Had eye Dr give exam and she said I need new glasses, been 7 yrs about time. Well for three months now Montrose unable to get new glasses, they suggested I drive to Delta Walmart to get them, why can Delta handle it and Montrose cant even say when they can get me new glasses. Youd think Vision Center is a national company could explain what is going on you know transparency. Walmart should make them be more transparent.
Wont tell you if there is product availability? I have to travel an hour and a half just to see.. really? Customer service at its finest.
Its Wal-Mart. Not exactly known for quality. Maybe if they paid employees fairly things could be better. These folks work hard but they are not compensated well for their great efforts.
