I truly don’t understand all the high ratings.I drove about an hour and a half to this location just to get a specific product that my local beauty supplier doesn’t have.I was treated very poorly, I also felt like they discriminated me.They also had me sign a waiver saying that I won’t sell any of the products I purchased.While I understand that they have to cover themselves, I’ve never had to sign a waiver before.I heard them behind the register talking about me, my salon etc.I brought my license so there was no reason to treat me disrespectfully!

This is my favorite place for professional hair supplies. Everyone is kind and helpful.

I paid for a Hot Heads Hand-Tied Hair Extention Class in January 2020, receive only a portion of my paid supplies and was told by SSG that I and the others would receive our items that are missing from our kit. However after a dozen calls and email I have yet to receive what I paid for and unfortunately Judith the manager of Moore SSG nor the staff care nor have they responded. It’s now 13 months later and I still have not received my full kit. I’m extremely disappointed in their lack of caring. I caution anyone wanting to take a class where you have to pay for supplies because on the off chance you do not receive all your items I can guarantee once you leave the class they have your money and that’s all they care about, I have given them 13 months to make this right and they have chosen to disregard my request to receive my items I ALREADY PAID FOR..
