I ordered equipment in February. I still have not received my order. Tried calling and emailing several times. Is this place in business or did I get scammed. STAY AWAY!!!

Great service even after the sale. i get top notch service whether im buying $30,000 of lifts or just service parts. Julie did a great job getting my order processed between cars today.

This company I think is great. They had what I needed at a reasonable price. With reasonable shipping price. Yes I highly recommend them.

Pretty pathetic experience. I ordered an item that stated free shipping (both on google and their own website), got charged, and then received a follow-up email the next day requesting payment of $60 to ship the item. I replied that the item stated free shipping, they didnt care, and had no problem that I took my business to a competitor that offered the same deal. They obviously could care less that they lost a customer and didnt even apologize that the site was misleading. Just figured I would give a friendly heads up to anyone considering making a purchase.

Garage Equipment Supply was very good to work with. I ordered an automotive lift for work and when it showed up it was completely destroyed the box was torn open and the lift controller looked like it had been run over by a cement truck. Im not sure how it happened but I rejected the lift from the frieght company. When I called Garage Equipment Supply to report the problem they were very responsive and resolved the issue immediately, they ordered a new lift and it was delivered within a week (undamaged and in perfect working condition). I would definetly use them again in the future.
