Jacob was extremely helpful. He took the time to explain the wiring for the capacitor and fan for our unit. He walked me through the do-it-yourself project. I will definitely tell everyone that ever needs help with central heat and air to go see Jacob; I promise he will take great care of you.

After failing to get what I needed from a big box store.. I had to get some parts for my air duct system, these guys were very knowledgeable. Pointed me to exactly what I needed and gave me multiple suggestions and tips to get my job done. Very grateful!

Terrible customer service. They sold me heat tape and a kit to connect it and tape doesn’t fit the kit. I called and they said bring it back and we will exchange it. I drive back on icy and snow covered roads almost getting stuck only to be told they don’t have the correct heat cable in stock. I was told you can rig the one you have an make it work. After 2 trips out in the ice and snow and $182 later it still doesn’t work. Terrible service and a complete waste of time!!

The plumbing side is not the most customer service oriented. Also they charged me $43 for a capacitor that is $17, elsewhere today. 8-1-2020.I just grabbed it, these people needed their AC.

I got to the store as they were locking up for the day. I needed a part for my ac unit since it was nearly 100 degrees out. He let me get my part and explained in detail what I needed to do. Best customer service I ever experienced. Thank You Jacob, so thankful for your help as I am now sitting in my cool house.

My father and I came in to pick up some PVC pipe and some number to electrical wire. The gentleman that helped us was very knowledgeable on the supplies we needed. He was also very friendly and professional. Was great to carry-on a general conversation with him. He made sure that we had all the supplies we needed. He was also courteous and helping us load our supplies in the truck. The store was clean and every member of the staff we dealt with was pleasant. I wish I would have asked the guys name that assisted my father and I. I would like to give him a proper compliment. I would definitely come back for future electrical supply needs. Keep up the great work

Every Locke Supply I go to is always very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. There are times when they dont have something, either because the part is proprietary, or someone in the past used something that was only made for a little while then it was discontinued, or they simply dont have something in stock at that particular store at that time.In any case, great place, good prices.

Been coming here for years and they always have exactly what I need.

Called the store as a courtesy because we were not aware they closed at noon on Saturdays. We were en route and not far away. The associate who answered the phone was polite, but the manager who was working on 02/22/2020 was extremely rude. I could hear him complaining about us in the background.I get that it was late, but we knew *exactly* what we needed and wouldnt be long. We needed a certain toilet because ours broke. We arrived at the store just a few minutes to close, was in the parking lot and decided not to go in. It wasnt worth it to be treated that way. So we took our business somewhere else. Way to go, manager.👍

I went here looking for help with hoses and adapters to my new portable washing machine and I was thinking they would be able to help me more than Home Depot or Lowe’s would, but boy was I wrong. The lady that helped me yelled at me in the middle of the store because I asked a question and she tried to tell me there was no possible way I could hook up my portable washing machine so I left and Home Depot helped to figure out my problem. Don’t go here your better off trying your luck at Home Depot or Lowe’s.

Well I guess if you need a part dont rely on the customer service at this one.Its too bad usually on point.

Fan motor went out on my HVAC and these guys saved me a ton of money. Helped me find the right motor and capacitor and I was able to repair it myself. Thanks again!

The HVAC side is somewhat stocked. I have an issue with how there was 3 employees standing around on their phones and jokeing around but couldnt help customers out. Theyre lazy and unfriendly! When I got my plumbing stuff they were great! A nice young lady help me find what I was looking for. I should have asked for her name so I can properly thank her.

I hate going here... This last visit when I said I had a question about where to find something (in plumbing) the first guy behind the counter said Im outta here and walked away. The second guy said he was busy helping someone else and sat down behind the counter got on his phone and ignored me. At least the lady employee was courteous enough to show me the aisle I needed.

Went in to get some hvac materials for my unit that went out. I came in not greeted by anyone when there were 3 guys hanging around the registers laughing and carrying on. 2 guys were playing catch. I asked for some help locating some products since Ive never used this location. None of the guys wanted to help and shrugged me off. They pushed me off to a young hispanic man. He was great help. He wasnt too knowledgeable about the whereabouts of products, but he went above and beyond to help an old man out. He was the only one working in this section. I wont come back to this location ever!!!

Worse customer service ever. The customer service is programmed to say NO. I dont know how places like this are still open.
