For anyone wondering....very very different trucks from fit, feel and finish to everything, especially everything under the hood. Wow. Youd never think a truck this size could get down the road like it does. The 2016 was strong, but this 2020 is much stronger.

I took my car in last week, they said they would call me with the details. Never heard from them then I called back yesterday and the reception lady said oh Ive been so busy I never got back to tou..The parts should be in today on ups..so I waited till today about 11:30 .I called back once again she got my name wrong then put me me on hold and the other lady lady said oh done..The car they lent me to drive was dirty inside and out. And hardly no gas..not happy, and Im hoping the parts were installed better then the customer service. Not happy will not return

Horrible service center. I have had so many issues with these folks that I will never purchase a Ford again in my lifetime. They have given wrong quotes on items and said one project would take 8 hours when it ended being about 2 weeks so to mechanic error. I wrote a letter to the owner who promised he would look into this and get back to me. Surprise surprise never heard from him again. Save yourself a headache and by a Dodge.

I went there for a vehicle recall. Professional and courteous service. They were fast, and the shuttle driver willingly took me to the store and picked me back up. He was very customer service oriented, personable and provided good conversation and very friendly service. He ended the trip with a hand shake, which you dont find such professionalism much anymore. Highly recommend this dealership.

I don’t usually buy vehicles from a dealership. As an engineer and vehicle owner/ maintainer/ repairer for over 60 years, I prefer to buy 2-3 year old second-hand cars directly from the original owner, confidant that I can spot and avoid any serious mechanical problems. This time, however, a deer collision disrupted my planned schedule for replacing the current model, and I couldn’t find anything suitable in the usual roadside lots and online lists. So I was forced to consider the dealership inventories. I was dreading the encounters with the “usual” used car salesmen, and so was pleasantly surprised by my encounter with Brody Highland and the Ford / Nissan dealership in Montrose. Brody was very low-key and patient. We drove 5 or 6 cars on their lot, and he was knowledgeable about them all, whether they were Ford models or not. When it came to the $$, he provided good advice on which prices were firm and which had wiggle room. When I proved indecisive about the choices on the lot, he went the extra mile and found another car that was still being prepared for sale. It turned out to be the one I wanted. He then took me through the paperwork blizzard involved in buying from a dealership, and made the whole experience as pleasant as possible. I recommend Brody Highland and the Ford/Nissan dealership in Montrose, especially to those with less experience in buying used cars.

We loved the people and vehicles here so much, after we bought my husbands new truck we decided to buy a SUV for me. I love it. Very nice! BRODY IS AN EXCELLENT salesman. Then we were able to work with Wild Bill. They both went above and beyond. We also had them put a sliding 5th wheel hitch in. The service people were very helpful and professional. They all deserve more than a 5 star. I will recommend them to anyone. To top it off, we received a very nice note from Wesley Abbott. Hes an executive manager. He thanked us for our purchases. Wonderful, professional. Anyone would love to buy a vehicle from them.
Got a good price for my used car but they didnt take out ANY taxes. Which cost me $700 more then what my title and tags should have. And they sold me a vehicle that had a very serious safety issue, which they knew about. Even Ford itself said they should have fixed it before letting it leave the lot. Be very careful with any dealership in Montrose!!

My son bought a used Blazer two weeks ago (Feb 2016). Within two days the transmission went out. He called the dealership they never got back to him. After spending $2,200 to put in a new transmission, he went to the doctor and the Blazer wouldnt start. It is siting in front of the urgent care center as we speak. Pretty tough to get to work the next day - I guess he will walk. He is young and doesnt have a lot of money so going to work is vital. So I guess he will tow it and have to put more money into it. Good job Ford selling a clunker to a kid that needs reliable transportation to work. Safe to say, no one in my family (and I have a big one) will buy anything from this dealership. Poor business.

Long story not so short, I bought a 2017 F-150 from Montrose Ford Nissan. They had the model I wanted down in Denver, but I wanted to buy locally. They informed me the truck I wanted was in New Mexico, so they bought it from the dealer down there and had it driven up here. I paid a few hundred extra than the one I wanted in Denver but again I wanted to support locally owned business. After several weeks, I noticed a crack on the clear coat of the rear bumper, not a big deal but over time it got worse until clear coat issues were showing up all over the rear bumper. Surely this was something that would be handled under warranty. I brought it in, pictures were taken and sent to corporate Ford, who denied the claim and stated there was third party paint on the vehicle, because their clear coat is perfect and would never ever crack (....). Well considering I bought it new, there is a small issue here.. who painted the truck? After some research online, turns out this isn’t the first time this has happened. I brought this to the owners, Wes’, attention. Without hesitation and without the run around, he assured me it would be taken care of at the dealership level. He paid to have it repainted and for the rental car I needed in the mean time, no questions asked. A huge stressor off my shoulders. Wes, and the service department, especially Steve and Mike, are squared away at this dealership. I highly recommend them.TL;DR: had paint issues on a brand new truck, they took care of it. Dealership is dialed in.

Dont expect anyone here to have a clue about how to set up your FordPass wifi. Their inexperience and less than knowledgable experience and skill with FordPass was a serious let down, especially after driving more than 50 miles to speak with someone.As a matter of fact, the skilled technician they hooked me eup with as their leading expert, excused himself from our conversation, said he would be back with more information, and after 15 minutes of waiting, we understood hed skipped out completely. Devastating and disappointing.

Low life white trash from sales staff, GM to services...I thought I were back to South East US...nice smiles and bunch of lies to snatch your money. I bought 2 Nissan Titans from them in 2 months (total sale exceeding $50k) to learn that the place has ZERO intergrity... ready to snatch your money and lie. I would rather loose money with a reputable dealers in Grand Junction than deal with this circus in the future.
After driving from Grand Junction to test drive a truck. I showed my car to the salesman and expressed my interest in the transaction. I was informed that the person who did the used car evaluation wasnt available. After spending more than an hour with the salesman no one even took a look at my car and there was never an offer of any kind. I called the salesman the day before and told him that I was driving down to look at that particular truck. Now in order to persue the sale they want me to return with my wife to test drive the truck and have someone evaluate our car. Its an hour each way why would I come down twice when nothing happened the first time? Im over it!

The last few weeks I found myself in a situation with my vehicle that no single mother or anyone would ever want to find themselves in. A few years back I purchased a Kia through Ford Nissan here in Montrose. Didn’t have a single issue with this Kia until a few weeks ago. I had to take a detour and ended up hitting a speed bump. My car immediately started to leak oil so I took it to a mechanic to get it checked, who by the way charge me $85 just to look at it. This mechanic decided not to help me, which is certainly his prerogative, but now I was out $85 and left with no way to get to work, buy groceries or take my child to her various activities.Needing answers, I went to Ford Nissan - the place I should have started with. On Friday I talked to Michael. He said that they didn’t have room to look at it right then and there, but Monday he could take a look at it. Michael went out to my car and double checked to make sure that my oil wasn’t leaking into my antifreeze, which was very thoughtful and kind of him, making sure that it was safe for me to drive a short distance. On Saturday I considered getting a new vehicle, so I went to Erik Eckman. Erik is part of the sales staff and I knew that he would be able to guide me in the right direction. Unfortunately, we had to wait till Monday so my car could be looked at to see exactly what the total damage was. Monday finally rolled around as I anxiously waited to hear what the mechanic had to say about my car.Hope was still in my soul thinking that my Kia could be fixed. However, the reality of it was that I needed to get a different vehicle. With this knowledge and the assistance of Erik and the financial team at Ford Nissan, they worked together to find me an excellent vehicle with an extremely reasonable monthly payment that I can afford. I am forever grateful that they took the time and had the patience to take care of me.

They replaced the clutch on my truck – it broke down again after just 200 miles. They now claim its my driving…. We have 2 other stick-shifts with no issues and drive sticks since 20+ years. Never had an issue. They wont acknowledge that they either installed a malfunctioning part or did something else wrong. I cannot recommend a place which doesn’t take responsibility for their action. They dont call or provide updates. Really poor customer service.

They sold me a truck on empty, wouldnt fill it up, turned off the lights around my 3 month-old son and I, didnt help me set up my Bluetooth or show me the vehicle at all! Told me I should be grateful I got a good deal! I wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy! I should have driven to Denver or Salt Lake City instead of dealing with these scummy lowlife scumsuckers! They make me feel just ill about a vehicle I should love! I cried the second I got to my vehicle because I have never in my life been treated so poorly!

This dealership was a joke very misleading, I went in knew which car I wanted on the lot and they built me up just to fall, I blame most of it on the sales person who helped me Sherry Koester, she acted like her and the dealership were on my side had me running around all over the place back and forth from here and delta to get the papers I need, then when I got the last one she basically said we cant help you, well thanks for nothing very two faced of her., I ended up getting my car that I have been wanting a honda civic si, from a better dealership Grand Junction Subaru, they got me the same car I tried to get here alot newer,lot cheaper, lot less miles on it, and most important the dealership staff was genuine and tried to help me., Im sure the Montrose Ford is a fine place just need to get some better sale staff, BE CAUTIOUS OF THEM
