Brinn, was an awesome sales associates to deal with. She was very knowledgable and had a great personality. Instead, of it feeling like a business transaction, it was more like two friends, hanging out and putting something together. Companies, need to take care of people like this and recruit more people like her. Awesome experience.

The staff at the Moorhead Verizon store were excellent to work with. The woman I talked with first (whose name I cant remember unfortunately) was very helpful in making sure I applied all possible deals and gave good comparisons for different phone models. Looked at a phone online and it was shown as in stock, and when I called with some questions about it, the call center I was directed to assured me the phone was available. Taking personal time from work, I went right away to be sure to get it, but was informed when I got there that the phone was actually ordered for someone else and the call center could not have known that. How is that even a possibility these days?? To boot, the representative helping me was wearing AirPods hidden under her hair until she took them out to inform me that the phone was actually not available 🙄
