My wife and I went in not intending to actually purchase a mattress. We had a very strict budget and did not think it was possible for us to actually find a mattress we liked within our price range. However, after discussing it with our associate (I’m super upset because I cannot remember his name for the life of me, but he was incredible!) he was able to help us find something better than we thought possible for a price we could genuinely afford. There wasn’t any shady business or him selfishly trying to get a bigger commission by selling us something we couldn’t afford. He was genuine, and honest with us, which we really appreciated. Overall, our experience was really great!

Shanna was great until two days after installation of my tempurpedic bed and I called the store about a popping noise and was referred straight to the manufacturer. I almost feel like it is an installation issue. No help with app nothing. Got my money and then no support.

I called and talked to Shanna. I told her what I was looking for and they didn’t have it in store so she looked up the inventory at the warehouse. She found what I needed and then offered to send me a link to pay over the phone since it was close to the store closing and I wouldn’t make it in time. The whole process took less than 10 minutes. We went to the warehouse the next morning and picked up our mattresses. Professional and friendly. Great experience.

Never thought getting a mattress would be a fun experience, but I didn’t account for Shanna. I’ve dealt with many sales people and Shanna is the best, so far. This location is great and honestly what was so great about it is Shanna! She is an amazing saleswoman! She was there all alone until noon and of course the store got very busy during my time shopping for a mattress but she interacted constantly with each customer, checking on them and even remembering everyones name and what they were interested in purchasing. I had to wait a little bit to complete my purchase but honestly was no problem at all with the professionalism of Shanna. If im ever in the need for another mattress or someone I know needs one ill be recommending this Mattress Firm and Shanna! She also matched the price of the mattress that I saw on the mattress firm website so she also saved me money. So overall a pretty wonderful shopping experience.

Customer service is amazing here at Mattress Firm. The service representative spent an hour with me picking out a mattress that was tailor made for my back issues, and they are going to deliver it on Friday after ordering it Wednesday night! I am more than delighted!

I came in late on a Friday night, luckily before the warehouse closed but that was the problem, we only had about 30 min for the saleswoman to show me everything and help find the right mattress. If my memory is right, which is a stretch, her name was Shanna (banana, that’s how she told me to remember it lol) great personality, very attentive to what I was looking for and very knowledgeable to help lead me in the right direction quickly. Not only did she find me the perfect mix of softness/stiffness for my terrible back, she found me a deal on a return that I couldn’t resist. So I stayed in my price range but got a mattress that I coulda never afforded. So for that I’m forever grateful. I slept amazing the first night and look forward to many more nights of amazing sleep! Ordered a bed for my son on the 10th of October, from the Mattress Firm location on the Service Rd in Moore. Almost 2 weeks later still have no clue as to when the bed will come. After I was assured we’d have a shipping confirmation within 7-10 days. Checked at a competitor and they have the bed in stock. Went back to Mattress Firm to cancel my order and was told by the sales rep that wasn’t possible. That I would have to wait for the bed to arrive and then return the bed and pay the restock fee. I said the bed hasn’t shipped yet so there must be a way to cancel the order, was assured that was not possible. So I went to their website, was told that only a rep at a store could cancel my order due to online system is not the same system as the store’s system. The online agent told me she would reach out to the area manager for the store that I was told I could not cancel the order at, and that he would be in contact with me within 24-48 hours. It has been 72 hours, and no word. I also call their 800 number, choose the option for customer service which has 5 options to press. Every single option is nothing more than a computer generated voice telling you to either call the store or to go online and chat. So if you choose the sales option you get a live person, who can’t help because the stores use a different system than they do. But that he can see my order, and see that I should have a delivery time no later than Wednesday the 21st. Well, today is the 21st. No call from the area manager, no time table for when my bed is going to ship. I suspect that the rep at the store told me that the order could not be canceled because it would affect her commission. Not sure how it is possible that a company of this size can operate without having a better system in place to handle their customer base. I will never buy something from this company ever again. I am wanting all of my family and friends to not buy from this company unless you want the run around and never get an answer.

I have to say, Ive never been in this store before, but the young man whom helped me was super fantastic, explained everything to me and we gee hawed on the price and he helped me to decide the firmness and the price, I asked when it could be delivered, he said probably next week, I said oh geez I really need it this week, he goes to his computer and starting checking and says oh we have one slot left this week on Wednesday, I said Ill take it. He explained the merchandise would be coming from the outlet store and that they would notify me on Tuesday evening as the time of delivery with a 2 hour span in there. fantastic. Tuesday evening I get the text on the delivery time on Wednesday. Today, 6/17/2020, my merchandise was delivered early (PRAISE GOD), the delivery guys were so fantastic, professional and very polite. Thank you all.

Of break in time but still the sun able to get a good nights sleep we went back to Mattress Firm and Bernie are sales associate took a shoe the steps we tried three or four different mattresses until we finally got the correct one her experience with Mattress Firm is one that we will recommend to our friends and when we need to replace another one Mattress Firm has our business

The “district manager” did not call me like I was promised on Sunday by a chat specialist named Gwenlyn. She told me that I would receive a call from the “district manager” within 24-48 hours. Then last night I was on with another chat specialist named Marissa that she had sent the “district manager” an email to contact me. It took me going back to the store and asking for the rep to call him. Was told that she would have him call me, she called him after I told her that I wanted to know the status of my order today. While speaking with the “district manager” Ej I was told by the “district manager” Ej, that if I cancel an order that HAS NOT SHIPPED i will still be required to pay the restock fee of up to 20% per your company policy. I asked for a copy of that return policy, was given a copy that only covers a company policy for mattresses that have been received by a customer. Nothing to do with orders that have yet to ship. There are several other issues that still need to be addressed, like absolutely no one in this company having access to the sales data base at a different location. Was told today by the “district manager” Ej that even he could no look up my info to track my mattress or cancel my order. It can only be done at the location I purchased my mattress at by that stores manager. How is it possible in 2020 that your company’s system is so limited? Or have I just been lied too because your company only values making money and has no interest in customer service.

This was our first and last stop along the mattress shopping adventures! They were by far the most reasonably priced and the customer service was exceptional! They answered any questions we had. In my lifetime, I have slept on bare ground, concrete floors, kanvas Kutz, bear box springs, sofas, recliners, and chairs of all kinds. I can tell you, a mattress is a lot more comfortable. Especially now that I am older, I appreciate a good sturdy mattress. So if you are looking for a good night sleep, this is a good place to come to. Your back will thank you.

I came in for an adjustable bed, found a great deal with the NordicTrack beds. Chris was extremely helpful with any questions I had. He was super great, the process was super quick and they set the delivery for next day! Will come back for another bed for sure! I cant express how helpful Chris was!
