Great convenient grocery store. Always clean and never out of whatever u may need.

Clerk was very helpful when they were out of distilled water on the shelves, he went to the back room and got some for me.

I like this place for a quick trip. They dont have everything I get from a supercenter though. My quesadilla cheese doesnt seem to be there

Great variety, small lines, nice workers. I went shopping with my dad, and this place looked nice, came looking for milk and got about fifteen items, pretty good choices with a built in bakery. Everything was going good, until a worker came up to us when we finished bagging up all out stuff, he took our cart back for us, which was pretty nice. Although its lacking some selections like electronics and beds, this place feels at home. 5 out of 5 Stars, would recommend.

Most generally staff are nice. Small community neighborhood grocery store. Store is clean. Nice selection if fruit. What bothers me is they do not price match with other stores or they didnt when I was trying to use competition ads. Hen talking to a manager he said I am sorry but we cannot price match with buy one get one free items. So I was not happy about that.Now let’s talk about empty shelves. Little stores are not keeping up with supply and Demand during this fragile time.

Clean store and stocked for the most part. I do find that not having an employee in the building that can do returns or exchanges while OPEN is bad business. I messed up on self check out and double paid for an item, manager on duty said I would have to come back tomorrow for the service center for a refund.

I love the ladies there and theyre always friendly and helpful. Never once have I gone in there and got an attitude from any of the customer service Representatives. I prefer going too this Walmart Market rather than the super Centers... it seems less congested and the sales associates are friendlier and less frazzled.

Nice produce fresher that regular Walmart. Lines move fast. Store very clean. Employees friendly and more knowledgeable that regular walmarts

When I order pickup the employees are always personable and prompt. When I shop inside the cashiers are fabulous, and the shelves are stocked up!

Out of so much. Asking a stocker where something is & he says hes not sure but might be near the pickles. (Which I had told him I had been to that isle prior to his answer) Didnt even try to help. Ive had several 2 star visits.. Used to be a good store.

Interesting today Local Outreach Oklahoma Highway Safety is doing a simulation of what happens when you dont wear your seat belt. Really neat and also they are doing a simulation of impaired driving!

Love the convenience, but they are consistently low on supply on most staple items. THis is the only Wal Mart left that forces you to walk in one door and exit another door. Makes no sense to negate half of the available handicap spots in the parking lot by forcing people to exit (or enter) far from their vehicles.

Its a Walmart... Or a smaller version of it. Not much to say about it. I get a lot of groceries here, and Ive never really seen empty shelves, so its nice to see theyre keeping up with demand. The only problem I have is that theres one entrance and one exit, and theyre both in opposite sides of the building. The building isnt too big, so its not too much hassle, but I just get annoyed every time I realize that I have to walk to the other side of the building to leave. Idk if itd be possible to have both doors work as both an entrance and exit, but itd be nice. Other than that, no issues, staff have been friendly and helpful, and everything seems as it should.

They are sometimes not fully stocked in the frozen foods area but most times are fine.

Walmart does offer convenience but I do not feel that offer quality or service

Employees were all nice and shelves were stocked well, but the entire store feels extremely cramped and difficult to maneuver around with a cart. Aisles are tiny and can barely fit two carts at the same time. Very frustrating experience, Ill be driving a bit further to Crest down the road because its easier and more pleasant.

This actually a nice store. A good selection of items, the Salepersonnel are nice, and I am able to get in and out quickly.

You would think since they close at 10pm they could manage to keep both sides open. You would also think if they insist on closing one side they would close the pharmacy side since they close before the store does. I had to run in and grab a couple of things before they closed and was glad to park kind of close since it was a cold February night. I go to walk to my car and an associate is sitting in front of the doors messing with an iPad and shoving chips in her mouth telling me I have to go out the other way. Are you kidding me?

There was alot of things missing on selves. Check out was ok.

Worst experience EVER with the grocery pick up!!Called when I got there, as the sign says to do so, at 5:40 and tell them what spot I’m in. 10 minutes later they come to my window with the wrong order. 20 minutes later two trucks pull up on each side of my vehicle. FINALLY they come up to my window and ask the name on my order. I told them I had called them 30 minutes ago telling them I was there and the spot I was in, confused on why I even called in saying I was there and them telling me they’d be right out with my order. As I see them delivering the groceries to one of the trucks who pulled up 20 minutes after I had been sitting there. I told them I had been there waiting and the girl rolled her eyes at me telling me they were busy and walked away. So at this point I’m a little annoyed. They then come out and help the other truck that pulled in AFTER me. They finally bring my order out, load it in my car, and SLAM my door. I didn’t say anything even though I was livid! I was FINALLY out of there at 6:25. I get home and start unloading realizing I was missing half of my order. I then call up there to talk to a manager and I’m out on hold for 10 minutes (already driving back to get the rest of the groceries that were paid for and missed.) I hung up and walked inside. Asked to speak to a manager. He came up and acted like it was no big deal that I was missing half the order or the fact that I was treated terribly. Had someone bring my groceries out to my car and said he’d be out to talk to me to see what can be done. Waited and he never came out. My mom then calls (it was her order I was picking up) and talks to him he then acts like it’s NO BIG DEAL WHATSOEVER! Claims he heard both sides of it. Okay so your employees are allowed to treat customers with no respect and can slam their doors and forget half there orders?! And that’s just okay?! Absolutely not! Buy the time it was all said and done I spent an hour and a half dealing with picking up a SIMPLE order and being treated so terribly! Is this how you treat your customer Walmart?! Cause if that’s the case I’ll be sure to go elsewhere!

We used to frequent this location because its conveniently located but weve been disappointed lately because they seem to be dropping a lot of the brands we buy and featuring their house brand instead. Were having to go to WinCo & Crest for the selection. Hopefully this is experimental or Covid related and theyll get back to stocking a good variety.

I am very dissapointed in this location. Horrible customer service! My wife had a pickup order in which she ordered four boxes of size three diapers. They were on sale for five dollars a box. Upon arrival, the associate comes out with bags of size six diapers. Two problems here: wrong size, and bags instead of boxes. Okay, no big deal. I am sure the issue will be corrected with ease... nope! The associate goes in and returns with the response you messed up and ordered the wrong size. The whole fiasco lasted probably thirty minutes in which the associate went inside and came back out to reaffirm the mistake was not Walmarts. The real kicker is that my wife had a reciept of purchase in her email showing that she ordered size three diapers. What was also very dissspointing is it appeared that one of the pickup associates tried to adjust the order to say we ordered size six. I guess their brains were not firing on all cylindars because you can not change our emailed receipt of purchase. When my wife asked to speak with management, no manager came out. It was the same associate telling us they had no size three diapers and offered another size. My wife went with size four and still only got one box instead of four. She was done and had to be at work so she took the one box her other items and left. After all that not only did we only get one box instead of four, half our pickup order was missing and we had to call. This Walmart is not only lacking in customer service, they seemed very shady, decietful, and argumentative.

It was bad. No sign telling you to go in one door and out the other. Im 68 and have heart trouble I parked close to the door, but they made me walk to the other end of the store and walk all the way back to my car. I begged them to let me go out the closes door I was and am having severe pain in my right arm. They did not care. I will never go back.

This place is my most loved job i have ever had im really going to miss working here when we do finally shut down...its just the boss man and me that work there right now....gets crazy sometimes but i think we handle the crazy really well everyone leaves with a smile and much better mood

If you appear to be under the age of 70 (Im 69), and you are attempting to buy beer, prepare for the nice lady to ask for your ID. I wasnt in the mood for the hassle so I politely declined and told her to remove the beer and Id go across the street to my favorite liquor store to buy my adult beverages. I understand why IDs are sometimes necessary but common sense should not be obsolete. Sometimes when a young server asks for my ID and I humor them, when they hand it back I will ask them what year I was born. I have only had one who was able to tell me. Oh well maybe I was just feeling grumpy today.

A much better alternative to the super Walmart on 19th. The pick up area and staff is very nice. Stephanie is my favorite person in the pickup area. Super sweet and fun talk to.

Found what was needing. I hate how I have 3 Walmart stores around me and none are the same. 1 full supercenter, 2 neighborhood markets (1 almost like a supercenter but lacking many things). Get a game plan and make one design please. Trying to find stuff in different stores layouts sucks.

Right around the corner from my house, whats not to like. Although, I do wish theyd go back to Open 24 hrs.

Most of the isles had empty shelves. The ones that did still have things on them were things that not many people would want.

Service was excellent! Friendly and helpful. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT finding out that the only way I can buy jalapenos is in bulk!! What?? Thats a total scam!! Ill be going to Winco for my produce from now on. Its fresher and cheaper there anyway.

My only complaint is that whoevers making the decisions on products has a severe case of ADHD because I cant find the same thing twice, usually. One week its there, the next its gone. Same thing with the Deli not one bit of consistency creates endless disappointment. Ive started going to Crest even though it is farther away. This has become my convenience store.

The employees are always hard working and friendly. Ive never had any issues when shopping here.

I cash my checks here and only here!!! The ladies who work up front are always a pleasure to do business with. They are friendly, fast and efficient and the fee that is charged is unbeatable.

Dont go during peak shopping hours, the clerks are rude and treat you as if theyre doing you a favor. The young woman checking us out was chomping on her gum and instead of acknowledging us continued on a conversation with a coworker. She rung up a few items more than once as she wasnt paying attention, when I pioneer this out she rolled her eyes and argued with me, I had her print out what she had rung up thus far to show her and she told me that I must have multiples of those particular items - I had to take groceries out of the bag to show I didnt. When I spoke to an acting manager about the experience she blew me off and acted like it was no big deal. Theres only a handful of decent checkers and Is rather wait in one of their lines than deal with entitled, snotty workers

Incompetent, lazy and rude. This place should be shut down. I have never encountered a business that is so unwilling to exhibit even a tiny amount of customer service. Funny thing, you see a placard of managers on the wall as you enter and you NEVER see them in the store. Inmates running the asylum and it shows...bad. I had a site-to-store shipped to this Walmart and after it had been delayed almost a week I got an email and a text message saying that it was ready for pickup. I went to pick it up, we cant get that its in the back so I asked when I could pick it up, maybe tomorrow. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! I went there at 5pm on a Wednesday. WOW.

I was in today shopping for produce and I was unable to find what I was looking for initially. Usually in a department store no one has a clue whats going on and they just point you to the isle you have already been in. This store was not your usual department store. I met John who is the department manager of produce and he was amazing. He took the time to search for what I was looking for and he found it for me!

The meat is not all that great. Beef short ribs are a robbery and the grass fed beef is not cut thick. Frozen aisle contains a lot of junk while the organic frozen goods are very small. The only beer they carry is the fermented toilet water that hillbillies love like Budweiser.

Quick and easy to navigate plenty of cashiers and self check out isles.

Pharmacy has started breaking boxes of medicine for elderly patients instead of their usual and original policy of providing the entire supply; then attempting to justify their change in policy to disabled seniors. All this while still charging the same amount that they originally charged for the full supply of medicine. The only reason Im giving the second star is because of the pharmacy techs customer service. Though that too has started to go down hill.

The pharmacy staff are sub-par for friendly customer service. I brought a RX to get filled and said I would wait for it. After 20 minutes of roaming the aisles I noticed that the pharmacist was lowering the gates at the counter so I went over and said whoa, wheres my RX ?His Im bothering him look responding oh. Your waiting for your RXReally?I got my items and to my surprise no help on this medication with do you have any questions .He seemed more interested in leaving.Never again.

I would rather go to the market stores than the super center. Easier to shop at. And location in closer to my house.
