Went to Walmart and go a sim card kit

Doesnt even answer the phone. Tried twice today in middle of the day

Every single time we go to this location we get nothing but the best service ever. All of the employees are Beyond knowledgeable. They answer every single one of our questions dont judge us if the questions seem irrelevant. They are all kind and courteous. Our family cannot say enough positive things about the employees at this location! highly recommended.

Went in because my screen on my phone broke, wanted the same iPhone 6s. Employee said I would never be able to find that phone, tried to up sell and get me to spend $400. I left and called a Fargo store, where they had the phone....terrible customer service as well My wife went in a couple weeks earlier, same guy said they would be getting the phone in shortly, took my wife’s info and never bothered to call to let us know they had the phone, or that he was wrong and they wouldn’t be getting that phone shipped to them. Just poor customer service there the last few times I’ve been in.

It was great. The environment was wonderful. I went into pay my phone bill and ended up talking to the new manager who brought my day from a 2 to a 8 in my mood. Thanks cricket wireless moorhead

The cashier was not knowledgeable about equipment, one register not working properly. Questions not addressed.

Amazing customer service! Went in and there was only one young lady working in the store. I went in to pay a bill and she sold me a bundle that saved me money!! She was very knowledgeable and super sweet! Her name is Jowan and she was super sweet and very helpful!! Definitely recommend!

Erica went to a different store to ensure that I would not have to settle for a phone that I wasnt in love with! She handled my order with a sense professionalism yet it felt as though a friend was taking care of ensuring I got what I needed.

Horrible experience, almost 4 hours to upgrade 2 phones, manager thought i dhould be grateful that she came in on day off to DO HER JOB!!!!! And had the nerve to imply that my child did not give her the right area code. WORST experience ever......

Affordable phones and plans!! Just like straighttalk but way way better!! You know why? You get to talk to someone in person abput your service and phone! DID I MENTION IN PERSON!

Worst customer service. Very unknowledgeable staff. Not one person (there were 3) wanted to leave their chair when asking for help to pick out accessories. They then argued among themselves because they didnt know how to apply a screen protector.
