Brooks knows his stuff. We took my daughters gaming PC in that we were struggling with installing a Ryzen 5 CPU on. Since our new Ryzen 5 now had bent pins, he sold us a new one at a reasonable price, installed the CPU, put the whole PC back together for us, and did a bios upgrade. He did all of this real fast. We dropped ithe PC off close to closing time one day and it was ready to pickup mid afternoon the next day. He explained everything he did in lamens terms. This guy wont let you down. We brought my sons computer to Real Deal suspecting we had a bad motherboard. Owner Brooks was able to confirm after some diagnosis. He first tried to repair motherboard to keep costs down for us, but it was too far gone. We ended up replacing the motherboard and went ahead and had him do some extra upgrades. After all the work was completed it was still cheaper and faster than geek squads quote just to replace motherboard! If you want your PC repaired by someone that stands by their work at an affordable price and in a timely manner use REAL DEAL!I will definitely use for future PC work.

I NEVER let anyone work on my computers but I was stuck with one I couldnt figure out... Im pretty slick with a computer but this guy had mine figured out in like an hour, fixed it in a couple hours after I told him to go ahead with the repairs, and charged me a VERY reasonable price. Highly recommend his services for all ur computer repair needs.

While I was here, it became very busy, a lot of phones calls and people coming and going. Awesome computer shop. He built my personal computer 5 years ago. Had several issues I couldnt resolve, so he fixed me up for free! Cant beat personal customer service like that these days! I live an hour and a half away, but the drive is well worth it!!!

I have been trying to find a power supply and had the biggest pain finding one especially not price gouged. I hate bestbuy called Real Deal Computers he was able to get me a 850watt power supply A+ service and Ill be going back to the store for my computer needs.

When All the others wanted to send it out and not get it back for over a month . Or have to make an appointment with Geek Squad to talk about dropping it off so they can charge me for that first 🙄 before they even diagnose it 😳I dropped it off with Real Deal Computers and with in a couple hrs he had it figured out !! All I can think is WOW! These guys are the best! I brought my laptop in because I was having trouble with it running so slow with my company software. Brooks hooked me up. I had some fear that when he changed the hard drive to a solid state version that i would lose some of my info. He cloned it and it works perfect. He just made my job a lot more efficient with the productivity i will get using a fast computer. Thanks guys, you have earned all my future business!!

So glad I found this store. The gentleman in the store was very knowledgeable and quick to acknowledge my presence in the store. I was looking for a new case for my home build and thought Id try this store out since Oklahoma doesnt have many stores with competitively priced computer parts. The prices on most of the hardware and components were comparable to online prices. This is awesome! I ended up buying a case and some SATA cables from Real Deal Computers. When I got it home, I looked it up on Newegg and Amazon and for out that I paid less than both of them! I will return to this store for all of my computer needs. I went down to this place looking around for motherboard standoff screws. I was personally surprised that Best Buy didnt sell any. But the owner up there had a small box of them and so i bought 10 of them for a few dollars. The owner was very knowledgeable and i was impressed by his stock and even had some legacy hardware! If im ever looking for hardware then ill give this store a call again.

Incredible service. Dropped my computer off in the morning and he had it fixed in 2 hours. Before dropping it off I called Geek Squad and was told it would be days before they could get to it and far more expensve. Support local!
