I love, love, love Poly and Bark! We ordered a couple of things from them. The Niles Area Rug and Ascot Ottoman. The ottoman is buttery soft! Comfy for both booties and feet. Our pets enjoy lounging on it as well. The rug was a great way for us to pull together our black and white living room. And the rug is very easy to clean. Questionable quality and overall bummed with some significant buyers remorse on this purchase. Received a Girona sofa in March 2020 and the legs of the couch immediately stained our rug, leaving two large orange stains. Customer service is pleasant but slow to respond (but Ill give them the benefit of the doubt due to COVID), and told me to scrub the rug to remove the stains. After renting a carpet shampooer and scrubbing more times than I can count, the stains are still there. We also noticed lack of quality in the cushions quickly flattening and the leather looking especially worn (while I know this is typical with leather, it happened pretty quickly). We regularly rotate the back cushions to try to mitigate this. Recently, my partner tried to flip the seat cushions to fix some of the sag issue. While doing so, the cushion cover zipper completely snapped (Weve had for a year. We have no pets, no kids, no guests bc pandemic and this is the first time we touched the zipper). I wrote Poly and Bark on March 28th, and was told today (April 21st) I could pay an additional $220 for a new cushion - no other resolution offered. I have asked Poly and Bark if they can address any of the issues (stains, sagging cushions, poor quality, broken zipper) and will update if they respond accordingly. Overall, pretty disappointed in spending $1800+ on something that we will be attempting to repair for the meantime (purchasing foam for cushions and taking cover to a tailor) and then replacing at some point in the near future.Edit: after posting, I was contacted by the CEO who said theyd replace my rug and the cushions. Cushions take ~12 weeks to ship so will update this review when they arrive.Edit 5 months later: After the CEO called, I was assigned a customer service agent that was extremely diligent and communicative and honestly offered more than I expected/wanted. I received a new rug of my choosing from Poly and Barks website. They sent me new legs to the couch although I did not request this and still have not put them on in fear of more staining. The cushion covers arrived a couple months back, and by that time, the customer service rep assigned to us must have left the company. I received an email telling me my cushion covers had been shipped/delivered, and given I received no packages, I realized they had sent them to my old address. I emailed asking if they could do anything about that given I had updated my address with them months prior (the rug was delivered to my new address) and was basically told no, they could send me another set of cushions (which would take another 3 months). I ended up going back to my old address and finding the package. Honestly had quite the laugh - these were a completely different color than our other cushions and the frame, and so, we have the exact same couch 5 months later but we do have a new rug (which was the least of my concerns haha). So, writing an honest review did have some effect, but still will probably be replacing this couch the next time we move.

Bought a linnia bench from them during covid when things were hard to get. Arrived when expected and customer service was great when I was considering changing the color. Ended up keeping the original because it was very nice too.

Poly & Bark offers great modern furniture at an affordable price. I was super impressed by the quality at this value and they have so many different styles to choose from. I have a wish list of a few things on backorder, but hoping they come available again soon.

Honestly, I wanted to love my Poly and Bark experience, but it fell short. Everything on their website is so cute, and well priced, but I suppose you get what you pay for. I ordered a lamp and while beautiful, the globe came with some large markings. In the package was a postcard from the actual manufacture, not Poly and Bark, with an email to reach out for any issues. Ill save you the details, but after two months of emails (mostly unanswered) and a broken promise to send a new globe, I reached directly out to Poly and Bark. At first, they were awesome. Customer service was friendly and it seemed like things were finally moving with a replacement. I received an email with tracking, but turns out the tracking was not for my package, and mine had never shipped. I called to follow up on this only after the shipment arrival date had come and gone. Again, at first, customer service was awesome. Super friendly and with great follow up. I was told a replacement would ship out in a few days and Id get tracking info as soon as it did. That was the last I heard; that was 13 days ago. I followed up yesterday and am waiting to hear back. This all has been such a headache.

We ordered two beautiful couches! They are well made and came safely boxed and were easily delivered. We opted not to have them unbox them for us, but the setup process was very easy. The couches are sturdy and comfortable. So far we are very happy!

Ive now ordered chairs and a sofa from P and B and Ive been very pleased both times. I love the quality of this furniture! Delivery was on time, although I would recommend opening the box and making sure its the exact item you ordered. The sofa that they first delivered was the wrong color! But I quickly called the delivery person and they turned around and switched with another on the truck :)

We bought six mid-century style dining chairs with the wicker seat and white wood finish. Theyre comfy, good quality, came assembled in the box and go great with our dining table! We did have an issue with one having chipped paint. We wrote to customer service about this issue and they promptly sent instructions on how to swap chairs - we setup a day for pickup of the old and they sent us a new one. Was one the easiest and best customer service experiences ever. Which I think is pretty rare anymore when buying things online! Will definitely never hesitate to buy from them again.

Picked up some bar stools, an ottoman and a desk chair, so far. All of the pieces have been amazing! I love the look of my ottoman in the living room, bringing a bit of boho into the room. Then some modern gray bar stools for the kitchen island. And just recently picked up a new desk chair, and shortly will be picking another to replace a cheap uncomfortable Amazon chair I sit in 8-10 hours a day on average. Only complaint is lack of stock, which I get is everywhere with everything these days.Also the one time I had to deal with customer service they were super awesome! It was nothing related to the furniture or my orders but with a survey that glitched out.Highly recommend!

I have bought a few items from Poly & Bark and am always SO pleased! The style fits our scandinavian vibe. My favorite pieces have been the Kurva Floor Mirror and the Casablanca Area Rug. For the rug being white, it has held up pretty well in our living room. The mirror is so chic and I love the curved top. We also bought the weave chair in white and it is super comfortable! The pink/white pillows in the photo as well are also from Poly & Bark. They were really nice at first, but we have a dog and his collar has gotten caught on the pillow a few times/the white is not as crisp anymore. I am definitely a huge fan of Poly & Bark and will continue to buy from them as we need more pieces in our new home!

Poly&Bark is such an amazing company. They really do care about their customers and the products that they produce. I ordered two different couches, same color just different styles, because I couldn’t decide on which one I liked better. They both looked great so I decided to keep both. They arrived within a week and half after I had ordered them which was pretty fast considering it was still in the middle of the pandemic. I did have an issue with the delivery company that they use (one of the couches got damaged during delivery), but Poly&Bark’s customer service was very quick with their response time and resolved the issue quickly. No hassle and very professional. Super nice too! Overall the experience was very pleasant and I am definitely satisfied with my furniture. Looking forward to buying more things from Poly&Bark in the near future.

We love our new couch! Great quality and looks amazing!

I ordered the Geneva 43 Round Dining Table with brass legs. The shipping was excellent. And I really love the brass base and the style. The size is also perfect for 4 seats. My only complaint is that the veneer on top is VERY thin and not resilient. We treat the table normally; we arent animals! And I use a warm, damp towel to wipe it clean after dinner. But the veneer has started to flake in multiple places. The worst is a seam in the wood, over which the veneer was laid. That slight uneven surface created a line. Photos attached.

We are very happy with the price and quality of our purchases, as well as their customer service! We bought kitchen stools and after using them for a couple weeks, we decided the color wasnt right for our island. We were able to exchange the stools and get a darker color that now looks great! We also had not kept the original packaging, so they made the exception to let us return the stools in the boxes that the new stools would arrive in. B/c of this experience, I decided to buy side tables from them for our guest room, and am very happy with those too. Furniture items are so hard to return, but Poly & Bark made it easy and stress free.

This is an updated review. I initially gave them one star because I LOVE my sofa. It is luxurious, soft, has wonderful design, super comfort, and people compliment it all the time. However, I also purchased the insurance, and then later found out that it would not cover damage caused by an Airbnb guest. So I complained online, and within 24 hours Poly and Bark refunded my insurance, and offered to help in anyway they could. So now, I can commend their excellent customer service, as well as fantastic products. By the way, I had earlier purchased A similar leather sofa from Interior Define, which was 50% more Expensive and nowhere near as comfortable. Live and learn. Buy their products. One of my best purchases ever.

Poly and Bark make quality pieces. I had been eyeing their Napa leather sectional for quite some time, but it seemed like a significant investment. When I shopped around for similar offerings and realized the value they provide in their products. So we bought it essentially sight unseen, relying only on the positive reviews we read. Maybe were crazy to spend a few grand on something we havent seen, sat or lounged on in person, but we took the risk and it paid off big time! We also purchased the Oviedo coffee table from them after being disappointed in a similar offering we got from Article since P&B were out of stock. Oh, and they offer free shipping! Thats a huge deal when youre buying a huge sectional in GA that ships from CA! All in all, we are incredibly pleased with our Poly & Bark pieces and the overall buying experience.

I do like the couch. It is comfortable and seems to be made well for the price I paid. Remember, price typically reflects quality. In this case, I feel that the quality and price are well matched. It looks and feels like it will hold up well and it looks very nice, but weight and some build components reflect the price. Overall, super happy with it and would buy again in a heartbeat. It is perfect for what we needed!

I searched high and low for a particular style of wood and leather chairs, and the set of two from Poly and Bark was the best value and very high quality. I had to wait about a month for them to come back in stock because they sell out quickly but it was worth it. They use white glove delivery (contactless during COVID) to ensure nothing is damaged. The chairs look great, I couldnt be happier.

Ordered the Sorrento Sofa. Arrived quickly well packaged. I was disappointed with the lack of consistency in the color of the cushions. There was one cushion in particular that was very noticeable that it was substantially lighter in color. I called and customer service swapped out the cushion and it made a huge difference. I liked the sofa before but after that was corrected I was able to fall in love with it.

We ordered the tan napa sofa from poly and bark and it was exactly what we wanted. the process was super easy and predictable, which is definitely what we were looking for in an online furniture shopping experience. the pandemic obviously caused a lot of logistical challenges for delivery services and wed experienced our fair share of frustration with other big box stores (West Elm/Pottery Barn) losing track of orders, having long lead times that werent disclosed on their websites, etc., and poly and bark put them all the shame. 10/10 would use again!
