These guys did a wonderful job on my Titan. You dont see many Titans in general, and ones lifted especially which is why I got one, because I knew how good it would look lifted and it sure did change the truck, night and day. I was there literally all day long but that was expected, a big job done in one day because I drove 2 hours to have them do my work because I wanted a company that I felt like really knew what they were doing do the work, mainly the trimming as I knew some trimming was going to be needed. I didnt want it to look like someone just took a hammer to it. They trimmed just enough, pics below and you cant even tell from the outside. I went with the RC 3.5 pro lift kit (control arms AND I also got the Bilstien 5100s for the back. I live in the mountains of VA and it gets tested so I didnt want my old ones to bottom out, if your doing it.. do it right. Moto Metal 20x10s with 33x12.50s and I think that is the perfect way to go, (IMO of course) anymore and it would look goofy, have to go to 35s etc. The two hour ride home, it drove smooth and rode straight. Was happy. Side steps/brush guard is coming up soon and that will really finish off the look. I have always been a Chevy/Dodge guy, but when I test drove the Titan I was sold, so many features, like locking rear diff etc, if you havent give them a thought and at least test drive one (gas not the diesel)Great job, great price, and good service. I could of got the work done locally but would of had to go to 3 different shops to get it done, one for lift, one for rims/tires, another for alignment. They did it all at once and for a good price. Recommended for sure... even if you have to make a drive, quality dont have a price. Posted pics below of the trim and before after and they did well, I can spend some touching it up some fender work but no complaints. Thanks guys.. Mike

Bought several wheel packages from this place in the past. Have a cracked wheel and can’t drive the vehicle. This is the only company in the US that’s got a set and won’t sell one wheel because they are worried about splitting the set up. Apparently money is more important than someone’s safety. Sad. Will never recommend this place again.

I have ordered from Rimzone a few time now. My most recent experience wasnt the greatest. There was a lack of communication. The tires I ordered were backordered and no one told me. I reached out 5 weeks later to check the status of my order. I was told I needed to choose a different tire or a different size of tire. I chose the same tire in a different size. Another week went by and my order never shipped. I made contact again and was told the tire I switched to was also not available. Again no communication. I decided I was cancelling my order. I was contacted directly by the owner of Rimzone. Mike took the time and found the original tires I ordered in stock from a 3rd party retailer. Mike went out of his way to correct my order and had everything shipped to me within a week. Thanks for the great service.

Beware!! This company doesnt let you know that it will take 3-5 weeks ( if youre lucky) for mounted wheels and tires to be shipped out. They let you know only after you check out, SNEAKY!!!. I decided to have mine shipped unmounted hoping for a quicker delivery, 2 weeks later still waiting. They told me through e-mail they were in stock, but when I called they werent.Cmon guys, you have customers spending thousands of $, step up your game fellas!! Now to play the waiting game.

Rimzone is an stand up company. Not only with price but with their product and customer care. I had and issue with get two different pairs of lock nuts and only one key, that would fit a set. They didn’t hesitate to send me a whole new set for each tire and had me keep the others. Also shipping what ever company they used tried to hold my tires hostage and say rimzone didn’t pay the freight and I had too. That was only issues but luckily the company’s give you a detailed receipt that I sent to the freight company. Which was delivered beautifully wrapped. Thank you for the great service.

I order a wheel from them and was shipped the wrong wheel, wrong size and wrong lug pattern. I emailed them before rim shipped to make sure my order was correct they said it was and still shipped wrong wheel. Very disappointed. They say the manufacturer make the mistake and therere fixing it but I havent gotten rim yet. Once rim come and its correct then we will be good.

Theyre selling tires/wheels they dont have in stock. Thats one of the reasons it takes so long to ship. They lie to you when they say theyre in stock. Whats more, they claim to use Hunter Road Force balancing machines, but they dont include a copy of the computer printout with your order. Everyone else does, why not Rimz One? Some lame excuse about it not being connected to a printer. Again, another lie. They dont use those machines. This company is a gamble at best.

Very knowledgable staff - Jake helped me with wheel and tire selection, and knew what he was talking about. Along with the wheels/tires, Rimz One installed a leveling kit, Amp Research Steps, and a cat back exhaust on my 2019 Sierra. The workmanship was excellent, and communication was great throughout the process. Pricing is very competitive - they beat online prices for the steps and exhaust. Ill take my truck back without hesitation for future work.

I purchased a set of wheels and tires under a package they offered. The tires where riding really rough so i took them to discount tire. ALL 4 tires/wheels were off by between 1 - 2.25oz. and one tire was out of round and couldn’t be balanced well (needing replacing-which i didn’t bother rimzone for). i contacted rimzone for reimbursement for the balancing and they were rude first suggesting the tires couldn’t balance because they were MT’s (not true, discount did a fine job). secondly, after debating back and forth about reimbursing me for the balancing, rimzone assured me that they would. Yet months later i never had a credit back to my account or reimbursement of an kind. it being only $60ish i decided to give of hope and bite the bullet. just spend a little extra to purchase your wheels or tires at a brick and mortar store.

They know there stuff at rimzone...they hooked me and my boy Blu up with some new wheels and a lift...great work...i love it...they are super friendly and a huge selection of wheels....and they are very patient....it took me a little while to find the ones I wanted..you can find me and my boy Blu on FB..and Instagram at # beachsquatch.....

Gave me a great deal on a tire/wheel/TPMS package. Arrived in two weeks well packaged, no damage, no issues. Provided Road Force numbers for each assembly. Amp 13.50 22 MTs are round, ride smooth and the TPMS sensors were less fussy than my OEM Mopar units. These tires rides smoother and just feel better than the Toyo RTs they replaced...and at a fraction of the cost. Im always hesitant to mail order tires/wheels, but in this case I have to give Rimz One two thumbs up. Appreciate the outstanding service.

Ordered set of rims and received them separate. I was not notified of the shipping instructions or tracking. I had to keep calling them for the Status of the order. Never received an emailed from them with the shipping information.

Ordered new tires and wheel package Atturo tires on Fuel Rebel D68p 20x10 33s and at 23 days they cant figure out if they can fill the order. I got a call and was told to choose other tires and I would be charged to cancel even though the problem is on their end. Asked for a full refund and they claimed it was before my ship date and I will have to pay $100 cancellation fee. After they cancelled my order they said they have the items to ship. I have never seen any business so bad to their customer. I deal with lots of companies for our three businesses and never saw anything like this. This business will take advantage of you and leave you riding on old tires waiting for new items they sold you and cannot deliver on. Then after a long wait they will ask you to pick something else and refuse a refund and then make you pay to cancel when they dont have the when order. After they cancel you they will then say they had it and charge you $100. Save your time and money and go to Discount Tires

I originally left bad review as I felt the employee did a bad job on customer service. (Maybe he had a bad day) After about a week I received an email from the owner stating he had listen to the sales call and was very apologetic for the employee on the phone and how he would make it right, Being a small business owner I can understand the situation and one employee having a bad day should not represent the entire company.
