I am not one to leave reviews much, BUT, I dropped off my Dolphin pool sweep 2 weeks ago. They told me there were several repairs ahead of me and it would take about a week. So after 2 weeks, I call, get left on hold. So I go to the store to check on the progress. My unit was still in the exact place that I dropped it off 2 weeks ago. She said they should be able to get to it later today. I said you have had it 2 weeks and NOW you want to look at it? No thanks, I will just take it! Sooooo not really a great service experience for me. I hope the rest of you have a much better experience. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend their service. A McCain

We bought our above ground pool here in 2006 and have had it serviced by Country Leisure ever since then. They are AWESOME. Great advice on pool maintenance, how to keep it pristine and when repairs are needed, they sent competent service staff to our Shawnee home. They just completed our opening as efficiently as always; Sheena who handles the service calls is great to deal with. You can buy your pool, accessories and chemicals with confidence from this family owned business.

Will not get another dime from our family, after sale service has been pathetic. Hate spending that kind of money and not enjoying what you got. Will NOT recommend to anyone we know

Staff was not helpful and I was disappointed that nobody offered to help me carry my heavy chemicals to the car since so many were just sitting around. They do offer a lot of great spas and pools and an ok amount of supplies to go with them but I recommend calling ahead to see if they have what you need.

Great friendly staff. Best place for chemicals, spa, and pools

The pure and blue chemicals they sell are the way to go. They use copper to keep the pool clean instead of an overabundance of chlorine. Just add the pure and blue chemicals every two weeks and shock the pool if it rains and youre good. Very low maintenance. And if your pH is too high or too low simply use baking soda or muriatic acid to raise or lower accordingly. You can buy the baking soda cheap at the dollar store and you can buy them your attic acid by the gallon at Ace Hardware. Its much cheaper to do it that way instead of buying the same exact stuff at the pool place for 10 x the cost. YouTube will teach you a lot about maintaining a pool. But beware, do not use a salt water generator on a above ground pool unless you absolutely have to. The salt water will absolutely rust the metal framing in less than a year. Again, check YouTube about what salt water generators do to above ground pool Metal Frames. Manufacturers usually wont cover damage from rust when youre using salt water. Just FYI from experience.

Our entire experience with Country Leisure has been great! The sales team was helpful and patient while we made our decisions. The installers arrived on time and were courteous. The office gave us great info when called with questions about water quality and pump settings. We have been very happy with our pool and service!

We paid a visit to the store a few weeks ago and wasnt impressed at all. The only other people in the store besides us were the employees. We had to ask for help from someone behind the counter. We told them that we needed someone to help us with our pool. They said to speak with the lady in the office. She wasnt in there, just kids. We waited for about 20 minutes and left. My wife sent an email to them and nothing! I would venture to say that your good reviews were written by employees, family and friends. Good luck in the future. Change your ways of business, because this plan isnt working! Have a wonderful life!!

We have been absolutely blown away from the beginning with Sales, Installation, Customer Service, to answering questions over the phone. Professionalism at its finest with Country Leisure. We love Country Leisure Manufacturing and their staff. Our Caldera Spa is incredible and we have been using it about 5-6 days a week since we had ours installed. Our little girl loves the hot tub and we can turn down the temperature to 98 for her to enjoy. I highly recommend them!

We are a forever client of Country Leisure. Their staff goes above and beyond 100% of the time. The place is locally owned which is very important to me. Id rather buy my parts, chemicals, accessories, and toys (hot tub) from a small local company than a large retailer. The chemicals they sell are top-of-the-line without the price. It takes very little of quality-made chemicals to maintain pools and spas so you wont waste time and money! The staff is very knowledge and will help you pick out exactly what you NEED (not what they WANT you to buy).Were on our 3rd hot tub (other 2 bought at another store in OKC). We purchased this hot tub at CL 2 years ago. Its a great design (fully enclosed, nothing opens, no wires exposed). We live on land and had problems with mice getting in our other hot tubs and eating the wires. Wont happen with this one! It takes very little maintenance (quality chemicals). Also took it us literally like 20 minutes to buy (fast service).Needless to say I highly recommend you visit CL for your pool, spa and patio needs! Tell them I sent you!

We recently had a service tech out to help work through some (user) issues I was having. He went above and beyond in explaining everything to me. I would highly recommend Country Leisure to all my friends and family.

I tested my water for my pool and my hot tub at around 10:15am this morning. They had a display for Assault73 shock with 20%off from 3-6. I asked if that was not until 3 and the answer was yes. I waited until3pm and went back. The display was changed. The person I spoke to when I tested my water was there and remained silent as I was told they changed the sale. I was refused the discount from what I saw earlier in the day. I spoke to the manager and it did not matter.After the owner response I will let them decide if they can make it right for my time and lack of customer service. I am willing to change the review and update if that is the case.The owner got back to me and corrected the mistake made at the time of this review. I appreciate the ability to correct issues and make them right for the customer. We have used Country Leisure for years and will continue based on this correction. Thanks

So in December I asked for a service call to replace a heater element and they came out. They did not bring the right part and had to rewire my hot tub. Three times the new heater element has not worked. I’ve been able to reset the hot tub to get the heater to come on. Now it wont. I asked for a service call to allow them to make it right. I now have to wait over two weeks get it fixed. Is this really good customer service?UPDATE: They did come out at the scheduled time and this time repaired it properly. The only complaint I had is the length of time for have a follow up service call. So Ive changed by Star rating

Always professional; always on time; very dependable......even when I changed my mind multiple times the owner Rusty delivered...on time every time!! We bought a new Caldera spa in April or May. Since we had it installed Country Leisure has sent us numerous care packages in the mail!!!I work in Customer Experience So it takes a lot to impress me. We have been customers for about 7 years as we also have a pool from Country Leisure. Prior to our new Caldera Spa we also owned a country leisure spa! We have always had good service from Country Leisure but since purchasing our new spa, I am blown away with the surprises in the mail. I guess they speak my love language!! We will definitely be customers for life and I will continue to recommend Country Leisure to my friends and family!

We were looking to buy a hot tub and are aware of the wait time to order one as we have looked at different places. Went to Country Leisure bc it was recommended by family. The salesmans customer service was horrible, told us all he had was high end hot tubs on the floor and had no others to show us. Didn’t offer any info other than price, didn’t give us options, didn’t offer info about tubs we could order, basically came across as he wished we would just leave. So we did and immediately went back to Family Leisure bought and ordered a hot tub. Obviously Country Leisure doesn’t need new business. They lost ours for sure

To all the ppl who buy a pool from them you better make sure YOU DONT NEED ANYTHING AFTER THE SALE!!!! They have terrible customer service after the sale. They did not offer to come open the pool after it was installed nor did they tell me anything to do after!!

This place has been a life saver for me and my family! Weve used this same pool house since we got our pool. I still drive out of my way to have them help us even though I dont work just down the road anymore. We love CL.

We really love our new hot tub, and get in it daily. Excellent craftsmanship, local parts and servicing. You get all the bells and whistles for the low cost. Love the real wood, easy use, ozone package, etc. Our spa was delivered right on time, and the gentlemen explained how to properly clean and maintain the chemicals, checking for quality before he left. Our salesman Ken Lewis really answered our questions and seemed genuinely interested in getting us the best model for us. He recognizes us even as we come in weeks later and is always very helpful. I wouldnt trust any other company or store to sell a spa to any of my friends or family.

In researching to purchase a therapeutic hot tub, most of the reviews recommended that one should make sure that you are dealing with a reputable company that provides great customer service. We took that advice when we decided to purchase our Caldera spa from Country Leisure and glad that we did. They were awesome! After deciding on which one we wanted, they came out to see where we wanted to place it and worked very closely with my husband in giving him the specs for some of the stuff that he wanted to do. The entire staff at Country Leisure (and there was a lot of them) had the most pleasant attitudes which made for a fantastic experience. Even a month after the setup of the hot tub, the staff was checking to see if we had any questions and just to make sure that we were getting the most out of our purchase. I would highly recommend Country Leisure as they are professional and enjoyable folks. In Oklahoma, it is doubtful that you will get better customer service because they are the best at what they do.

We had Country Leisure re-do our in ground pool last summer, and from the design to the follow through was the best experience we have had with any contractor. The attention to detail and quality was second to none and we engaged them even further to re-do our entire backyard. Same experience. Would recommend them to anyone. Rusty and his team are fantastic. No surprises the entire way.Since then, we have also asked them to assist with our pool service, and same experience. This company has a long term pedigree in OKC, but with so many other competitors in the market, may not hit the radar for this kind of work, but they absolutely should.Excellent company that provides excellent service at very reasonable rates, and with the personal touch that is rare to find nowadays.Highly recommend.

Opened our pool this week. Employee was very professional and helpfull. We are a distance away so dont get into the store often, but its no problem, we test at home and call in with results they let us know what chemicals we need and we are good to go. From purchasing, installing and maintenance Country Leisure has been great to deal with!

My husband and I recently bought a hot tub and an above ground pool from Country Leisure. Rodney was our salesperson and was extremely knowledgeable. We highly recommend him! Our hot tub was delivered last Friday and we absolutely love love love it. We do have an issue with the cover not fitting properly on one corner but we hope to get that issue taken care of quickly. Our pool was installed today and the install crew did an fantastic job! We are looking forward to seeing our grandchildrens faces when they see the pool next week. We bought a small 2-3 person spa. The sales experience and staff were wonderful. This was a last minute purchase. The spa was delivered on Christmas Eve, as promised. We had an issue with the wiring hookup and they responded immediately. Prices were fair and the staff helped us with learning how to maintain and keep the spa in top condition. Very satisfied customer!

DO NOT SPEND THE Extra MONEY THESE PEOPLE ARE ASKING FOR A HOT TUB. It’s a nice hot tub when it works. Country Leisure’s service after the sale is a joke. They are in such a hurry during installation that they hand you a box of chemicals and your on your own after it fills up. We have had them out to fix our system twice in the 2 months we have owned it. The first time it took 3 visits and a call to the owner to get it fixed. This time they can’t get anyone out for a week. I paid more then average price for a hot tub because I wanted a better system and local service. I have a hot tub that hasn’t been right since day one and a service provider that doesn’t care.

Rusty at Country Leisure gave us great advice on the type of stone appropriate for use in our saltwater pool (unlike those we purchased the in-ground pool from in the first place). The work was done on time and on budget, not a penny more than our quote from Country Leisure. The pool looks great!I have already referred our next door neighbor to Country Leisure and Im sure they will love the service they get as well.Thanks Country Leisure

We waited 15 minutes in line in the parts area for a hot tub filter when we were finally asked what we needed they pointed across the store and told us they were over there. Well they werent over there in fact nothing close to a filter was there. We decided not to wait in line again because they were just too busy to help us. I understand its their busy season but the pool store down the road doesnt treat us this way so well stick with them.

When speaking with Dee over the phone. She was awesome! Told me everything I wanted to hear about the pool, the business, how they were accredited by the BBB. They pretty much had my back on anything. I was told that I would recieve $100.00 per person that I sent to them for a pool purchase. I bought my pool 2 years ago. Anyway, I have had several people interested in a pool since I put mine in. I sent them to Country Leisure and told them to give them my name. Two of the people I sent bought pools in the early summer of 2014 and I have yet to see anything! They have called, I have called. I spoke to Dee and she told me she was getting those cards in the mail that day which was months ago!I have waited and waited for nothing. If you arent going to make good on your word then dont offer people things just to make a sale. I know what my friends spent buying pools and I will not send anyone else to this place of business due to the run around I have gotten over $200.00.

I recently had the pleasure of working side by side with Country Leisure on an amenity center project that included a splash pad for one of our developments. Knowing the owners personally, I knew that they would be the right company for the job. They came out, got the job done and, were quick to answer/take care of any questions, comments and, concerns that I had with the project from day one. I would highly recommend them for any project big or small from splash pad to pool. We are currently in the design phase now on our next amenity center and I will be using them for this project as well. Thanks guys!!

This is an update to a review I wrote a few months age. We are an older couple who bought our spa for both fun and therapy. Little could I have known just how much therapy I would need. Last September I broke my dominant arm quite severely - the radius, the ulna, and the wrist. Six months later I am still recovering. The hot tub is an excellent supplement to my physical therapy. It soothes the aches and improves my mobility. So anyone considering a hot tub for therapy, it works! We have enjoyed our spa so much and follow-up service from Country Leisure has been excellent. We highly recommend Country Leisure.

Cant say enough good things about their commercial pool service. They are outstanding! The quality of their work, the guarantee, the time frame in which its done, all top notch. There are hundreds of people in the state that supposedly do pool work. This is one company that has been around, will be around, and provides a high standard of job quality, and second to none customer service! I am in the commercial pool management business, and I would not use anyone but Country Leisure for our service, repairs and remodels!

We are an HOA with a large and small pool that hired Country Leisure to do our resurfacing this spring 2016. We did receive multiple quotes for this activity and Country Leisure was competitive with other local providers. Country Leisure found some issues with our pool that stem from the original installer and rather than cover them up they were very helpful in coaching us through the process of understanding the issues and what our options might be. At the end of the day they helped us through the remediation process, helped us diagnose and document some of the issues in case we ever need for future reference. Even though some of the issues were definitely more than what they would have expected to encounter on this job and they did not charge any more than the original quote and they still had the work done in time to open our pool ON SCHEDULE!

They were very knowledgeable about the whole process and the installation crew were very professional. I have been back 2 times to have water tested and i have bought chemicals and i am planning on buying more accessories for my pool. Very nice group of people

Couldnt ask for any better service or product. Ken was AMAZING! And the delivery and setup was awesome. We thought that the difficult location of the tub would be an issue, but the installers took it all in stride and made it happen. The beautiful wood cabinetry around the tub adds so much to the experience. Wouldnt ever buy from anyone else!

I went into country leisure to look for a float for my river trip. I had the pleasure to work with Brandi. She was extremely polite and a sweet young lady! She answered all the questions I had (which was about 100 of them) and she was patient with me. My river float would of not been as excellent if I didnt first have my experience of customer service from Brandi at country leisure!!! She represents your company well and I would recommend her service to any one!

After walking the entire expo (as your display was way hidden) I finally found the most superior product at more than reasonable price.  Luckily The guy at galaxy, even with their better placed display, was NOWHERE to be found or else I would have purchased one of their spas and ended ip displeased.  Great service, people, and product.  What else could you ask for? I was in the market for a pellet grill and was demoed a Memphis Wood Fire Grill by the owner, Rusty. Being that he owns one of the grills as well, he was able to explain all the features of the floor model as well as the upcoming years models. Rusty took the time to answer all the questions I had about use, care, and even went as far as recommending wood types for smoking different meats. Needless to say, I went home with one of the pellet smokers. And after 3 months of use, I havent regretted my decision. The service I received was top notch and I definitely recommend taking your business to Country Leisure.

Our HOA has worked with Rusty and his team for several years and they have done an outstanding job in opening, closing, and taking care of any repairs as they arise during the pool season. They went above and beyond a few years ago when we had a pump motor go out during the middle of pool season to get us up and swimming again. They also provide our chemicals and have helped consult with us and the OK Health Dept to keep both of our pools running and in compliance. Thank you for taking care of our neighborhood pools and providing the most cost effective solutions.

I purchased a pool online because I had a budget to stay under, and when I told the sales lady what it was, she all but laughed in my face. I stayed under my budget with the same exact specs as their pools, without the markup.I then called and got an outrageous quote for breakdown and install of new pool. I am replacing a 12 yr old above ground. I went with it thinking well, ok I will give them shot with the install.I was given directions by Kristina to leave 18 inches of water in the current pool to keep the walls from collapsing in, saying that it is easier for the installers to break down if the pool is standing. Again, I went with it....I left 18 inches. My husband measured. Took 3 days to get there. Day of install...crew shows up and looks at me like im crazy. I relayed my given instructions.They have to reschedule me because I was given wrong instructions. I was pissed. Not my fault. Not a...Hey, we can put a pump in there and have it emptied in a couple hours but just was like sorry and left.They could have cared less if I was happy or pissed off. They acted like they didnt have a care in the world if their customer was happy or not.I then called to see if they could get my pool installed sooner than 12 days from then seeing as how it wasnt my fault....nope. Nothing. Not even a call back when she said she would call back. And she didnt even care. Just went on eating and chewing while I was giving her my card number for my deposit refund.Unprofessional. Uncaring. Uniformed employees. I took my business elsewhere. You should too.

Getting our pool financed and installed was quick and easy. They have been very helpful throughout the entire process, including answering questions over the phone.

The only place in OKC metro that would do a turn key pool for us. We have never had anything but exceptional customer service and I am always greeted with a smile. If anything breaks on my pool, they make it right. Their pool chemical system is so easy to use and water has no chemical smell. Hardly any maintenance with the copper system. So happy we found them!

This company takes Customer Service to a higher level. Customer Satisfaction appears to be their goal, and that is almost impossible in a retail/service environment. In addition to our recently purchased hot tub, we have had numerous employees who have had pools and tubs installed by Country Leisure and all have been impressed with the entire process. The few minor issues (as expected with any complex equipment) were handled with speed and genuine care about our satisfaction. Our experience with Country Leisure really drives home all of the slogans you see other companies throw around like “Service after the sale”, etc…. As a larger service company ourselves, we strive for the type of satisfaction Country Leisure delivers, and I know how hard it is to make that happen. I would highly recommend dealing with them.

Cannot say enough about this company. Their professionalism is unmatched anywhere. From the friendly and very knowledgeable staff to the professional installs NO ONE CAN MATCH THEM.My story is long and not a good one having a bad contractor (Larry Trout Reflection Pools) never use him for anything, To another pool guy who was in way over his head in his ability and left me hanging for 3.5 years without a pool.From the first time I started talking to the people at Country Leisure to the finished install of the in ground liner (30days by the way) I was VERY impressed on how they handled everything. My installer Eric was nothing short of OUTSTANDING, kept me updated on every thing from the many measurements that had to be done to the finish. 5 STAR RATING is not high enough. USE THIS COMPANY FOR ALL YOUR POOL AND SPA NEEDS!!!!

We arrived sat and waited patiently for someone to come and assist us watched others come in after us that they helped and completely ignored us though they knew we were there don’t waste your time horrible customer service and we are a cash buyer they could’ve made a sale on the spot.

We bought our pool in April of 2017 and have enjoyed the experience every minute. The employees at Country lesisure go the extra mile every time . I wish we could leave more than 5 stars . Thank you !

Overpriced and unprofessional. i bought a pool from them five years ago and their pump went out within the first two years. They were not helpful with resolving this issue. Good luck on even getting someone to listen to you. Its similar to going to a used car dealership They also try to screw you on chemicals and other pool products. You can buy the chemicals they sell for literally half the price of what them want to charge you.

They are very friendly, they communicate well and they get the job done!
