Went in to use the OBD to see why my 4 year old car was sputtering. The gentleman that helped me ran through the computer and diagnosed a faulty ignition coil. I like to do things myself and found out their price for the part. I inquired if he knew if it would be a complicated process he explained plug n play with one screw to hold in place. I explained still under warranty and the auto zone employee said don’t mess with it bring it back. He could have talk me the other way and I would have attempted the job and maybe void my warranty. Wish I could remember the gentleman’s name. That’s the way business should be done!Because of this instance I will use this location from here on out. First store I will go to when I need anything for the car.

Stop at this Auto Zone last night and needed wipers for an Audi, they were excellent in helping me find the right ones to use and further suggested better and less costly wipers than the OEM. The manager was even gracious enough to install the wipers on my vehicle. He did this without rolling his eyes or any hesitation. It was great cannot express how grateful I was for his suggestions on selection and installation. First class customer service. Thank you.

Saved me $700.00 on replacing my radiator. I received a quote from a local garage for a little over $1,000.00 to replace the radiator in My 2007 Jeep Commander. That was a little high for my current financial reality and so I had no choice but to continue nursing the ruptured radiator (adding about a gallon of 50/50 every day). On a radiator fluid run to AutoZone the gentleman behind the counter assessed that I could probably replace the radiator myself. After purchasing all the parts I needed (total: $303.20), and a few hours later, I had a new radiator installed (saving me $700.00)! Thanks to this young mans recommendation, I have also come to gain a belief that I can do things that I previously thought I couldnt. It is a very empowering knowing that I am driving around in a Jeep with a new radiator that I replaced on my own (and with the help of a couple of YouTube videos). Ha ha! Thanks for the life-changing recommendation. I know that this could have turned-out differently (if it failed and I ended-up with 16 extra bolts and a thermostat as a radiator-cap). Every venture begins with a risk.

I went into purchase a 5 gallon of hydraulic fluid and the person at the counter right away said that he hoped I had somebody to carry that out for me I said I can do it myself then he proceeded to carry it from the back of the store to the front of the store but would not carry out to my car in addition nobody that worked there had masks on

I got there at 2 mins to closings and they still where nice enough to give me service as they where locking there doors.

Horrible service. I’ve bought all my batteries, brakes and parts from this store but won’t anymore. My $200 Duralast with a 3yr full replacement died twice in two weeks. Both times I took it to Autozone and they said it was low charge (even though it was on a charger all week). I left, took it to Advanced and their equipment said it was bad. I bought a new Diehard and will NEVER buy another part from Autozone.

Excellent service! The guys there quickly helped me and several others. They assisted me with a new battery and made the experience very pleasant. I highly recommend them!

Employees were very cheerful! We tried to replace a battery and he told us to take it back to where we bought it bc it was still under warranty!! He could have just easily sold us their battery. I love honest people! We will definitely keep them as our #1 auto store.

The usual car parts experience

My suv battery went dead without warning. Got a jump start and went straight to Mooresville Autozone, got a new battery and now Im good.

Horrible experience, usually Autozone is my go to. But couldnt wait 5 minutes so i can return an Item. TJ Let after this return, will not ever waste my time. Advanced and Napa is always there!

This place was very helpful. It was pouring down raining one night after driving up the interstate in rush hour traffic and of course my windshield wipers broke and flew off my vehicle. Of course I was a nervous wreck, this place was so kind to me. Fixed me right up put the correct wipers on for me in the pouring rain, gave me coffee and peace of mind till the storm passed. Really good people.

The guys at mclelnd Ave are very helpful and deliver my parts almost every time 20 minutes after I call. Great place to deal with!

I went to auto zone my key was stuck in the if notion and Dakar was my savior he got it unstuck thank you damage your the best

We thought we just needed a de light but it turned out to be a fuse. The aforementioned fuse then prevented us from being able to start the car. But which fuse? After trial and error, my husband discovered which fuse. In the meantime, a very nice employee checked up on us and offered encouragement.

Always helpful folks! They know what to do and what you need. Me? Not as much. Im just always willing to try. This is a good place for me.

5 star service. I always come here for parts. They have an excellent, knowledgeable staff and even if its raining they will come out and replace your windshield wiper.

Im trying to keep two older cars in tip-top condition, so I make regular trips. I think the Techron Complete Fuel System cleaner has added many trouble-free miles to my vehicles. And, I can always rely on the general manager to give me great advice...I’ve also saved a lot of money with their Rewards program.

Located pretty close to my me and its kind of my go to place for parts. I am getting annoyed at their rewards program because they will expire your points and it ends up not doing you enough good. Otherwise its a pretty ok auto parts store.
