I’m going to bash this place because I do feel like they quality products but buyer beware these sales reps are like car salesmen and only interprets in making a sale by any-means. As a result, they will lie and won’t be transparent. Do you homework and I recommend do not purchase your first time in the store. Also, ensure your sales rep clearly explains the return/swap policy prior to any purchase. The showroom does have a lot of choices so definitely a good place to check out different mattresses.

We went in knowing we wanted the same kind of mattress we had purchased in the past. Rick promptly greeted us and got to work looking up the information. After showing us that mattress, he then showed us the updated version and other options quickly and knowledgeably. He then let us us alone to make our decision. Loved how smoothly everything went and the low pressure sales tactic. By the way, we picked the updated version and it sleeps great!

We had a great experience shopping at Mathis Brother’s Sleep Center in Moore. Bernie was very helpful in helping us find our selection. We didn’t have a certain price, we just wanted better sleep comfort than what we had. We laid on almost every bed in that place. It came down between two beds and they had a significant price difference from one another. Bernie didn’t pressure us to buy the most expensive even though furniture salesman are on commission. We took our time in selecting the bed we were going to purchase and in the end we bought the more expensive mattress.

My husband and I stopped in to look at the Nectar mattress. Rick was very helpful and informative, but didn’t hover at all. After looking at the Nectar, my husband decided to look around and compare other mattresses. Again, Rick was so helpful and was able to answer every one of our questions. Although we had stopped in to simply “look” we ended up purchasing a Stearns & Foster mattress and a adjustable frame. Again, thank you to Rick for his help. The financing was very simple, and we were not pressured at all. I would recommend anyone looking for a new bed to go see Rick. You will be treated with honesty and respect and those things don’t always come easy when dealing with a salesperson.

So, we decided to go to the Mathis Sleep Center on the I-35 Frontage Road. That was a GREAT decision! Rick Bush is knowledgeable, personal, and so low key that it quickly feels like you’re chatting with a friend, rather than dealing with a salesman. Rick will do all he can to get you a bed that you’ll love, at a price you won’t lose sleep over.

I needed to purchase a mattress for my child quickly as we had a moving event with his previous bed that left it unusable. I was greeted by Chase D. when I arrived. Right off the bat he was so helpful and nice, got me in and out with exactly what I needed without any fuss. I am extremely pleased with the short amount of time it took while still experiencing an informative purchase of incredible quality. Kudos to you Chase, I look forward to visiting you again.

Went in to look at pillows, they couldn’t be bothered to help, told me there were pillows everywhere and tell what I wanted... maybe it’s just me, but if I’m going to drop a couple hundred dollars on a pillow, maybe some Customer service would be nice.... never mind Mathis brothers, I’ll go hang out with Amazon and give them my money!

We went into the Moore sleep center location looking for sheets for my daughter. I was going to use reward points to go towards our purchase. We found out they expired in February 2021, due to not renewing our rewards membership. Rick the associate at this location called customer service and found out exactly what we needed to do to recover our rewards points (money) and signed us back up and got the membership basically free and a huge discount on the purple sheets for my daughter and I even got me a set! Thank you Rick for going above and beyond for us!

I Walked into Mathis today thinking “I’ll just look at some beds to price check”. I was greeted by Bernie who asked me politely if I had any COVID-19 symptoms and took my temperature. After that he asked my what I was shopping for and I told him what my plans were. I wanted to try some solid foam mattress and that my budget was pretty low. After about 20 minutes of trying mattresses and after Bernie told me that they offer 0% financing upon approval, I ended up buying a mattress, Box springs, mattress protector and a dri-tech pillow for under $3k. Paired with the 36 month financing and no money down. My payments are around $83 a month. I can now spend the money I have saved up for a mattress on improvements to my house. My Wife and I had long since decided that we needed a new bed. We wandered into the sleep center right next to the Warren Theatre in Moore. First of all we appreciated the level of safety and care that they are taking with having customers in the store during a pandemic. Everyone had a mask (including us) They took our temp real quick and then we were on to shopping for our new bed. Chase met us at the door and proceeded to look after us the whole time. I know his job is sales but at no point did We feel like We were being pushed or pressured into something we didn’t want. Chase was super nice and made us feel very comfortable. Beds can be expensive, And so for us at least we felt like we were making a big decision that would affect us for years to come. Chase was super informative and made this process smooth and easy. If ever we are in the market again for a bed we will go out of our way to find Chase and get his help because of the way he treated us over this weekend. We will also recommend this place to our friends and family because of the high caliber help we received. Atmosphere was great. Everyone was friendly. Hand sanitizer dispensers all over the place. 5 Stars.

Bernie is fantastic!Saw a sign on the outside of the building advertising the mattress Ive been wanting. Stopped in without calling. Bernie was working and Im so impressed that he didnt rush me, had the answers to my questions, and was polite and well-mannered. I felt like I was taken seriously, not like I was a placeholder until someone else came in, which was wonderful compared to other stores Ive visited. Bernie has earned my future business for all of those reasons.The delivery was from the warehouse and was scheduled for two days following my purchase. When the gentlemen arrived, there was a situation with one of them inadvertently cutting the mattress while unwrapping. The distribution center called a couple hours later to schedule a replacement delivery. Other than this, which was made right, there were no issues.Again, let me say Bernie is the guy to see. You want to be treated right? Go see Bernie. Have questions that seem silly to you? They wont be to him. I cant say enough about how positive the experience at the store was for me.

Picked up the mattress to save on the $80 delivery fee. They didnt strap it down well enough and it fell off my truck despite driving city streets all the way to Norman. Told me I signed the waiver so it was my responsibility. Get the bed home and it doesnt feel like the floor model we lied on in the store and didnt want to pay an additional $100-300 to be eligible for a 100 night sleep return. Needed a bed to more firm and it felt firm at the store but in my bed was softer than the bed i had. Wasted money!!!

Then allowed us to bounce around and narrow down our choice until we were satisfied with the Serta iCloud Cf3000 Plush Mattress. Salesman was very kind. I knew what I wanted what to expect and I did not feel pressure or minimalized.

My only complaint was the salesman was a good guy but no one told me if I didnt buy a pillow I wouldnt be able to return my mattress if I didnt like it and you also have to buy a mattress cover to make sure your mattress is covered under warranty so after you buy your mattress plan on spending another 3 to $400

Rick was helpful and friendly.Just wish we would’ve know we needed a box spring with the bed frame we ordered. We couldn’t have our bed set up completely with delivery due to not having a box spring. So we had to unpack around a king size bed in the way.

My husband and I got great customer service from Simon that works in the store and the delivery men. We also really appreciate the communication about our delivery. We got a text of an around about time (2 hour window)of the day before delivery, then the day of delivery the driver called me 45 minutes before he came and I got a text saying they were 45 minutes away. Lastly, we got a follow up call that night asking how our delivery and set up went. Communication is huge to us, so thank you!

All positive except delivery 1 1/2 hours late. Delivery men very courteous and professional. A call that they were later than the 2 hour window would have been appreciated.

The in-store service was great, mattresses are wonderful, and the delivery people were very nice and fast! The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that I had a question the day after we were in, called and left messages 2 days and never got a return call. Thankfully the delivery men were able to answer it.

Amber at the sleep center was great. Very helpful, and paid attention to our needs. The delivery and setup guys were courteous, and did a great job . The only reason I gave a 4 star instead of 5 star was because the bed base was delivered the day after it was supposed to have been delaying the bed getting setup when we expected it to have been.

The gentleman who sold me my bed was a great salesman n the two young men who delivered it were knowledgeable, courteous and got it assembled very quickly so I could get back to work.

Bernie was great in the store and the delivery was good. They definitely showed up about 1 to 2 hours earlier than originally planned. One time they were suppose to be at our house around 7:00 and they showed up at 3:00.

She found what I needed, loaded it into my truck and tied it down with the most secure tie job Ive ever witnessed. AND SHE WAS IN HEELS! She is my new hero 😍 will definitely go back!

My experience with the Moore Mathis Sleep Center was very good. The salesman was not pushy and allowed me to take my time to decide which mattress suited me best. I ended up purchasing 3 sets. I picked 2 of them up at the warehouse and the staff there was very speedy and polite. I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes. The 3rd set I had delivered to my mother. She said the delivery guys were kind enough to help her with the electric blanket and the bed-skirt when they set hers up.

Great service, called with an appropriate delivery window to show up. The delivery guys were first class professionals, were polite and courteous. The only issue we had was a dresser drawer was sticking, so we called up Mathis who rectified that issue and will swap one out for us ASAP. On top of great service the quality of the furniture was great, which we found to be an affordable price. Our go to store for home furnishings!

Was a easy transaction and even though I had a new salesman the girl who helped me with my purchase was good and worked hard with the girl in customer service to fix the problem they upgraded and took good care of me know I bought a bed box springs and frame for granddaughter and my other granddaughter and my daughter these new salesman was great and customer service girl was excellent

I think was a disaster since the first time I tried to pick up my purchased item. My sales girl was great, but the rest of the experience was bad. The distribution center said the wrong parts were present when I tried to pick them up. Went the following week to pick up the correct items, and it was the same package and did not fit in my truck. So they said they would deliver it for me. The delivery guys came and had me take my bed apart and then they laid the two pieces of the adjustable bed down. They did not have all the hardware and the feet to complete the install. They left my master bed apart and they said they would be back that afternoon. I received a call from a service advisor to check up on how the delivery went, I explained the previous. He said he would call me back, but never did. I called at 6:40pm wondering when my bed would be complete. The supervisor told me a part was on order and they didnt know when it would come in. They said there was nothing she could do about it. Finally got a hold of someone on Saturday morning that said they found all the parts I needed to complete the delivery. Did i mention that i had my small daughter help me move that huge bed frames out of my bedroom because I needed somewhere to sleep. And I still believe the top piece of my bed is a used part. But you said you would give me free extended warranty. . They finally sent some other delivery guys that were very professional and took care of me. I have not bought from MB in a long time, now I know why I havent done so. I will not buy again from this Mathis Brothers.

My husband and I went in to check see what options there was with a Tempur-pedic clearance mattress for a spare room. The only had one option and the sales person was not able to help us as he was assisting some one else. He did point us in the right direction. For being a clearance center we had hoped that there would be a better selection. The facility was very nice and I am sure they are great if you are looking for a full price mattress, but for what we were looking for they were unable to help us.

I cant say they were cheap, but the quality was at least good or better. The clerk who helped me was very knowledgeable, made a couple concessions for me where she could oh, I came away with a great mattress set they also offered financing with the time to pay at 0 interest although I just paid cash for it.
