I was rather disappointed today... Though the staff was friendly and quick... Upon entering the store and requesting the use of the bathroom, I was informed that they did Not have a public restroom :( ... I have shopped here 12 years now and this was the first time I have ever been refused use of the bathroom facilities.

Needed toilet paper so I popped in to grab a roll or 12. The entire back shelf where t.p. is covered the full length and over my head with boxes I can not see brands pricing or anything. The garden isle is completely inaccessible with boxes and products stacked in it. I have never seen it in such disarray before today. I guess they got a new manager and they must be struggling. What a mess.

I am a loyal customer at the family dollar store. I really enjoyed going there because the friendly customer service usually. I travel on my bicycle and I use a backpack because of that. I went inside the store today. As soon as I walked in a male employee. I bwbelie he is a manager. Told me very rudely that I couldnt bring my backpack in the store. I asked to leave it behind the counter while I was shopping. He told me no. He said I had to leave outside or just go somewhere else and do my shopping. I have no problem with the policy that customers cant walk around the store with backpacks. I dont understand why I was not allowed to leave my backpack in the front behind the counter. So I could shop and not have to worry about it being left outside. For some thief to grab. Also I was very embarrassed and felt very disrespected by the employee. I am not a thief. I have a backpack because I have to travel on bicycle due to a previous accident I was in. I will not shop in this family dollar again. You all should provide a safe place to put your customers backpacks or bags. If you have a policy that doesnt allow them to be carried in your stores. Give me a break . Any other stots with the same policy allows me to leave mt bag behind the counter. I dont believe that you should allow the employee to continue working for your company. Due to the awful customer service he showed today.

When I went in earlier today; 1 worker, Edwin was the first to greet everyone. He helped people find things and was already at the register when he saw people walking towards it. He put his job aside to help customers.My previous times going to Family Dollar, with everyone else, I had to wait 5+ minutes at the register. Tony gave away at least $10 in merchandise by not scanning it. My total shouldve been $25+. Instead, he only charged me $11. Nobody welcomed us in. They were too concentrated on stalking shelves with merchandise that they forgot there were people in the store.

Has every thing that you need its a lot better than Walmart and the people are very friendly

Friendly guy. Hes the only one working. Understaffed. Gets 5 stars because he was very positive and a great attitude.

Really good offered to help with everything and even offered to get me a basket when I was getting too much stuff thanks Family Dollar in Montrose

Tried to return some toys that I bought yesterday and was told they are not doing returns. Dont you think you need to tell people before they buy your stuff you should let them know. And I had MY recipe. The manager there not helpfully AT ALL

Staff was friendly and helpful prices were what I expected at a dollar store very well-stocked good selection of merchandise

The hours say open until 10pm. It was 9:00 when we tried to enter and the doors were locked and a light was off. If your hours are incorrect maybe you should fix them.
