After doing multiple bids to find the right price for a full installation Rhino Heating and Air Conditioning beat everyone out of the park. The quality of service and their systems to the actual price in a time where inflation is causing everything to rise is the best in the city. I am very happy with my service and they now have a lifelong customer. I highly recommend their services. They tell you what you need and dont try to upsell anything fancy.

Rhino Heating and Air took a bad situation and removed the sting. While nobody likes paying to have something like your AC fixed, they made the best of the situation with how much they care and how thorough they are. I highly, highly recommend using them if you have any HVAC concerns. They are responsive, thorough, and caring business and even better they are a locally owned family business! My furnace was making a rattling noise so I reached out to Rhino since Ive used them in the past.They were able to get out the very next day (Friday after Thanksgiving) to take a look. It wasnt an emergency so i thought that was extremely reasonable, especially for black Friday. Turns out it was the fan which would have cost about half the price of a whole new furnace. We opted for a new furnace with a new 20 year warranty. They were able to get it installed almost immediately and hauled away the old one.Ryan and Jeremy provided excellent service, as usual, with very reasonable prices. Will use them in the future and recommend you do too!!!

Up front disclaimer - I didnt use Rhino Heat and Air. But I wish I had.I talked with Ryan about replacing two units at my house and they had very competitive pricing. I had a late entry (recommendation of friend with personal ties to this other entity which has been in business for decades) that I wound up going with. This other company had a slightly better deal, but I found out after the fact Id gotten a heavy friend discount. The the install process and quality of work of this other company (Not Rhino) was lacking.Long story short - I should have gone with my first choice and stuck with Rhino Heat and Air. I have another house and will certainly be reaching out to them when that unit needs to be replaced. Ryan and his people were quick and responsive during the quoting and research phase and I was impressed with their professionalism.

He offered me a better AC and it was $2,000 cheaper and then he said he would install it that night. It was late on a Friday night when he finish but my wife and I got to sleep in nice cool air. I contacted several local heating and air companies to get a quote for a new heating system for a new 30x50 workshop. Ryan met with us quickly and designed a system that gave us exactly what we wanted. His quote was so good that he convinced us to go ahead with the a/c at the same time. They worked quick and we had a complete system within two days. The team was very professional and followed up with me throughout the whole installation knowing I was out of town at the time. Our heating & a.c. unit went out. Austin showed up quickly after being called, diagnosed the issue thoroughly & explained the problems well. We ended up having to upgrade our unit. The process was extremely easy & Austin was very helpful. They stayed late through the evening and took about 3 hours to get the old unit out and install the new unit. I could not be happier with the service and product that I received today from Rhino Heating and Air-conditioning LLC. Austin and Ryan do amazing work and were very polite and courteous. On his first visit, Austin took it upon himself to identify and correct a plugged drain pan in my attic (that had been leaking into my garage) that others had ignored, on a visit for a free quote! They were great to communicate with and had my new air conditioning units installed in no time. Before finding Rhino, I had two other companies quote me a price and Rhino save me a small fortune and provided higher quality products. I would not hesitate to call them again for any HVAC needs in the future, and Ill be telling everyone I know about my fabulous experience with Rhino and their top-notch employees!

I have had several close friends who have used Ryan and his team at Rhino. So today when our a/c stopped working he came highly referred. Its not always easy to get someone out quickly in evening hours and on a Sunday night at that. Ryan came to our rescue in no time at all and got us fixed so I wasnt having to take 2 kids and 3 dogs to a motel for relief in the middle of August. His will definitely be a number I save in my phone for future needs.

I recently contacted Ryan regarding the installation of a new HVAC system for a property of mine in Norman. He scheduled a premise visit and arrived on time. He explained the reasoning behind his recommendations and answered all of my questions. There was zero pressure during or after the visit. Ryan had pricing details and options the following day. After we agreed on the system, Ryan and his crew were able to come out a few days later to perform the install. We were converting (my choice) from a downdraft (floor vents) to updraft (ceiling vents) and installation still only took just over a day. Clean up and testing were thorough and Ryan assisted me with some manufacturers rebate forms the manufacturer was promoting. Ryan and his crew are honest, dependable, and hard-working. I will use Rhino for future property renovations I have as well as for my personal home.

I had a recommendation on a company in Edmond but wanted someone local in the Moore area. After seeing all the great reviews, my son and I chose to call Rhino. Colton came that afternoon, quickly diagnosed replaced the bad capacitor. Colton was especially courteous and professional. He could have easily told me my unit was bad and I would have believed it and spent a lot of money since the unit is 20 years old. I had a great experience dealing with Rhino Heating and Air. Austin was the technician that came out initially to collect information and Ryan emailed me the estimates by the next day. I had a bunch of requests and questions and Ryan and I had to go back and forth a bunch for me to make up my mind. He was awesome and quickly dealt with everything I asked, such as revising the quote for specific models that I had researched. The work was done in less than a day so I simply came home from work to nice and QUIET ac and furnace. I couldnt be happier. I was also really pleased that I dealt with Austin as he just seems like a great guy. Dealing with this big expense is stressful but having Austins calm and friendly demeanor really rounded out this experience. Aside from that, their quote was very competitive and Ryan gave me all the info to get a good rebate from ONG. All in all, a true five star experience.

I came home from work @ 5:00pm and found the temperature in my house to be 85°. It was 95° outside. I knew right away something was wrong with my A/C. I was hoping I somehow forgot to pay my electric bill and the power got shut off. I knew that wouldve been a cheaper problem to fix.. I called four different companies to see if someone could come out. Dreading what I was about to pay for an after hours service call. Couldnt get anyone to answer. I then called Rhino Heating & Air Conditioning and spoke to the owner himself. He showed up to my house 45 mins after our phone call. He showed me that my condenser was extremely dirty and the last tech over charged my unit on freon. He easily couldve said I needed a new unit and I wouldve bought it. I even said replace it if it needs to be replaced before they started. Ryan and his tech were extremely polite and didnt try to take advantage of my desperate situation. They even hung around to check all my vents to assure they fixed the issue.. My house is cooling down and I dont have a sick feeling in stomach thinking I got screwed over.. The price was more than fair.. Especially for an after hours service call. I highly recommend Rhino Heating & Air Conditioning for all your HVAC needs..

Fast and dependable. Oklahoma summers are some of the worst, but Ryan had our AC working in under 20 minutes. In an industry known for unscrupulous companies, piece of mind is important and we wouldnt hesitate to call Rhino Heat and Air again.

AC repairs are rarely easy or cheap. Ryan and his techs made a bad situation much easier for my family when I needed my cold air working again.2nd experiance: I bought a new place in 2018. In 2019 the heat went out. I called 4 companies out including Rhino. Rhino had the best prices, consulting, and scheduling system of everyone I talked to. Better yet they had a new system in less that 24 hours later. These guys deserve your business.

Our a/c went out over the 4th of July holiday, and knowing that he may not have the parts & not be able to get the parts, Ryan came to our house on afternoon of the 4th. He quickly assessed the situation, verified what was needed, and even gave me some advice on how to limp it through the night. First thing the following morning his team showed up, with every single thing that they would need. They were very fast and deliberate in replacing the necessary units. Ryan realized the following day that the filter had been left out of the new unit, and not only called me- he came by our house around 6pm, and didnt just drop it off with us, but took the time to put it in and make sure everything was still operating the way that it should.Ryan and his team will be my first call, and first recommendation to ANYONE needing HVAC assistance!!
