Had a good experience with our sales man Ryan took the time 2 explain all the features very knowledgeable very courteous no high pressure sales. transaction took 4 days to make up our mind how we going to do this. When we was decided we was going to get it he had vehicle totally re-cleaned gassed up Im waiting on us paperwork took less than 40 minutes which is a good time at a dealership. Don was phenomenal to work with! We stopped and seen our car just before close on a Saturday and he was in no rush and answered all of the questions we had. Came back Monday to test drive and Tuesday to sign papers! Finance was top notch. We ended up walking away with a cheaper price on the vehicle than originally listed (cooperate did a price drop over night after we had agreed that we wanted it and they honored the lowest price which many dealerships will not do), maintenance package, and so many other goodies for cheaper than we had anticipated spending! Awesome people to work with! Laid back and we will always remember this shopping experience for any future vehicle purchases.

Very disappointed in service department. Had an appointment booked for 3 weeks to correct an ongoing issue and they called me the day before to tell me they couldn’t “get my car in for another week or two.” If they were honest up front I could have rescheduled somewhere else from the beginning. Then asked them if driving with the issue would make it worse and they said “we can’t tell you that until we look at it.”

About 6 years ago my Dad and I decided that we were going to trade my first car and his old truck he had recently replaced for an SUV. We walked in the door and were connected with Tim S. The experience we had at Community changed how we have bought cars since then. Thank God we are Ford people because we have bought a total of 5 cars from Tim S. I have never had such a hassle free positive experience elsewhere and the experience at Community and specifically with Tim is the bar for service. If you’re looking for a casual atmosphere with no pressure I HIGHLY recommend these guys.

TIm I. Was amazing, usually you can tell that salesman’s are just there for money. Tim I was the most laid back salesman I have ever dealt with. The entire process of selling my vehicle and buying another one was painless and very fast. I’ll never go anywhere else.

I was quoted a price for a repair over the phone that seemed high to me. The service tech was nice enough to break down what went into that price including the taxes, and he gave me a final price out the door.After repair was finished, I was charged $130 higher than the quote on the phone. I mentioned that to the service tech and he said it was only around $30 different. I let him know it was $130 different and asked why. He said because the quote did not include taxes. I let him know the quote did include taxes, as it was out the door. He claimed he had overheard the phone conversation two days previous and it was clearly stated to me it did not include taxes. I disagreed, so he went to talk to Im assuming a manager.He returned and handed me a calculator. He insisted that I punch in the items without including the tax and look at the total and then add the tax and look at the total. This was apparently proof that I was wrong somehow??I felt I was being taken advantage of but had no recourse, as I hadnt recorded the quote on the phone or anything and had no evidence. The manager (our whoever the other guy was) shouted over asking how much the tax was, then offered to take $100 of the $130 off the bill as he didnt care that much about the money. I told him I certainly cared about the money. I took him up on this because I figured it was better than paying the full $130 more than the quote. I still got overcharged $30 though.Charging more than the quote, the whole calculator bit, and then not taking the whole amount overcharged off the bill took this experience into the 1 star territory for me. Avoiding this place in the future.

The service here is absolutely horrible. Very rude and not friendly at all. I dropped my car off to get fixed and when I picked it up they had thrown trash in my car and did not take it out. I went in to let them know they left trash in my car and was told that It’s not their problem and that I can clean it myself!

I had an engine issue recently and thankfully with their guidance at the point of sale they had me purchase an extended warranty. Without this warranty my out of pocket expense would have been over $10,000. My engine issue is completely covered under this warranty.Thanks to all at Community for educating me and looking out for me when I purchased the Expedition.

We bought a 2020 Ford Escape from Community Ford of Mooresville after an autotrader search brought us to them as they had the best price. We drove over an hour each way because of the price point, and because our salesman Tim was outstanding! From the very first call then all the texts with my millions of questions that he answered quickly. They also secured financing and had everything they needed before we even got there to ensure a quick turn around. I had a vehicle that I was very upside down on and they were amazing at helping us navigate the best way to get out from under it. I shopped around before choosing them, whenever I would let the others know how upside down I was on my loan I was treated differently, my calls werent returned and no salesmen were available. Tim never once acted this way, he made sure to communicate with me and was nothing but professional. We will make the drive again when my husband needs a new truck! Hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had!!

Well where do I begin, bought a 2016 ford escape with 41,000 miles 16 months ago from Community Ford, and bought there best extended warranty, and was told it covered everything, the blower motor fan started making a terrible noise, took it in and after they told me this was not covered under warranty, because a mouse or something had took string and plastic up there, so told them to go ahead and fix it, 484 dollars later, went to pick it up, and before I took off I checked it out and it was not fixed at all, still making the same noise that it was when I took it in, and then was force feed a line of bull, they still have the car and we are going to see if they get it fixed right tomorrow at no additional cost to me, if not I will be getting ahold of channel 13 news, BBB, and the attorney general, will post more later, so I upped them to 3 star, they kept my Escape for 1 more day and wound up changing out the blower motor at no cost to me, thank you, they showed me my blower motor and it had a piece of dog food in between 2 of the blades, not sure why they didnt catch it the first day but they did finally take care of the issue, this should have never gotten this far, but so far so good, no more terrible noise from the blower motor, I hope I have no more trouble with this, so I dont have to go back.

The team of folks running this place are awesome. I went in to buy a specific vehicle, the one on their lot had just sold as I pulled up. These guys went out of their way to find me exactly what I wanted and even had to personally drive to get the vehicle! I can’t thank them enough. They have definitely earned my future business.

I drove 40 minutes to purchase a car from them because it seemed like a good deal. 3 months later I had to spend almost $1000 in car repairs. I had to replace the valve cover gasket, the oil pan gasket, front axle seal and a few other things. I’m certain these things didn’t just happen. They were already problems the car had but these wolves in sheep’s clothing preyed on a defenseless widow purchasing a car for her teen aged daughter. I am beyond disappointed in how the salesman was so condescending in his response to me when I brought this to his attention. They will never get my business again.

The salesperson I worked with, Roger Foster, did a number of things that made my experience with this dealership positive. First, when the car I wanted sold before I could come in for a test drive, he found another and brought it to the lot for me to look at. He was also prompt and direct in his communication - before, during and after the purchase of the vehicle. Sometimes sales people will drop off in communication after the sale has been made. However, he has been quick to respond to a couple of questions that Ive had since buying the vehicle. In addition to Roger, the folks at the dealership who worked with me on the financial side of the deal were attentive, answered my questions, and were pleasant to deal with. Ultimately, I feel that I got the exact car that I wanted at a price that I could afford.
