I trust them and will return. Amanda

I dont recommend this place, My wife took my 97 Honda because the A/C was blowing hot air after 4 hours he couldnt find out what was the problem but he wanted to charge for the diagnostic anyway at the end my wife complain and she didnt get charged, he even told her that they dont work in cars that somebody else had checked before, what kind of bull is that, obviously they dont have the necessary trainig, take your car at your own risk

I took my wifes car, a Nissan Altima, for a break job. Rihanna explained to us what the process will be and how long it would take. Then I took my wife to get some breakfast around the corner, and when I came back they were test driving the car. They were about 10 minutes behind schedule but I never had to take the car back for any noise or anything at all, and it has been weeks now. I am very pleased with their knowledge, their service and their attentiveness to the customer.I am planning on taking the car back to have a steering issue fixed.

Make sure they give you a not to exceed price. All Trany companies give you a not to exceed price except AAMCO. I made them give me one or I would take the vehicle to another shop. They gave me a not to exceed price of $2,800.00. Rhianna told me that the last transmissions of that type ranged from $1,200.00 to $1,500.00. I am so thankful I asked for a ceiling as the total came in at, you guessed it, $2,799.98. Had I let them go without a one this probably would be a $4,000.00 trany on a van that has 226,0000 miles. Beware of these guys as they are more clever that the other guys as they will tell you it is impossible to give you a price until your trany is torn apart on their garage floor and you have no choice. If you find an honest trany shop please let me know. I am still looking for one.

My husband bought a 2006 Jeep commander and it had a lot of codes.he took it in to get checked and was charged $720 then they told him it was the Computer from the transmission and they charge him $1385 to put a new computer.we call they guy that works there his name is Eric and he would tell us different things everytime we waited over one week to go pick it up and the truck was still doing the same thing We ended up taking it to the dealer after and got told that they didn’t do anything to the truck that they were just erasing the codes my husband called the guy to tell him want the dealer had told him and he said he couldn’t help him to do whatever he wanted but not to bring the truck back...we feel very mad because we just Wasted $2000 for nothing and the truck didn’t get fix...worst of the worst

Thank you Aamco for fixing the problem I had with the actuator on my Honda CRV. There was a problem with all 2007-2011 CRV’s and they were charging and arm and a leg to fix it since my car was “out of warranty”. The dealer wanted to charge me $$$$ for the repair. Aamco fixed the problem in 1 day and at a very reasonable price. It is such a relief not to be all stressed out about getting locked out of my car or not being able to lock my car at all!!!
