Wonderful place. Even has super kind owner! U can choose kind of bread, cheese n meat in sandwich.

Breakfast items are great and so is coffee. Be patient if they are busy - it is worth the wait and they are busy for a reason. Very friendly staff and always great to see the owner working the line.

The girls working here are the absolute sweetest, the mocha, coffee and croissants are amazing… I think we found our new go-to!

Ive been going to this coffee shop for YEARS and cant believe I havent left a review. Brian and Judy are simply amazing people and ensure they make EVERYONE feel welcome. I know when I walk into Its a Grind in Moorpark that I can expect a warm greeting by name (well, Brian goes the extra mile by using my full name 😂), a delicious toasted bagel loaded with cream cheese 🤤 and the perfect iced coffee, regardless of which one I choose to order. This place is a must, even if youre just passing through the area! PS: The horchata latte over ice will forever be one of my favorites!

Ever since it became Coffee a la Mode, the place has just gotten even better. The menu is bigger; the coffee is so flavorful and imo taste better than Starbucks (I love Starbucks too so that is saying a lot coming from me); the bagel breakfast sandwiches are amazing (gotta try it with jalepeno chedder bagel)and you can tell they freshly cook it; and the service/staff are so welcoming and down to earth you definitely want to stay and eat or drink at the facility. This is a spot in Moorpark I not only recommend but I categorize it as a must visit. You got to come here!

Love the smell of the coffee, tea n bagels all wrapped in one. Great coffee choices. Small spot, clean, beautiful view of Moorpark outside the window. Lots of items to choose from the menu. Would have loved a better greeting upon entering. Customer service could have been better to get five stars.

Yesss!!! The vibes, the workers, the spiced tea latte, and the picture that sorta looks like a young Elvis Presley. Its a grind is a wonderful establishment that I plan on going to more.

The service was friendly & efficient. The young lady who helped my cousin & me place our orders was very helpful & courteous. The coffees we ordered tasted delicious! I was happy to have my favorite brand of Agave nectar available, as a sugar substitute. The sofas and the areas in which they are placed need serious work so we decided not to use the sofas though my cousin was tired. But the tables & chairs were very clean. Overall, this visit was a very pleasant experience and I will visit again.

I come here almost every day. Its my creative space. The owners Judy and Brian and fantastic. They really care about their customers experience. They always offer to make you another drink for free if you dont like the one you ordered. The staff is awesome, always a smile and great service and friendly conversation. The atmosphere is why I come back over and over. From the chairs to the decor to the music to the local artists on the wall... its so welcoming and comfortable. I wrote a book and a play here, so it has a special place in my heart, and Im sure Ill write many more sitting right here in this chair. :)

I found this place to be very friendly. Nice convo. Quiet, quaint... My coffee was pretty good, but warm. Maybe because I added cold almond milk. All and all, I liked it. Faster than Starbucks.

Fantastic place to meet up with friends. The sound of coffee being made combined with really funky (and surprisingly comfortable) chairs fosters an energetic, yet casual feel. They have a selection of coffee to choose from: light to dark roast, roasted flavors like vanilla or hazelnut, and high octane. The food selection is modest, but fairly customizable. Seating can get limited at peak hours, but there is usually a few spots open at the times when I have been there. I would highly recomend this coffee shop.

This place is so cozy and welcoming. They have games to play. Food and drinks are great, the staff is even better. Nice place to take some friends and get together or just by yourself reading a book and sipping coffee. Will definitely come more!!

My favorite coffee place! Absolutely love it here. Drinks are great, reasonable prices. I love coming here to just sit and relax and watch YouTube (free WiFi). I literally sit in here for 3 hours and nobody kicks me out so 5/5 stars

Im not sure what time our group stumbled into the coffee house yesterday afternoon. Our group recieved an odd look from most of patrons, as we most certainly looked disheveled, our clothes perfumed from the smoke and ash, but not the staff, they welcomed us with open arms.We hadnt stopped in hours, evacuating animals since the early hours of the morning. The owner and staff accommodated us immediately, sent us our way with more than we had asked for, not letting us pay for a single thing.Im talking drink orders in the high teens.I could not recommend this place more. They deserve your business

Such a great spot! Nice and cozy, complete with a stash of board games and a corner of work by local artists, plus AMAZING beverages and a great assortment of food items (both sweet and savory!). The ownership/management is fantastic as well! My current favorite drink (recommended by Brian) is their passionfruit iced tea with a bit of peach flavoring – so refreshing!

A nice local coffee spot with a relaxed and welcoming ambience. Service was quick which allowed me to get back on the road. There were 5 different ready brewed coffees as well as having a full specialty menu, teas and assortment of breakfast items.

This is a down to Earth, home like coffee shop. The employees are great. The service is excellent and the coffee shop is clean.In the morning they served burritos from next door unfortunately that place is temporarily closed. All pastries are fresh and the drinks are great.

Ordered a Latte press and found a long blond hair in the cup after opening the lid. I’m pretty sure it was placed there on purpose. Who can miss a long blond strand of hair? Don’t go or you’ll get this kind of service.

Great little coffee shop in moorpark. They serve all the regular coffees, cappuccinos, lattes etc. Their dessert treats are really good. The place is pretty small but very cozy.

Friendly, cozy, best coffee in the region, different types of seats (rather than all hard chairs), large patio outside for groups or long chats with some fresh air or the dog, awesome cookies, scones and other goodies- even breakfast sandwiches! FORGET/AVOID Starbucks- nothing compared to this classic coffee shop and its options!
