This place is awesome! I placed my ring with a well known jeweler and it took 3 months to get my ring back even though the problem never got fixed. I came to these guys and received exceptional same day service and my ring is like new. They explained that they have newer technology and the technician came out to meet me personally. I will only do business with this store from now on. Thanks for treating me so well!

Horrible experience. Owner accused us of trying to go behind-the-scenes with our friend to get a lower price when all we wanted was to say hello. Owner yelled at us Get the ---- out of his store. Cursed at us saying he didnt want people like us in his store. Horrible, horrible insulting experience to have him constantly yelling at us. Also, very expensive for repairs.

Always friendly and knowledgeable. I have purchased several rings and earrings from them and taken them back for cleaning and checking to make sure the stones are secure. Very meticulous in their workmanship.

Its a one story building. Doesnt need an elevator for handicap people. Great service. Fixed a pair of glasses for a friend. The break was in a really hard spot and Brian worked his magic and fixed the glasses. Could not find another jeweler in town that could do it or would do it. Brian at a jubilation did it and worked wonders with it. 5 stars for their customer service, friendliness, and just going the extra mile for their customers.

They are always more than willing to help me whether its a repair/cleaning on previously purchased ring from elsewhere or on the beautiful ring I purchased from their store. Its awesome that I can roll into the store and Im recognized and greeted immediately.

Bought a mens band may 6th. They had to order it in and told us they would call us when it was in. One month later I called them the ring had came in but it was a little diffrent than we asked. We live in Norwood so i asked for a picture 4 days later no picture i called them and finally got a picture. We decided that we liked it and asked them to ship it to us. 2 weeks later no ring so I called them brain said it was in route. When it showed up it had a 2 day shipping label on it. The band was thicker than Brenden liked it so I brought back into the store talked to brain about getting it made thinner. He said that was fine. 1 week later my husband called to see if by any chance the ring made it to the shop since he was in town. They said didnt she just bring that in? Then by this time over 3 weeks had pasted I went into the store to ask where the ring was the sales rep said that they hadnt received it yet. Now Monday JULY 3rd I called and asked where the ring was brain said they were waiting for my okay to order it. I decided I didnt want to go through them since they had plenty of opportunities to get my okay and didnt. When I went to get my money back the sales rep treated me so badly. It really hurt my feelings I was only checking on the status of the ring and they treated me like I was a pest. I never once got upset with them even though its been two months.
