Delivery was great and guys were professional and courteous. ***UPDATE***After install, they lifted the cover and I noticed it was the wrong spa. Had lounger and was not supposed to.They have to take it back and deliver the right one. Ive taken off work and rearranged my schedule. We will see if they make it right for my inconvenience.....

We purchased a semi-inground pool and were told it would take 3 days to install. It took several months! It had a dent on the side which they covered with the wrong coping and we were never shown how to maintain the pool which they said they would do. After many calls they still havent corrected the coping which they also promised to do. Its been a year and none of this has been taken care of. If you order a pool get every detail and promise in writing. Its a shame they treat customers in this manner because the pool itself is sturdy and would be nice if done right. On a side note Matt and Arlette were nice and did their jobs well. Too bad they didnt let Matt handle the entire project. He knew what he was doing whereas the manager was difficult to deal with and didnt seem to care if things were done properly.

My husband and I just bought the A series and we couldnt be happier. The color we picked matches our house perfect, and we are just amazed at how wonderful it feels. We got to choose from a lot of different massage mechanisms and they each work a different part of your body. Love- love-love this spa!!

Bullfrog spas have been very accommodating and knowledgeable on our hot tub purchase. They worked with us on pricing and got us into a hot tub that was affordable. They exceeded our expectations on delivery timing. We did quite a bit of research beforehand and felt that this company was comparable in price but blew the competition out of the water with their unique product using the jet packs and way less tubing. Definitely check them out and if you got into the showroom be sure to take your bathing suits and towels because you have a private room to try out the hot tub and the popular jet packs they offer.

Took a little longer than expected to come in. It was a factory issue, so not necessarily their fault, although communication could have been better. Delivery was great and they were very helpful. When we powered up the tub, the lights would not turn off nor rotate between the different light settings. I called on a Saturday and they turned it in to their tech service. I did not hear back until more than a week later. I feel like communication could improve, but we are very pleased with our purchase and would make future purchases with Bullfrog Spas OKC.

We showed up on a Saturday. We were shown A series and R series, both 7995 and up. They showed us an X series which is a low end hot tub that looked real cheap, just a shell basically. Only one had water in it which was the best of the best, the A series. There weren’t many options to choose from unless you wanted to spend between $7,995 and $12,000. This place tries to sell you a discounted floor model, which at best is 500 off that’s it. We asked if we could order an R series, just a 5-6 person tub, the total price was well over 8,000!! This place caters to a more high end, a more wealthy clientele. If your looking to spend some serious money on a hot tub, this place is for you. Their hot tubs are Way overpriced!! Look somewhere else!!

Bullfrog spas are beautiful and well made from top to bottom. The sales staff took the time to explain all of the Bullfrog Spa options and guide us through the purchase process. The installer was courteous and professional. Upon completing the installation he explained the operations of the spa and answered all our questions. Our new bullfrog is great! Love this spa!

We bought a Bullfrog spa several months back. We have been very happy with it. We looked at different spas and settled on the Bullfrog because of the construction and versatility that jet packs provided. They were very good about holding our spa at the store until we had prepared a spot for it. They did an excellent job of setting it up for us at no additional cost. My experience with Gordon and his staff at Bullfrog Spas couldnt be any better than it is. Gordon made owning a Bullforg Spa a reality to me, much earlier and easier than I could have thought possible. My hot tub was destroyed from a tree falling on it, and Gordon was able to give us an excellent deal on an upgraded tub. I really cant say enough about how much I love my spa... The hot tub is definitely the cure for insomnia! Anyway - The old one was made with wood that was completely rotten and had too many leaks to make a repair attempt even possible. I did my research and theres nothing out there that even compares to a Bullfrog. Im glad to know that my new spa has NO wood and will be the last one I ever have to buy.
