Had 4 new tires installed at another place, just yesterday, left out for work and one of them was almost flat, stopped in @ Mooresville tire, they installed a new valve steam pretty quickly for how busy they where. Thank you also had to do the work in the hot parking lot as my van with all the equipment wouldnt fit inside on a lift. thank you for fixing my problem, next time I need tires I will get them from you!

All the staff are honest and professional. They go the extra mile to be sure your experience is a good one. I took my car to have the radiator flushed and they told me that it didn’t need this service yet! Such honest people! Love the care and service here. I give them a big “10”!!

Everyone is so nice they fixed a problem in our car last year. The same issue started coming up again, we discovered the part was faulty. The dis the repair again at not no charge to the part !

Have been taking my car here for just under a year now- mostly oil changes and tires. Work is done quickly and the waiting room is comfortable. The manager is friendly and goes above and beyond for quality customer service. Would recommend to anyone.

I started working in Mooresville the beginning of this year and these guys are right down the street from my work. I have taken my car to them several times to patch a hole in my tire and always for oil changes. They are very professional and always very pleasant to deal with. I know if I do have anything that I need fixed on my car in the future I will go to them as well as continue my maintenance with them as well.

$30 to patch a tire is ridiculous. Took all of 5 minutes and I already had the tire off of the car for them. I basically had half the work already done. I’m my opinion I feel the man I spoke with was not only rude but I feel he took advantage of me about the price. Next time I will for sure go with discount tire who I found out the next day does free patches, and always works with their customers with pricing. Also not to mention discount tire has some of the best customer service I’ve seen. Now Their is a possibility I’m just broke and I’m wrong for complaining about $30 but this is how I feel.

My husband took my car to have the oil changed. We have been to this place for our inspections and have never had an issue, but this time, they just flat out lied!! If my car gets the slightest rattle, I search and search till its found. My car DID NOT have a rattle when taken for an oil change this week. When they changed the oil, they left off the plastic piece that keeps you from seeing the ground when you check the oil. My car developed a rattle because this piece was left off and my husband discovered the piece missing. I cant stand a rattle!! He took my car back to them and asked for the piece they left off....my goodness did they ever lie!!!! The guy that changed it, I believe his name was Randy, said, oh yeah...I noticed it was gone and I mentioned it to so and so...when so and so came through, he said didnt I mention to you about that missing piece on his car and that guy said oh yeah...well, the manager came up and they told him and he said oh yeah I remember...we dont have it, it wasnt on there, you can get another one on eBay! What they dont know is my husband isnt an idiot...he knows cars...he use to be the best mechanic this town ever had...he was going to talk to them about new tires, but not now! Its not the cost of the piece that we have to replace...its the total disrespect for a customer and they blatantly lied about forgetting to put the piece back on! All they had to do was apologize and try to rectify the situation. If they thought it was so important that they discussed it with each other and the manager, why wouldnt they have asked my husband if he knew there was a part missing?? We will not use them again and my husbands reputation on working on cars carries a lot of weight with a lot of people....so does word of mouth!!!Poor example of customer relations!!!

Used to come in there for tires and the service was great. But then you hired the dinosaur from peebles to work the front desk. Last time I came in there he was belittling an elderly lady then when it was my turn he mocked me so I walked out. Will not be returning as long as he is still there. Its a shame too bc I have spent a lot of money with this place. I will say that I have dealt with the owner in the past and had pleasant experiences

I have been taking my vehicle to Mooresville Tire and my service has not only been satisfactory, but exemplary (especially in the last few months). George is anything but rude and is always willing to lend a helping hand, get a quick diagnosis for problems, and recommend the best tire for your buck. Having dealt with George a countless number of times, I have full faith in both George and his technicians/staff (who are all also very friendly and knowledgeable). It was a pleasure to deal with Leslie at the front desk and the new service writer, Georgia, is just as enjoyably to work with. This shop is always quick to get me in, easy to make appointments with, and friendly to deal with. They have very reasonable prices and are upfront about anything that you may need done to your vehicle. They wont try to oversell or push services that you dont need.Dont hesitate to visit these awesome people and wonderful shop!

I have been bringing my vehicles to Mooresville Tire since they opened. I have always been treated well and never taken advantage of the fact I dont know squat about cars. Any thing that has ever been done has always been discussed first. I have been given a professional opinion on weather or not it was absolutely needed of if I could wait to budget it in. Very clean and friendly place. Sometimes people just dont want to hear they have an expensive repair needed and blame it on the bearer of bad news.

Put the wrong tires on my car then wanted to sell me more tires to correct their screw up. Refused to refund me for this either. Make sure you know what tires should go on your car because they dont!

The manager there.... I think his name is Terry is as dishonest as they come. Its a long story, but hang in there. They broke into my daughters truck and physically threatened me.I was told on a Friday one thing needed fixed (steering joint) for my daughters truck to pass inspection. He said he went ahead and passed it and put it the DMVs system (not sure of the legalities there) and I could bring it back Mon. My wife and daughter took it back Mon. morning then the list and cost started going up. My wife felt he was taking advantage of the fact she was a woman and told him she just wanted what needed fixed to pass inspection that wed probably be selling it soon anyway. Then he offered to buy it. Struck up a deal with my daughter who told him shed have to wait on the title from the DMV. Based on this she went and bought another car. I went in on Tues. just to talk and joke that he should have said something sooner before I transferred title to my daughter and he completely backed out of the deal. Made a verbal contract with a 19 year old girl and then backed out of it... No morals at all. To me your word is your worth and Terry the manager here is worthless... So I drove my car home and walked back to get my daughters truck and the manager and a mechanic had all the doors swung open and were messing around in it. They had BROKE into it while I was gone and all they had to say for themselves was its on our property we can break into it. Here I do know the legality.... No.. no you cannot break into a car on your property without following the proper procedures in the law. Who knows what they did to her truck while I was gone. To top it off as I was leaving a thug looking mechanic continued to verbally threaten me with physical harm cursing and yelling like a child... professionalism is not something this place has. I would be weary about using their services for anything.

Know several people who have taken their cars here and what business uses personal cell phones to contact customers instead of the business phone. Some past reviews had me suspicious after a family member of mine said the manager text her so I researched it and the outcome wasn’t so great! Maybe owners should be more careful who they hire, maybe I’m old school but something about him was too weary. On bad reviews you want to claim they aren’t customers and take the managers word but I’m sure people know what page they are making reviews on. Not professional manuerism at all and texting customers that are females when you can call from the business phone about the vehicles is how it should be handled. Luckily I’m not my nieces mother or I wouldn’t have had any part of it. Owners next time do a search

Called three times trying to get the brake lines done on my truck just to be told I would be called with a price after constantly calling them I gave up and went somewhere else. Not professional. They did ok with my car, but I needed my truck fixed and got nothing...no call backs and no pricing.

Do not go here. I sent a car there for an alignment and when I got it back nothing was done to it. Still pulled right and when I got it on my lift the cam bolts were still covered in dirt so no wrench was on there. As a technician it pissed me off because thats what gives us a bad name. Charge the customer but dont do the work. Will not be sending alignments or anything there anymore

I had taken my dodge truck in for front brakes. They claimed to have done the front brakes. I even took the truck back due to a funny noise coming from the front passenger side and had them do more work that should have been noticed the first time. 4 months later.....the brake calipers are locked and basicslly no rooters on passenger side. I paid for warranty and they redused to fix anything that they didnt do right. Costs another$700 to get it right only four months later! Owner/ manager is rude and he needs some customer service skills badly. Would never recommend anyone go here. Dishonest and unreliable is what you get. They see $$$ nothing like the old owner who you could trust and had confidence in the work. He used to always back up his service and products!!

Front tires of my wifes car never had lug nuts tightened and when i returned to have them send someone to my house to fix the issue they suggested we go else where and have it fixed after they were paid and at fault...broke my fathers wheel studs and tried charging him to replace them and left a caliper bolt out of brake caliper...terrible service all around

Had my oil changed on a Toyota Rav 4 and the guys forgot to reinstall the under engine plastic shield that has to come off to reach the oil filter. Now the remaining parts underneath rattle. I went back 4 days later and they had a story about how they commented to each other how it was missing. Even the manager, Terry, agreed. This is BS because now if I open the hood, I can see directly to the ground beside the engine wheras before the shield prevented this. Also the rattle is new. I can not trust them.

Decent tire place

I took my car in for an inspection and i got it back with a busted grill!!!!! When i questioned the manager he trys to blame me saying i broke it.... This place is a joke!!!!!!!!!!!! I am a certified tech. And i have never met a distrustful shop as this one.
