Called, they said they do walk ins for oil change . I show up and tell me they dont do walk ins 😡😡 sometimes I wish I wouldve bought my truck somewhere else . Now Im taking my business elsewhere. Dont purchase here its a mistake. I know I wont think twice to purchase any vehicle here again . I always have problems here I regret my purchase. I literally went to Walmart across the street to get my oil change 😡😡😡 Ive never had this problem with other dealership

Went in to buy a used vehicle that was on sale. This weekend. The problem is Moss Bros. Buick GMC as a regular business practice adds on $3100 of extras to every used vehicle. This includes an alarm, little stickers on the edge of the doors, and some type of weather proofing. I told them that I didnt want those extras and just wanted to pay the advertised price. Rather than honoring this price, the sales manager Charles kept us waiting for an hour and kept coming back with longer financing options. This was by definition a bait and switch no doubt about it. If youre looking for a used car, look somewhere else.

Very disappointed. I informed the lot employee what I was looking for and the truck he showed me was not what I was asking for, he asked if I wanted to test drive told him no, its not what I want, so he grabbed the sales manager Ben. I told Ben the same information 3 times. No 4x4, no diesel and no wood panels.. He then replied he would try to find one in the system, he stepped away for 2 minutes came back and said he was not able to locate one in the area but one was located 100 miles he then asked how much did I want to spend told him 50k. He gave me his card and stated he will call me the next day. We were BASICALLY DISMISSED. Wife and I were extremely irritated. After departing decided to give another GMC a try. Well it was a very extremely different experience. It started with the sales man introducing himself and asking for our names. Needless to say I drove off with a 2021 and spent 60k. All because we were treated with respect and not a number. BTW, Im still waiting for that call its been 1 week.

I had the most amazing car buying experience, Thanks to Lo, Jose, and Charles. I went to Moss bros. Toyota and received bad service. I went to Moss bros. Dodge/Chrysler and received below average service. When I arrived at Moss Bros. Buick GMA, I finally got the service I was looking for. Lo helped me search for cars all over the lot. When I told him about my dream car( Dodge charger) he found the exact car I was looking for. Lo is a great salesman( better than the other guys at the other dealerships). Jose and Charles found the best deal possible for the financing and the entire team made me feel like family. Ill never go to another dealership ever again. They are scammers and con men. I saw a posting for a car on KBB for 6900. I drove it and was ready to buy it when they let me know it would cost me 3000 more for a dealer installed gps. They wouldnt remove it and kept trying to focus my attention on the cost of the monthly payments. I dont understand how they can get away with this. The sad thing is this shady tactic probably makes them a lot of money.

Be aware of this dealership. We had negotiated a deal that we were set on. Once it came to getting all paperwork ready sales manager was speeding things up and wouldn’t let me read paperwork. Once I noticed things were a little weird because no sales man should ever not let you read paperwork. I noticed they had added $7,000 dollars more to the deal. I immediately asked to speak to the general manager and the manager blamed it on me and said it was my fault for not reading paperwork. I let him know that because I read the paperwork I thankfully noticed the additional amount. He then said that he would not give me the deal we had agreed on. I also asked the sales person after my discussion with the sales manager and he agreed that what I was saying was the deal he understood as well. Bottom line is these people are not men of their word. Saddest part is that I’m sure there’s people whom they con just the way they were trying to do to me.

Today August 13 we were in this establishment and we asked ourselves, why It was so empty and without customers. We saw the unprofessionalism, definitely without a word, they were dishonest to my husband, they ran the credit when we specifically insisted not to because this was a full cash purchase. They gave him a price and they changed it by raising it. They tried to con me by them wanting to sign but they didn’t want to show me the contract by showing me what papers that were being negotiated but at the time to fully sign the contract it had a 7k difference from we had agreed.Very low quality 👎🏻 obviously we left the place with a bitter gulp and was disappointed.We don’t recommend this dealer and now we understand why they do not sell.Be aware ! It wasn’t my first rodeo on a vehicle purchase.

Fantastic Customer Service!We were driving out of town when our check engine light came on. Not wanting to risk having trouble while in Mexicali we stopped at Moss Bros Buick to see if we would be okay. Nicest guy checked the engine for us and told us it was an emission issue and we would be fine. Not only was he very friendly and helpful, but it was complementary as well. Would definitely go here for regular service if we lived in the area because of how we were treated!

Now I have no problems, air is running and all it needed was some tlc. They even kept it over night to make sure it was running properly. Purchased a vehicle battery died on me literally the next day, left me stranded had to buy and replace a new battery, when I called and asked if they would compensate me for the new battery I was asked to drive back to the dealership with receipt after doing so, I was told a check would be sent out the following Monday. When I call to follow up on the status of the check I get told to leave a message, no call back or email back or anything.

The customer representative was very helpful and showed me all the features of the car. My kids were in a little childrens area and they were playing with toys while us the grownups talked. They had an advertisement of a terrain vehicle for 25,000 offer when arrived the priced was 37,000 ask if they could sell it as it advertised and they declined because they had pre-installed gps, enviromental pkg and other items that the seller couldnt explain. No worries its just dirt or mud, it should come off, no problem. On a 2015 with 50000 miles, the air is not working correctly? Im currently working with them but Im not happy, thats a fact! I was told, by management its not perfect, its a used car? Really? So my little 18000 $$$, could have purchased a different vehicle.When Moss gets this right and they will get it right, even though Im waisting precious time. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Dont bother making an appointment online because they will not honor it, even if it is a recall on your car! They told me that the website will keep letting people make appointments and it overbooks them. And although theyre aware of this issue, they still havent fixed it on their website! So I made a second appointment for next Saturday (1 week later) with the manager. As soon as I walked into the service area, no one was at the counter. I waited there and then I had to go ask for service from the guy at the welcome desk. Which by the way, he was texting on his phone and therefore didnt even notice me waiting. Later that afternoon they called me and said that the new part for my car was damaged and had to reschedule me again. Yes, they offered to service it on Monday but due to work, I was unable to make it. Im now on my third appointment and the only reason I have to return there is because of the recall on my car. Im now looking into other local dealerships for better customer service!

Lies lies and more lies!!! I was promised a free lifetime oil changes by the dealer when I purchased my truck. Every single time I take my truck in for a oil change... it is everything but free! I get a different story every time I go there and they find every possible reason to not honer their promise. I end up spending hundreds and this last time they refused to do the service unless I spend over $500 in recommended maintenance services. I finally have had enough and took my truck to my local GM dealer to get the scheduled oil change performed and was happy to pay them for the service! Customer service is the last thing on the mind of Moss Brothers service department!!! They could care less including the dealer director as she flat out told me to f-off and that they will not do a thing for me or my truck. I own a business where I buy multiple trucks a year and I will NEVER buy from Moss Brothers again!

The only good that came out of my whole experience was the fact that they had the only truck in my area that was exactly what I was looking for. Other than that I felt the sales person was trying to squeeze every penny out of me. He was young and didn’t seem to know what he was talking about and could not answer half of my questions. After paperwork I realized they added more packages on the agreement that were NOT included in my purchase. I am VERY unhappy with my purchase through Moss Bros of Moreno Valley. I wish I would have stayed local Selman Chevrolet never does my family wrong.

LO is my type of Car Salesmen: He has a calm, no pressure way of dealing with his customers. If you want a pressure-free experience, ask for LO to help you. Unfortunately, management isn’t as flexible to work with. Didn’t end up buying a car because we couldn’t agree on a $120 difference in price. So working a deal her is not easy. Overall, ok experience at this dealership.

“BEWARE SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE “I’m not one to write reviews about experiences but my experience with Moss Bross was so horrible that I wanted to warn others and save them the trouble from making deals with a shady business. I picked up a truck back in March 2017 we had agreed to a certain APR some how it was then changed to a higher APR by 7.0% without my knowledge ! The salesman JOSE ended up being terminated a couple month ago for that “mistake” anyways, I went back on July 28, 2018 because they promised to FIX THEIR MISTAKE and make it up by offering me a new deal and I was looking for another truck so I figured why not . So I agreed to another deal and little did I know I would be making a big mistake by doing business with these guys again. While James was working on my new contact he failed to write the correct amount of miles my truck had ONCE AGAIN ANOTHER MISTAKE which ended up creating a problem for me in the future. I brought the new truck home with me after two weeks they contact me saying I need to return my new truck because no bank wanted to finance it after they ran my credit 13 times bringing my credit down -137 points. I told them to stop running my credit James and Jessee kept running it even after I told them to stop running it due to the fact that I didn’t want them to run it anymore. James told me sorry I had to run your credit 13 times and you didn’t get approved so bring back the truck or come up with $15,000 down payment or a co signer ..well after they ran my credit 13 time I no longer have good credit and put me through such a inconvenience and never fixed the APR on the truck that I had first purchased...

Promises were made to me with a contract. Detail was never done on my vehicle. Also I was told, and have the paperwork stating I would be supplied a loaner car any time my vehicle needed to be worked on. When I asked for this service I was denied and told I would need to come back next week. Shame on you guys. Been let down and forgot about when I drove my new truck off the lot. VERY VERY DISPLEASED with the deceptive sales practice of a perceived free lifetime oil change with the purchase of my new vehicle, only to find out deep into the buying process that I had to sign a waiver to agree to other recommended services to continue to receive free oil changes. I went in to get an oil change and a new battery. The technician installed it and once I got home I started to hear a noise like something was loose. I took in my truck the next day and they couldnt assist me. I had to leave my truck and I dont have any other mode of transportation. I feel unsafe in my own car because your technicians messed with my truck when changing out the battery or completing an oil change. I am extremely upset with your services!

By far the WORSE Service Ever! Seriously, you can not reach a service service technician. Their solution is either leave a message or email them. SAD!!! Car was dropped off on 19th and today is the 31st. Diagnostic Service-Took 7 days and it was unclear. Asked for more specifics and to make it easy I even told the rep he could email it to me. After leaving over 10 messages, I still have not received a response. Now, I do not want the Diagnositic Result, or any Service. I just want my car back. I will never purchase a car from this dealer or come back for service or parts. By far the worse service I have EVER received. THIS IS VERY INEXCUSABLE and this dealer should fold to not hurt the Brand

I will never use your service department again. This is the second time they have tried to up charge me for service after 1st telling me I did not receive free oil changes. Then he threatened me that if I did not follow the suggested recommendations that I would be in violation of losing my free oil changes. I paid $30 for a tire rotation that I could get for $10 else wear. Also at the next service appt he said I had to have 2 other service issues done in order to get a free oil change. I called GMC and they said that these options are normally done at 60,000 miles. I am barely at 30,000. You have lost my business and when this lease up I will be looking at other options before ever coming back to your dealership.

MOSS BROS. BUICK GMC IS THE WORST! DO NOT GO TO THEM! I REPEAT DO NOT!!!! I bought a 2013 Buick Regal from them in 2015. I was very happy, it was my dream car. In 2016 I received an oil change from them. They did the standard fluid check, brake check, battery check as and everything was all good. Two days later, my car breaks down on the side of the road with a dead battery. There was so much corrosion on the battery. They NEVER checked my battery when I brought it in for the oil change! They also stopped giving me complimentary oil changes because I would not service my car through them, but when I bought the car, I was told I would received lifetime complimentary oil changes.NOW Lets fast forward to a month ago....I took my car in on March 27th due to my check engine light being on. They had my car for a week. I picked my car up March 31st and paid $1,000.00 for the service. When I picked up my car, they told me everything was fine, and they didnt see anything else wrong. The next time I needed to bring the car in would be after 12,000 miles for a regular service. I didnt drive my car the rest of the day Saturday or Easter Sunday. Monday morning April 2nd, I start my car to go to work and it didnt start. I tried it again, this time it started and the check engine light was on. I had to take my car back to Moss Bros Buick GMC 2 days later. They stated I had a dead cell in my battery, and I needed to buy another part, which was the same part I bought when I brought the car in the week before. So this totaled up to $200.00. They also had my car for about 4 days for this issue. They even assured me after this incident my car is good to go.Now Ive had my car for a week and Im driving home from work. The check engine light comes on for the 3rd time, the car is over heating, I break down on the side of the freeway again!!! My car just completely SHUT OFF! I was in the WORST spot possible. The tow driver did not want to help me because I was in such a dangerous spot. I tow my car back to MOSS BROS. Now they are telling me I need a brand new engine and its going to cost me $8,000.00 and GM (General Motors) is not paying for anything. My car has been there for 2 weeks now.

This Saturday took a visit for an appointment at gmc parts n services scheduled at 7am, promised time was 9am. Placing a floor liners and retractable steps were to be completed. Very disappointed, was picked up 2pm with NO RETRACTABLE STEPS placed and whoever was supposed to install the floor liners did a very bad job, Im sure when I purchased them I was told they would fit perfect on my truck and they point out at corners is uneven. Definitely do not recommend any services here, if installing floor liners took more than 6-7hrs I have to say this is upsetting that my long drive and time is not taken seriously at this place.

This is ridiculous, The associate Catherine Leffer said the $10 off don’t apply because the regular price for oil change and tires rotation is $120 and I paid $81.72. After I have to wait 2 hrs for simple maintenance. That is the reason you guys are loosing many business. You guys charge wherever you want because is not specific price for services and customers are going to small shop.On top of that, Catherine Leffer needs to be more friendly and change her rude attitude.

Service center is horrible. Took my car in for a simple radio fix and came out with interior damage with the check engine light on. Took them 3 weeks to schedule an appointment just to fix the radio and they had it two days. When I told them about the damage they said the technician didnt work in that area. How do if the panals werent even replace and his tool was sitting in front of the area? He didnt even pick up his mess in my vehicle. Tools and trash were sitting in my front seat.

The service department is very disappointing. Communication with the customer is lackluster at best. I found it almost impossible to get accurate information on the status of my vehicle or returned phone calls in a timely manner. My vehicle sat on their lot for over a week while they ordered parts. I was not informed that parts would take several days to arrive until almost 4 days had passed.I was also disappointed in the troubleshooting methods that were used when I brought my vehicle in for a check engine light and exhaust smell in the cabin. I was told the car needed a new timing chain and had a cracked manifold to the tune of $3000. I had two other certified mechanics evaluate the issue at another garage and rectified the issue with a simple solenoid replacement that cost a fraction of Moss Bros estimate. I would not recommend at this time.

I had a great experience at Moss GMC, they were quick with only a one day turnaround, for instalation of bedliner, and interior prep. Thought it would be a couple of days but they did a great professional job with minimal time needed.
