So happy I stopped by! I was craving a coffee and wasnt going to stop anywhere, but I saw this company replied to a rude review by politely yet firmly defending their employees in these tough times and needed to come in!! The Iced Jack Frost with almond milk is AMAZINGβ not too sweet, not too acidic, and they even could make it decaf for me! Very nice barista with brown hair in a braid. It was my first time here and they was there to help if I needed but didnt rush me looking at all the wonderful pastries and large drink menu! To eat, I ordered the spinach & artichoke stuffed bagel and a cute halloween brownie piped with white chocolate and little icing eyes that Im excited to bring home to share with my mom. They also have wifi for guests which I plan to try out someday soon for homework, and have a deal on their day-old bagels to lower food waste! Might even be my favorite part! Thanks for doing your part not only for the environment, but to your customers and most importantly your lovely employees. More companies should so openly care about their hard workers like you! It shows in the service π₯° (P.S.- yes, you should always tip your baristas!)
Great bagel shop! They have pretty cool stuffed bagels (although I think it could have been a little bit warmer) and its worth your try if you ever want to visit a small bakery that has a nice ambiance to it. Its also a great place to hang out with some friends and do some work because they have super fast WiFi. The people who work here are very friendly and Id definitely come back again.
A warm inviting shop where you can enjoy the most amazing quiches, bakery items and more. Ive had several different varieties of the quiches they offer. They are always incredibly moist with melt in your mouth savory flavors. I am making this my weekend tradition and look forward to more delectable quiche offerings.
Servers are already friendly and helpful! Food is always fresh and delicious! The apple turnovers, and bagels are TO DIE FOR! the drinks are awesome, and love that they have almond milk. Cant say enough good things β€οΈ
Very Kind and helpful staff! They were super friendly and patient with me when I didnβt know what to order! So Iβm super happy about that! Also, I like the retro, yet modern atmosphere! From the dark brown wood floors to the newspaper wrapped tables, this place definitely looks really cool ! So overall, Iβd come back here! The coffe was good, but not the best Iβve had. But overall this is a great coffee shop!
.I wanted to see what they offered.I bought a sandwich for a reasonable price and went to pay. I was asked to put a tip on it and I questioned why. Its a nice girl that serve me said it was because they cook, make, serve, even cleaning tables and thats why The tip is there. this was so new to me. Please explain to me why a person that, does a good job should ask for a tip when she gets paid for her job. The food was a 10. The menu extensive and no other place has there selections. I was happy with everything. I just have a question to the public on what you think regarding a tip. I ordered take out it was great. Plus I did give her a tip. Thanks, Colleen
Took 30 minutes to make 2 drinks that were absolutely terrible, would have walked out if I hadnt paid already.
This may sound a bit weird but I enjoyed my visit here even though I didnt eat anything. The place seems very comfortable. A young lady greeted as soon as I walked in. Another young lady took the time to explain every single thing on the menu, to me. Eventually, I left without ordering anything. Apparently, I had walked in just seconds before closing time. I wanted to just sit and relax while I ate and that wasnt possible, so I left. Still, both young ladies were very helpful and polite. I will visit again, for sure!
My husband went in today we havenβt been by for sometime even before Covid19 my fav was always the breakfast quiche today it was the worst ever tasted old and just not the same like in the past. Very disappointing I used to know the original owners then the guy from Streets Bistro? owns it or owned it now nevertheless the food the staff are a disappointment. The staff that was there today were either clueless or just didnβt care about their jobs. Disgusting.
Their Jack Frost is the best both cold and hot!
You know Ive never been a place like this in my life but when I visited this location truly was mind-blowing and I highly consider anyone who wants to go back to a place after eating something thats that amazing this is the place to choose
Stumbled upon this place and stopped in for an iced coffee. The coffee is of course delicious but more importantly, Robby the co-owner I assume is fantastic. He made sure our drinks were perfect. He also gave my wife and I a fantastic run down on the bakery and sandwiches and everything sounded great. We will be back to try them all.
My favorite cafe in Ventura County! The coffee is the best. The owner has sought out a reliable supply chain of high quality beans! I would not go anywhere else to buy my beans. He is knowledgeable about every bean advertised. The food is amazing too! The owner studied culinary school in France. Their creative menu will keep you coming back. The decor is very relaxing and puts you at ease. Highly recommended!
This is my favorite coffee bar in all of Los Angeles. A hole in the wall is exactly what it is especially when the cashier and coffee machine is only in the front entrance of the Romper Room bar. So, they are in the Romper Rooms entrance. Dont look for a separate store front or youll walk right past it. Its a must go for sure!!
The breakfast here was fresh and yummy! Our orders came out super fast and the service was great! This is a very cozy spot for brunch
Friendly staff, coffee is pretty good, and they have some unique options for food. WiFi. The TVs really kill the coffee shop vibe and make it hard to get any work done here. Turn them off and put on some coffee shop style music instead.
Loved it. Got the breakfast stuffed bagel. The best Ive ever had!!
Had their tacos over at Enegrens Brewery. The Korean BBQ was absolutely delicious, and the staff was extremely friendly and fun to talk with. I chatted with Pat and I will definitely be in to check out the actual store front soon.
Excellent Bagels! Friendly staff! Excellent Servers!
This place is awesome! Looks like itβs not even open on the outside but so cute, cozy and friendly on the inside. But wait.... the food is even better!EVERYTHING is made in house including their very creative bagels! We got some to go we liked ours so much and Iβm one to order bagels from the east coast. They have stuffed bagels, cinnamon rolls and bisqueys and gravy.Everything we tried was delish! JJ one of the owners is so friendly and shared with us that these are handed down family recipes...A Must try!!
One of the best places in Moorpark. Amazing creative breakfast concoctions like stuffed bagels, hand pies, and croissant bagels aka craigles. If you want a hardier breakfast, the biscuits and gravy are incredible, but you may want to take a nap afterward.
Lives up to its name, with a super friendly staff, best coffee in the world, really they have kopi which is insane, and they sell it for near cost. The owners are true foodies and they are so laid back. Parking is a sinch and did I mention that they are disgustingly delicious... Best place to grab a coffee in Moorpark.
***Disgustingly Rude Service***Super excited to try it, but unfortunately when I called to place the order a girl answers and I heard her say in the background I dont know what this girl is trying to order?? she wants to order something customize when all I was ordering was the food off their website. Very rude and poor customer service, will not be ordering from any place that talks about their customers in poor manner.
Hidden away little coffee shop with some of the best quick bites Ive ever had. Everything is made fresh daily, and I can guarantee you wont be disappointed.
The owner is great, innovative and tasty baked goods. Havent been there in a while. Hours dont seem to be listed anywhere!
Food is good, love their coffee new staff and way nicer than previous staff
My husband and I love walking here on a lazy Sunday morning. Friendly staff, delicious baked goods, and yummy coffee!
Great spot for a quick bite and, true to its name, disgustingly delicious.
Friendly staff, great food made fresh and family friendly.
The ONLY decent (great) bagels in all of Moorpark and Simi Valley. It is really your only option. Also, fantastic pastries that are different and fun. Cragels, too! Earlier in the day = a better selection, of course.
Great coffee, fantastic baked goods made on the premises. Spinach, mushroom pie a big favorite.
Nice little place work WiFi.
Friendly, professional, and very helpful.... not to mention tasty.
Fantastic!
