Awful Customer Service from Elizabeth (manager), I bought a screen protector which has a life time warranty, went in to get it fix but Elizabeth refused to change it since I’m not in the account. The account is under my wife’s name but I was the one that purchased the screen protector with no problem at all, also other workers have changed the screen protector with no problem at all. She demanded either I be added to the account as an authorized person or wife has to come in and do it, what’s the problem when she can check the serial number in the phone against the system? When I was sold the screen protector and you wanted my money you guys had no problem selling it., @T-Mobile have your employees be in the same page.

I came here for a billing issue and was helped out by the T Mobile employees that worked at the store. They were very helpful and courteous answering all my questions and addressing all my concerns about my account. They were also informed me on current promotions that were going on and wasnt pushy about me buying anything. Definitely coming out here to the store again.

With the coronavirus its still great customer service somewhat fast very helpful people

I got everything I needed, but be prepared to wait outside because they only allow 6 people (including the staff) to be in the store at a time.

This place is so wonderful and amazing, I love their staff who always hard at work and always making sure every customer is taken care of. I would recommend anybody and everyone to stop by here because they really do help allllloooottt

Employees saying “I don’t speak Spanish” to speaking Spanish when trying to sell me a phone. Worst customer service I’ve experienced going to a Tmobile. Last time I’ll go to this location.

Sadly i lost my Galaxy S9 all of my information on there backed up to google cloud i do not have access to. The representative here was very helpful in helping me get a new one. He even helped me make sure that never happens to me again he helped me set up some kind of account recovery so that i do not lose access to my emails or contacts ever again. Bummer, but they were very helpful will come back here when i need assistance again.

Excellent staff!!! We were moving 6 phones on 2 different accounts from AT&T to T Mobile. They were very patient with us and helped set up the new phones. We cannot thank you again for going above and beyond for our family!! A special shout out to Albert, Zack, and Jose!
