The staff here are always helpful and kind. They greet me when I come in. Most always have what I need. I called with a question the other day and and Stephanie recognized my voice. I was impressed! I had to return something and they are always courteous to me. They Rock!!!

The app sucks. I keep pushing on delivery and every time it changes the delivery price to something different. Its supposed to be free delivery to my area for spending over $49. I spent $97 and its still charging me different prices for delivery anywhere from $1.99 up to $9 and something for delivery. Applied for a credit card and supposed to get $20 off and that dont happen either.

Was on this site for the first time to buy some product. Looking at my first item a mail box the price wasnt on it! The price said upon check out it would let me know..... are you kidding me.... I had to put it in my cart than start to check out to even see how much it was! Well that was a NO complete waste of time! Wont be doing this site!

I bought a Toro a couple weeks ago. Mark the manager there helped me with all my questions. He was super nice and helpful. If he didnt know my question then he looked it up to answer correctly. I recommend this store for all your farm and pet needs.

Ladonna was great help with our chicken coop. There was no way I could have gotten it into my car, so she said shed have her husband drop it off for me. And he did. Great costumer service, which is the reason for continuing shop there

Website inventory and availability at the Moore store in not accurate. Drove to store topickup item that website said was available for pickup in store today. Employee said nothing can be done to update website and it is often not right. Dont waste your time trusting what they claim. Inefficient way to run a business, if wanting return customers.

I just left the Tractor Supply in Moore and was in and out in 5 minutes. I purchased 60 x 96 HEAVY rubber stall mats. I sat there sizing them up and trying to figure out how I was going to get them in the cart; at the same time, Mark walked by and without hesitation immediately stepped in and helped. He loaded the mats, pushed the cart to checkout, and loaded them in my car. Needless to say, Im very impressed with the professional, friendly, and fast service!

Mandatory face mask sign at the entrance then you get inside and none of the employees are wearing mask. I asked on of the girls about it and she told me they can’t make us wear them. So much for the safety of customers. I will not be back. Thanks for nothing.

Love Tractor Supply! Their brand of dog food has been so good for my Lab! She is THRIVING on their food, when premium foods were just not working. Her coat is lovely, her weight is good, and she is one healthy pooch! What a fun store too! They have virtually everything for the farm as well!

They had a sign and we had it confirmed that the 20% off was for the crates. When we went to check out the other guy knowung we was told and seen the sign wouldnt give us the sale price. Wont go back ever again

This specific location in Moore is absolutely setting the standard of great customer service. I went there specifically looking for a specific item and the two that were working late in the evening were wonderful in helping me. The lady literally walked with me to the item instead of just pointing to a row. The gentleman cashier even showed me where I could find some similar items on sale near the entrance. Great, friendly stuff and great prices.

Bought a little trailer for my mower and it had a bad tire on it from the factory. Took it back up here and they replaced the whole wheel so I wouldnt have to change the tire, excellent customer service I have say. I will definitely continue to shop here and would recommend them highly.

Very poor customer service! I asked 2 ladies who were stocking shelves for assistance for a restroom for my elderly father. They both said it should be open and ignored me.We had to leave immediately!

Tractor supply in general is an awesome place to get what you need. Be it pet supplies or even their pet vet service. They sell a very wide variety of stuff feel free to message me if you need info.That being said I go to the Tractor Supply in Moore. IMO it is the best place around to full my propane tanks. Always fast friendly and pretty quick. Oh yeah propane is way cheaper here also. Try their house brand dog food. Its the 4Health brand and I promise you animal will love it.

This place is great. Go here for dog food everything. They carry an assortment of mechanical parts not easily found in your average auto shop. Like another reviewer commented. Customer service is less than satisfactory. So as long as you go in knowing this. And willing to find what you need of your own. You will be good to go!

This place has the coolest stuff. Not just feed for cattle and livestock and horses and dogs and cats and rabbits and bunnies and Jack a lopes. Friendly Staff very helpful. And if one person doesnt know the answer someone else will do their best to try to answer.

Sometimes I cant find someone to ask a question, and there seems to be high staff turnover, but I like the store overall. I dont think Ive ever seen the same person working there on more then one visit (Im there every 8-12 days). They will always recommend their dog food (which isnt bad food), its just my observation. The store is usually clean and I can bring my dogs for a visit (they will usually get a treat at the register). They will also help load your vehicle if you need it (you might have to ask).

Staff is very friendly and helpful, however its not always easy to find someone to assist you on the floor of the store. This is the only reason I leave 4 stars instead of 5. Our family runs an animal rescue and we go here for so much of what we need. The prices compared to other pet retail stores is reasonable but the selection of products that are not easy to find, is incredible.

Friendly staff but wasnt set up well for the crowd they had in the store for vet shots. Took a very long time to get through 1 customer. If they would have had multiple tables setup it would have gone much smoother.

The family has been using Tractor Supply for a few years now, most of the time using the order online and pickup option. My mom will put in and order about once a month, and since we have a truck, we will pick it up and take it out to her. They make it extremely easy, emailing her the details, which she simply forwards to me. When I arrive, they have an option in the email to indicate we are there, with a spot to indicate where we wanted it. They bring it out, load it in the truck, and are very friendly.

Wide selection of items. Very nice and friendly staff always welcoming and are there to help you out if needed. Great low prices.

They had baby chickens and they looked well taken care of

A smaller store with quite a bit of pet food and animal feed. (Good place for me to get guinea pig pine, since cedar is too strong). I also liked the seasonal gifts and items that change; exg, Hee Haw DVDs, scented candles, rocking chairs, and stuff like power tools, etc.

I tried to buy my regular dog food at the feed store I normally go to. They were out, so I called and asked if they carried the food. They didnt carry my food but allowed me to try a small bag of their 4 health brand free. I also needed cat food, so I decided to try their 4 health catfood also. I told the cashier I was trying them both and got both small bags of food FREE. This is the way customers should be treated. I feel like we went back in time on customer service, in a great way.

Always enjoy visiting here. Something for the guys and the gals. Also love their assortment of hardware (bolts, nuts, screws, brackets, steel bar and sheet, etc). Never walk out of there empty handed.

They had a huge selection of the item I needed. I had checked several other stores including Walmart that didnt have it. They have convenient hours too.

I asked about delivery and explained that I am too emotional to drop it off. Joseph offered to drop it off for me..What a good guy!

Very nice store. Usually has everything im looking for.But it doesnt get 5 stars because they sell the igloo style dog houses without the plastic door flap. In the winter season that flap will save animals lives from the wind .

They have many hard to find specialty products hard to find in other big box stores. Prices are a big high.

I love this store but there is always a problem with the sale prices and the store prices. It is like they are trying to get more money out of the items that are on sale. I have had to prove that the item was on sale many times.I have stopped going in because I am tired of having to prove it. When they have a circular come out they need to go and mark the items in the store and make the employees aware of their sales.

I only go in here to get dog food. Employees are nice most of the time but there are a few that could use an attitude adjustment. However, I do know that retail and some of the people you have to deal with in there can put you in a bad mood some times.

If your looking for work clothing that fits us corn and beef fed Okies then dont shop here. Largest size of overalls was a 42 and even though they sell Schmidt brand (great quality) clothing they dont carry their overalls. This place is about as useful as lead weights on a plane for a farm supply store in an urban area.

Employees are always friendly and helpful. When I broke my pelvis and had to use a walker for 2 months I just went to the register and told them what I needed. One or two of them would bring everything up front, carry it out, and load it in my truck. They still help when I have a bad day and walk in with a cane.

This reminds me if the old lumber stores when I was growing up. They have something for everyone. Staff is always ready to help.
