I guess the store employee closes whenever they feel like going home? Came at 4pm during the week, store closed! Waited a few weeks until I needed my supplies, 5pm closed on a Tuesday!

You have to pay for the paper shopping bags? I get the reusable but the paper ones? Lmbo

This Sallys doesnt.... Exist?

Not knowledgeable in any way of beauty products and how to use them. Have been strapped for cash as of late and have let my hair go. Bought a all in one thing at Walmart. Didn’t get desired results. Went to sally beauty (which has always intimidated me) and was helped by a very nice lady who seemed to know what’s what. Enjoyed or conversation about kids and husbands but was not given the right product. Went home feeling like I got this and the orange is now pink over a orange hue. This is how I got to show up to thanksgiving with the fam. It would be adorable for a 25 year old on her way out to a rave but on a 50 year old going to her daughters for dinner, not so much.I went back in to ask what the problem was or is and a different lady, who told me she was in school and felt quite confident I was given the wrong product, told me what I need to fix this orange and pink in my hair. She wrote it down for me because like I said,I’m broke. That is why I did it myself in the first place. So I walked out looking really silly and feeling like maybe if they have people who are there for this very thing, they should back up what they send you home with or provide product to fix it.Just as a bonus the second lady I spoke to told me the first one was the manager. So......... there’s that.

My visit was nice! The employees were helpful and not invasive or anything.. I did notice that they didnt have as many products to choose from though, compared to other Sallys. And, as usual, the place was very small and cramped! Its best to visit Sallys during thier slower hours if you want to be able to maneuver and look around :)

Went in to buy 1 item and a woman that was heavier set and colored hair was absolutely rude and hateful.

Horrible attitudes! Terrible at communicating! They tell you that you can return stuff, then refuse a return even if it was never opened and you have a receipt. I would never come here again, and you shouldn’t either. Save your time and money! You should go to another beauty supply store.

So for my Christmas gift, my mom took my mom took me to get har extensions from here. $135 ones. My mom mentioned at the register that they were a little bit yellower than my actual hair, and the cashier said oh you can just use purple shampoo on them to tone them. Since I use it on my own natural hair, and since she advised it, I tried it about an hour ago. I used the same amount I use on my real hair and only left it on for 3 min instead of 5. My $135 extensions are now ruined and grey. Thank you to the lovely cashier here for the wonderful advise :) and of course you cant get your money back.

Its a good place but sometimes the workers ask you every 2 seconds if you need help. They also seem to think everyone is going to steal, which makes me not want to shop here. They need to review their customer service policy. It could use some work.

This is a great little store. The girls are helpful and polite. I can usually get what I need. The prices are a bit high, but thats with all Sallys stores.

They were really helpful and the ladies I spoke to there were extremely knowledgeable in each thing. The difference in product and depending on the hair what you should use. I would definitely recommend it.

Amazing selection and products. The Staff is SO SO SO kind. Definetly a permenant go to place from now on. Love the store and staff 💕!

Clean store but literally the worst employees. No knowledge of any of their products or how to use them.

Not a huge selection, decent for a small store. The staff is helpful but a bit too pushy with unwanted advice when asking for a specific product. Almost to the point of being rude. Only would go back if I needed color and couldnt order it online fast enough.

The ladies are always super friendly, super knowledgeable and super helpful. The store is clean and organized. My favorite Sallys. 😊

While the African-American section was small and inefective, the service was great and I got what I needed!
