I went to the Sherwin-Williams store in Moorpark, California. The employees were very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I was able to purchase everything that I needed to complete the job. It was a pleasure to shop here.

I am not sure how much work the people at this store do, but their service is extremely poor. Not the place to come if you are a DIY-er or even if you work with a reputable company such as CertaPro. I came to the store to pick up several samples and Bailey, the store representative, was extremely rude. First thing she said we don’t have samples you have to pay $14 for a quarter. I said that is not what we have done in the past. After my husband said a couple of days ago i picked up samples at this store and paid $4 she said there was a storm in Texas that was the reason for not having samples. Subsequently, i realized it was almost closing time and likely the cause for the inadequate help/service. Sometimes companies forget that their representatives can build or break businesses.

Friendly service and helpful staff. The paint is a bit pricey. They will even recycle paint at no cost which is great for The environment.

Some days there is only person working. Makes for a real slow check out.

This store is very informative helpful and they always take the time to discuss the customers project before making recommendations. Love this store!
