Probably the best service I’ve ever had from a fire stone. They knocked out two of my vehicles in one day we’re at other locations I have suffered having to wait several days to get a simple oil change done. Highly recommend

This Firestone location has been fantastic for us. They are ethical in their work & dont try to push a ton of unnecessary work. My husband keeps excellent records on our vehicles so we typically know what is due when. They are efficient & pleasant to deal with...Definitely recommend!

My tire has been losing air and I needed it checked. I stopped in and was told I could leave it, and they should be able to get to it by 7pm. (It was 5pm). I asked if they could just air it up and I would be on my way. Suddenly, they could immediately check it. I asked what the fee was for a flat, and was told with tax: $20.16. I was kind of stuck, this was my second shop and I knew there was a problem. I agreed, and when they were done, they said there was a bolt in it. I asked to see the bolt. It wasnt a bolt. It looks like a pocket screwdriver. (Maybe their universal word for a metal object puncturing a tire is, bolt). They rang me up, and gave me the total of $23. I asked why it was different from the quote and was told they keyed something wrong. They fixed the error and I paid and left. While it was quick and efficient, I did not get a welcoming feel.

Counter guy was not pleasant at all. I had a punctured tire and made it to this place. I wish I had not. They put the wrong tire on my car. It wasnt the right size as my other tires. I will never refer to this store.

My truck needed tires and an alignment. I got 4 new tires and the alignment they did was dead on to factory specs. Drives like a new truck. The day I came in for service they didn’t have any appointments left but still had my truck repaired in 2 and a half hours. Good people doing good honest work. They didn’t try to sell me a bunch of things I didn’t need.

I refuse to take my vehicles anywhere else! The customer service, integrity and quality of work at this location is unmatched. I came in this morning, not too happy of course because I left for work to find I had a flat tire. After getting my car to Firestone, Ricky, the gentleman that assisted me during my experience there, greeted me and let me explain what I needed done. We tried for a patch but it wasnt possible. I needed a new tire and it wasnt an easy tire to find. He gave me tips and answered all of my questions very well. He was able to order the tire so that it would be delivered that day from their warehouse within 2-3 hours. I waited in the lobby and it was delivered and completed much faster than expected. He was so helpful with pricing, explanations and customer service. He even assisted me in speaking with my tire warranty service so that I could get authorization to go through with getting my reimbursement. It was definitely time consuming for him but he handled it well without neglecting time from other customers. For the reason I needed to be in there, it was as great of an experience that I could hope for. Will definitely be returning! Thank you Firestone and Ricky.

Great experience! Very friendly associates, quality work, and integrity. They had an opportunity to over quote me and over charge me but they chose not to. I was under the impression my car needed more work than it did (brakes and rotors) but they checked them and showed me they were still in good shape and had more life than I anticipated. I was expecting to be out hundreds of dollars, but instead just the price of an oil change. Thank you for being honest and doing quality work, while also being friendly.Great job Firestone!

Firestone argued with my daughter on what she needed done to her car and by that I mean that she told them she would get some things done at a later time due to financial reasons and the person she was talking to kept telling her she needed to get it done right then. However, when I called up there and asked them what the issues were with her car they didnt try to insist on telling me what to do. I had no issues when I stated what I wanted done.......... sad you guys take advantage of women like that....... this is 10/13/20 and I have yet to have someone reach out to me from firestone...... sad

My suburban needed new tires, and I came here. Got some Firestone AT2s, asked for them on the front. They came back and said that they couldnt put them on the front because my front end was shot! They gave me an estimate for an entire front end rebuild that was over $3,200! They also put my spare on my front wheel, not what was agreed. So I went home and priced the parts at OReilly. They were charging me 1600 for under 800 in parts. Well I need to go pick up a 4000 lb camper so I was pretty distressed about it. So I took it to R W automotive on eastern. The only thing that I needed was a shock on my stabilizer bar. I actually needed a hydrobooster and a belt as well, they checked all of my bushings and parts. I had a couple of bushings with some cracking but they were intact. Checked my brakes and everything. R W charged me under $300 for the labor. Honesty in business is an ethic that this company needs a severe lesson in. Not one of my struts, nor my stabilizer bar, nor any other metal part was worn or needing replacement. I will replace the 4 bushings later, but certainly not here. SCAM CITY. Check my other reviews before dismissing this one please.

Went in to get my brakes looked at and was told that I needed new brakes, rotors and calipers along with a few other things for almost $2,000. Just took my car to a local mechanic for a 2nd opinion and only being charged 350.00.

Had a busted rim & blown tire from someone loosing something off their trailer on I-35, after buying the tire at one location, rim at another, these guys mounted it for free and made my day.... it was expensive enough as it was but this little gesture went a long way!!! Thanks again!!!

Overcharged and not clear about parts purchased and services to be provided. Tried to convince my wife brakes and rotor change for $830 is a fair price.

Area manager was supposed to call me within 48 hours and it’s been 4 days. This firestone location took my money $228 and my car’s A/C still doesn’t work. Apparently it needs another $350 to fix the “Actual Problem” that wasn’t found till later. I’ve been a long time customer for over 7 years now. This is how your treated.

Showed up to have 4 tires put on and there was 2 employees standing outside as I arrived. I asked them of they were busy and one guy asked me what I needed done and I told him. He then proceeded to say I could leave my truck and it would be at least an hour wait even tho they werent doing anything and there was 2 bays wide open. Really unprofessional if you ask me

Carla was extremely rude and treated me like a child. Getting my brakes done cost 400 dollars. No one quoted me a price before putting my car up and taking the tires off. When I asked about them quoting me a price before doing the inspection she stated they have to do the inspection to know how much it costs. I wanted to know how much it could cost at most. I wont be back, if I could give 0 stars I would. But since my car has no tires on it and I need brakes right now, Im out 400 dollars and I had to deal with horrible customer service. I recommend going literally anywhere else.

The service here is wonderful and the guys that work there are very helpful and kind. I never worry about my mother going in to do business with them alone they take care of her!

My Granddaughter took her car there and asked them to go thru it and find anything needing attention. They claimed it needed a brake caliper and front rotors and pads, tires and brake fluid exchange for $750.00. Took the car to a local mechanic and he said it only needed rear rotors and pads for $175.00. It seems they were trying to take advantage of a young college student and I would caution anyone to get a 2nd. Opinion before having work done there.

The last two times I have walked in there they didnt have time for service. Once was an Hr and a half before close. Couldnt change my oil because mechanic didnt have tool and today, I just wanted a nail taken out of tire and repaired. Had to put up tires that were in the shop and get ready to close...are you kidding me. 30 minutes till close and you cant repair a tire. The manager wouldnt even give me the Corp # and was reluctant to give me his name. He said it was James. This place sucks on customer service. I have been going here for over 4 yrs and things have never been treated like this.I have purchased a set of tires, I have my oil changed there and have purched an alignment package. Someone needs to speak with JAMES. Not a happy customer!!!

I come here to Get an alignment. Id know that it is Labor Day and no one really wants to work but since you are open I would imagine you wouldnt continue to send customers away as I was waiting there was 3 other people that they sent away saying that there was nothing they could do for them for whatever made up reason and then they proceed to tell me that they cannot align my truck because I have a leveling kit. Not true they just dont want to work

Had oil changed a few times here. Always fast and professional.

I just wanted my correct tires ordered and replaced. Took 5 visits to get it right and 2 locations. The valve not even set on the 4th visit. I got stranded 3 times away from home. Had to walk to work. I was given several apologies, but that does not replace great service and accuracy.

Brent was very helpful in getting me the best deal on some great tires. Service was quick for everything they did, but an appointment is highly recommended due to their volume.

I needed them to check my brakes. I felt a pop while driving on the highway and my brakes felt different. I wanted them to look at them to see if it was ok to drive home.Instead I was told no they didnt have time and I would have to wait until the next day. I live an hour away, so I couldnt wait. I told him I just wanted to have someone check it and they didnt seem too busy. But he said no and walked away. Will never go back to the location. But I know Ill be at Hibdons in the morning.I did make it home, waited until there was less traffic. But I worried the entire drive home. Dont go to the Moore location.

Just bought a brand new car on June 4 and took it there June 5th to get an oil change. I left there with scratches on the driver side and they told me that they were there before I got there. Do not take your car here.

Ive always been treated well here but the prices are high for the work. So the work I have had done is limited. I have always found them to be very thorough and honest about any repairs needed.

Everyone was very nice, but tires are so expensive here. I went to Hibbdon Tire Plus in Norman and got my 2 new tires for about the same price as one tire would cost me here.

Forest Bunnell and Firestone went WAY above and beyond for our youth group. Our fifteen passenger bus needed 4 tires on the back end due to tired separation. On a Sunday afternoon at 4p.m. and they close at 5p.m. They are bending over backwards and allowed our youth group to take over the lobby to work on our program we will be doing for Mission Arlington.Praise Father God for their kindness and compassion!#SoliDeoGloria!

Had 2 alignments done at hibdons since Ive had truck steering wheel was never straight one done here and perfect. Would highly recommend this Firestone.

I called to see about getting a plug put in one of my tires under the purchased warrenty plan and they told me it would be an hour wait. Ok so I show up 10 minutes later and they are telling me its gonna be an hour and a half wait. The thing is there are 3 cars in the building with about 5 or 6 open bays, and three employees standing around literally staring off into nowhere inside the office. Whats the point of purchasing the plan if you cant use it on your tume. These guys are lazy and work harder at not doing the work than anybody iv seen in a long time. Poor quality.

Sent my 95 year old dad there for a $100.00 front brake job. The $100.00 job is a bait for the things they add on after an inspection. First thing: needed front rotors. OK, how much? O Reilley s Auto Parts was $100.00 for both rotors. OK, Firestone needs to add a little profit to parts so maybe $50.00 profit on the rotors to cost of $150.00? No, Firestone charged $229.00! The first switch is the high price you pay for parts through Firestone. The second thing added was a complete brake fluid change for $114.00. They said a test strip indicated it needed changing. They did get all approvals with my dad. I should of had them call me instead so that is my mistake. If you are a senior citizen, a woman, or a man without car knowledge, you are an easy target for having your invoice upsized at this Firestone Store. Complaining to the manager was worthless.

Personally Im not much of a fan of Firestone the last time I went in there was for an oil change and they made up a list of things that they felt like my vehicle needed one of which was to replace a taillight which I didnt know without but the estimate on replacing a taillight on my pickup was $50 for a $3 bulb and to remove two screws I felt like that says it all

Excellent service, no hassles with warranty issues. Prices are high compared to smaller shops, but the do everything by the book so its gonna be higher.

Just terrible. They got just about everything wrong that they possibly could have. They ordered the wrong color wheels in the wrong size so they had to be reordered. Which should have been a hint to go somewhere else but i didnt follow my gut regretfully. When they installed the air pressure sensors on the new wheels they didnt reprogram them or at least keep them with the correct wheel location. So now when I have a low pressure in my right front tire I have to check the left rear tire. Which brings me to my next disappointment. My left rear tire has been leaking air every since the day I left with my new wheels and tires. Oh and dont let me forget to mention that they had my car from 9am until 7pm. It took them all day to mount 4 tires onto 4 wheels and mount them on my car. For all of my troubles they offered me a free alignment and then said my car wouldnt fit on their alignment rack. I understand my car sits low but its a stock corvette. Not exactly a rare or exotic vehicle. Other firestone stores in the area dont have issues with that. I spent $2400 on new wheels and tires and regret it dearly. Thank you Preston for your terrible service. I will be taking this up with corporate. Please please please dont take your vehicle up to them. learn from my mistake.
