I went in the store to add Wi-Fi to my tablet. The man at the counter sold me a Wi-Fi device and told me I would only be paying for the tax. The next billing cycle my bill skyrocketed. He didnt tell me I was going to be financing at $300 device and they were going to add the cost to my bill cycle.

I stopped in to activate an old phone that I had because my phone mysteriously disappeared. The sales rep was great trying to come up with a new sims card for me to help put my old phone back together. But then he made an offer of some older style remanufactured phones they had in stock. I said sure lets go that route instead. He was so good to me so helpful. I was so relieved because it was an extremely reasonable purchase. Thank you Verizon. Now you know why I have been a customer for 27 years with the same phone number.

I was so happy to find them open today. Michael helped me with my new phone purchase but also checked to see if there was a better plan that may cost me less per month. There was and he changed it over even while moving everything from my old phone to new. They are always helpful and especially today
Would give 0 stars if possible. Manager scammed us by giving us a promotion that did not exist on the Samsung S20s and threw in free tablets as a bonus. When calling and going back in person to ask about incorrect billing of that purchase, he kept telling us to wait for the system to sort things out and it should correct itself. He kept telling us to wait and did it purposefully long enough to be past the 14 day return policy. Would not accept the returns once we were fed up with waiting and we got screwed paying for everything. Avoid this location/manager, better to just call and order with Verizon themselves.
The staff is amazing. I brought my new phone in (that I bought online) to have a screen protector placed on it and the woman that helped me was knowledgeable and friendly. Would absolutely go back for any of my other phone-related needs.

Just went in there to see about better plan options for me and my wife and thwy wanted me to call instead the 611 number which no one ever answers. Waited for the customers ahead of me to finish but some tried to “side help” me i guess you could say which caused me to miss the spot i was in and now had to wait again, wasted my time completely, typical BS with this company.
Brianna In Moorpark was really helpful and kind and knowledgeable. She is the best Verizon employee I’ve worked with in years when buying a new phone. I really appreciate her tips and expedience. I’ll go back to her again for sure. Excellent!
Great place to buy a new phone or tablet. Hunter did a terrific job of transferring all my data from my old phone and tablet to the newer ones.I have been here several times in the past and will continue to go there whenever I need a new phone or I-pad.

Briana was at the Moorpark location-helping customers during COVID-19. She kept social distancing and wore a face mask to protect customers. Briana was extremely helpful on the phone prior to my arrival and continued to be patient with me, my uncooperative phone and other customers. She was happy and has a great personality-wonderful customer service!!
I ordered a phone online for my daughter and selected the Moorpark store for pickup. When she went they were entirely unhelpful. After an hour in the store with nobody else there and trying several things she finally was able to get somebody on the phone from Verizon. The person on the phone was great but still had to forcefully ask the store employees to give the already paid for phone to my daughter. She got the phone and also bought a couple hundred dollars of other stuff, case, glass cover etc. After all that waste of time, when she got home the phone didnt work. I looked... they had somehow put the sim card in backwards and not activated the phone. There is no excuse for such lazy and terrible service. I was able to fix the problem by unjamming the sim card and flipping it the right way then activating via the Verizon automated system. It took about 5 minutes to do right. Ill never go to this store again and recommend you avoid it as well given their incompetence and terrible service. I imagine the employees are commission and had no interest in helping because the phone was bought and paid for online. This reflects poorly on Verizon, I wish Verizon didnt let any 2 bit amateur setup as an authorized retailer. Verizon franchises are not all created equal.

Very helpful with a change-out of two old phones for new as well as a change to Verizon from another provider. Answered a number of difficult questions that I had.
My parents came into the store to purchase a phone and Irwin lied and talked them into taking a tablet which they thought was free with the phone purchase. It was not free and he lowered our plan from a 4GB to 2GB without disclosing this and told my parents their payments would be the same as our current plan. This store is shady and took advantage of loyal customers. I’ve been with Verizon for 12 years and have never experienced this with any other store. I’ve already contacted corporate offices regarding this matter.
Unhelpful and rude over the phone. Told me to look it up on Google. If you cant answer simple customer questions, what are you there for? Unbelievable. Lazy and unmotivated staff
Some of the worst service I have experienced. I came here with my boyfriend who just landed here from israel and of course doesnt have a California id. They were extremely rude. He came with his own phone to have the line set up with. Of course they tried selling him a phone on the way. Tried to sell us an apple watch as well and told us it was $40 for one payment when it was $40 a month. Thats not even the worst part, they didnt let him set up a line on his name because he didnt have a California id. Ridiculous horrible service.

DO NOT BE FOOLED! This is not a Verizon Wireless! it is just an authorized dealer. I spend a lot of money on Verizon, so I expect better customer service than I received. I will be doing my business elsewhere.
When setting up our last plan Mickey advised is that we can pay monthly for our phone and the current plan allows me to pay for a year and at that time we could switch to an upgraded phone without having to pay off the old phone and make new payments on the new phone. It was a major reason I decided to go with this plan. A year later (current day) my phone battery naturally depleted and I figured I might as well upgrade since the year has passed. When going to this location I was advised this phone was not a part of that plan and only certain phones were. After announcing my annoyance at this news I complained to the rep. The rep tried his hardest only to come to the conclusion that he cant do anything. This is completely unacceptable and lacks integrity from those sales team. I will NEVER GIVE ANOTHER DIME TO THIS STORE. They misrepresented the deal or ignorantly allowed or even on purpose allowed me to purchase these phones with the idea I could upgrade after a year.

Absolutely WONDERFUL experience with this store. The manager - Mike - is the man. Had nothing but terrible experiences with the Simi Valley Town Center store (dont ever go there - theyre sharks), and I was pretty much ready to just be done with Verizon entirely.Mike (and the other guys as well) were very clear about pricing, helped me fix everything that had been messed up by the shark-people in Simi, and hooked me up with a plan and phones that were way more bang for my buck. Couldnt have been happier with the experience.As the cherry on top/side note: they were extremely helpful with the other customers in the store as well. My situation was going to take an hour + to fix and there were a couple of people behind me in line that had quick questions or 5min fixes. Mike noticed this and took the initiative ask if I wouldnt mind letting him take care of them real quick so they dont have to sit around for an hour just for a quick fix. I was super impressed and I didnt mind at all. He helped both people inside of 10 minutes and everyone walked away happy. GREAT customer service.
Waited 30 min while only one employee was there helping the first customer. Gave up and left. On the way out I told a new customer coming in that he should be prepared for a long wait, and he left too.
Came in with my mom to upgrade our phones and the store manager was extremely helpful and made the visit very pleasant. Definitely coming back here for future Verizon needs.

This is only a licensed retailer not a corporate store. They offer unique deals however they will not provide technical support and insight when problems arise. I would strongly recommend you visit a corporate retailer. There is one in Simi Valley and Thousand Oaks.
Customer service is non existent. No live people. Dial the phone and they put you on hold, then it says sessions timed out....They suck

I would not recommend this store to anyone! They are not part of Verizon and are limited in their products and the ability to offer what the regular Verizon stores can offer. They are very manipulative with their sales tactics and not forthcoming with the small print. they are unwilling to serve the customer in a fair manner, changing their policies as they go. Poor management and uninformed sales clerks make this store a very undesirable place to do business.
To date, I have never written a review of a store before... However, between Roy and and Ford at this store, it is as if they are competing to see can lie the lost! Roy told me he would waive transfer fees for phones and credit my account for a purchased phone. It seemed like he is never at work and will not return my phone calls. They kept telling me the paperwork was Submitted. I should have considered all of the negative reviews... By switching my service from ATT to Verizon it ended up costing me about $330. Ford is a liar and Roy is a two bit hustler. I guess I am going back to ATT, and ATT ensured me they would waive all fees plus what Verizon screwed me out of! Use caution with this stores employees!

This morning I was going to buy a phone at this store but could not get anyones attention. There were two people working and two customers. The staff would not make eye contact with me. After looking at phones and tablets I left the store and came back 5 minutes later and after being ignored again I asked the girl working if I should come back later. She was short with me and snapped be with you in a minute. I asked for a manager and she indicated with her head he was at the desk. He said he would be with me in a bit. I told them they should have said that when I came in the first or second time. Or hello, something. They could not have been too busy for a common courtesy. You could hear a pin drop in that store. I have been buying phones there for at least 10 years. I wasnt about to buy another phone or do another contract with them. Ill take my chances somewhere else or on line.

I have been calling Verizon for 3 months to get a credit applied that was promised by this seller. They are not a good store - go to Costco, go to a real Verizon store but stay away from these cheats.
