I have to agree with others, they have no interest in answering phone calls or emails. Get a brand that has support.

These people do not answer thier phones return calls or return emails. They don’t care about business or customer service. I was going to drop my turbos and buy precision but they got bought buy turbonetics a couple years ago. Guess it’s time for everyone to go to Garrett. They have had my turbos for over a month on a repair. Last trip of the year is this week. They keep forgetting to ship because they don’t care about anyone other than themselves. They are already the big guys so customer service is out the door. Unbelievable. No one should treat customers or clients like this.

Poop quality materials. Unqualified technicians assembling their product. Brad Lewis is a crook.

Turbonetics always produces a solid product. Wide selection for almost any performance application as well.

No one ever answers or calls you back. Any single time Ive called all the staff is in a meeting.

Best quality to price in the segment in my opinion, especially in the 88mm range. Will come back in the future.

Cant seem to EVER get ahold of anyone here. Constantly sending the wrong part and/or parts that are defective.
