If I could give this place ZERO STARS it would be too much. Not only did we have the biggest headache with the finance manager being distracted due to personal issues and messing up documents needed for the title transfer, then not returning our calls for over 3 weeks (we are STILL waiting on this) but our transmission went out as we were crossing over 3k miles driven on our 2018 Chevy suburban purchased here. We are stranded half way across the country on Friday of a holiday weekend waiting on a call back. When calling for a simple answer I was told “you calling makes me come back to my desk and take longer” meanwhile the clock is ticking to even be able to get it into a shop here before a 3 day weekend and everyone there could care less. I am not one to leave a bad review as usually there is just a misunderstanding or one particular issue but this is not the case here. I would highly recommend going ANYWHERE ELSE!

The staff are nice and do their best.... However, the dealership will try to add on every thing they can.They even try to add on anything they had to repair after buying so you pay for their poor judgement.I don’t ever give reviews but this absolutely blew my mind.They listed a vehicle for $33,588 and fine printed a admin fee of $788 and taxes, which is normal.They come back at almost $39,000 at the end saying the repair costs ($2460) they did and adding $1400 just to say it is GM certified.Wow, if this happens and you buy a vehicle from them.... you deserved it.

I have been dealing with this dealership and salesman Tim Hiatt for many years. Tim is absolutely the best!! They always have the best inventory along with the best pricing available. If you want a hassle free and honest vehicle buying experience, Randy Marion is the place to go!!!

Over 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation even with an appointment. When car was dropped off was told it would only take less than an hour.

Actually no stars!!! Buyer beware!! My husband and I purchased a brand new 2020 Customized lifted Silverado from Randy Marion in Mooresville. The truck has been in the dealers shop for over 3 weeks. The 1st payment was due before we could even get the truck back out of the shop from Randy Marion. This is the 3rd brand new vehicle that we have purchased from this dealer. That apparently doesnt matter because the dealer kept giving dishonest answers about the problems with the truck. Randy Marion had to pick up the truck twice because it was broken down and called us today to see if we would pay them for the tow. Are you serious??? I am going to post my entire experience with this company every day until I have shared everything with the public about the unfair, discriminatory manner in which they do business. Tomorrow Im going to post what Randy Marion himself said to me. When we purchased the truck it had 34 miles on it. The dealer put over 500 miles on the truck testing it out......it was apparent that whoever had the truck took it on vacation and dogged it out. Then delivered it fixed with paint chipped off the drivers door like we wouldnt notice.

I stopped by this place looking for information on buying a new work van. I walked around the lot looking at the different options. Meanwhile the sales staff say under the canopy chatting not one salesperson acknowledged that I was even there....SAD

Keeps deleting bad reviews but this place sucks, made an apointment but the girl hung up on me befor telling me anything, so i drove all the way to Statesville to have them service me . Need to hire better people with respect.
