DONT go they dont back their work and dont take time to actually fix your vehicle. My truck broke down within 24 hrs and they will not tow it or look at it under what theyve already done or else I pay for everything again. Customer service isnt great at all very rude people.
Decent service at time of purchase. But sold me a car with an empty gas tank, and has ignored all phone calls and emails since.
My husband and I are traveling through and stopped because the check engine light came on. We understand that they are busy and don’t have walk-in repair work, but they wouldn’t even connect the sensor and pull the code for us. We’ve had that done before, it takes 5 minutes and doesn’t require a service bay. Very disappointed in the quality of their service!

Wouldnt recommend an oil change by them If you ever plan on doing it yourself. They put red loctite on my drain plug.
Poor service! Showed up after setting an appointment and was not on the list. There is a reason people set up appointments - to allow you to schedule your time and the customers as well. Did not have mechanics available, and could not commit to keeping them on my car until the job was completed. Went for lunch while waiting on my car. Does not respect the value of the customers time. Could not manage or schedule despite having a full week with my car while away on a trip. Never go here for service!
Let me preface that Id rather have a root canal than go through the purchase process of a car. That being said, it was a complete surprise to find a dealership with ZERO pressure and a flawless purchase. My husband found our truck from an online search, made contact with Maria Rubalcaba who became our saleswoman, offer reviewed and accepted with no hassle by Randy and after 10 minutes completing paperwork (we were cash buyers) we were off in the truck. We received a top-dollar trade in offer and a fair price for the new truck. Nothing could have been easier or more stress-free. I took a faulty torque loc and exuast brake off and installed a new transmission.Brought (had it towed) my 2004 dodge 3500 5.9l td in for a reprogramming. The service rep I called before having the truck towed said simple service hed have it done that day..I had to call the day my truck arrived as I never received phone call for conformation of arrival like the service rep told me would happen. When I called service rep I was informed that reprogramming that model of truck may result in having to buy a new pcm as sometimes they short circuit.My exact words I dont care just fix it.2 weeks waiting for some word on my truck I call them to find out the situation. He said they ordered a after market pcm and it would arrive and they would have it taken care of.2 more weeks go by. I call them they say crystlers obd2 uploads arent not coming through that they are not able to reprogram any pcms at this time.I call every dealership in the area and a few on the other side of the state none are having any issues with downloads from crystler.Tried going in to speak to a manager and none were there I have not received a phone call from any managers regarding the issue. Evan after a email was sent to the entire companies management explaining the situation and how it was unacceptable service.I could have ordered a preprogrammed pcm from fs1pcms and had it in 2 buisness days and had it installed myself and been driving my truck for the last month.I would give them a lower rating if possible.This is how they treat someone who has spent 65,000 on 2 other vehicles with them in the last 2 years.Update on review after getting my truck back the reprogramming flower motor did to my truck messed up my afe fuel system that was working fine for 2 years afe a quality company has warranty a 3rd fuel pump that is still not working because of something flower screwed up on my truck. I havent put 100 miles on my truck since i got it back from flower motor in may 2021 they refuse to do anything to help the management and service department are purely crooks if they decide to fix what they messed up this review will be changed.
Had a major problem with my 2012 ram 1500 on Monday, well past my warranty, had it towed to a buddy’s shop who tried to fix the problem but it was out of his scope. Had it towed Tuesday morning to flower and the service manager watched it go into the back with me, he asked me a few questions and said, “we will get you taken care of.” Walked in and handed Paige the keys, was called later the same day with a repair estimate that was completely reasonable for the magnitude of the repair that had to be done. Was called at 5pm on Wednesday and told my truck was ready to be picked up, went in, paid less than the estimated repair cost, and happily drove my truck home. I have never had an experience as smooth and painless as this happen with any vehicle I have ever owned. Shout out to Sven for rescuing Ron Burgundy’s heart and getting him back on the streets. Thank you so much John, Paige, and Sven!
I dont mean to complain but this is just not right. I took my pickup to Flower Motors too have a cabin air filter access door put on, oil change and it took about a half hour to 45 minutes. The service rep told me everything was done the access cap was installed and I said ok he said it was kind of warped but they got it on. I went to my truck looked in the box to make sure they used the one in the box that I provided. Inside the box was still the access cap, so I went home pulled out the glove box and there was the filter with no access cap door installed. They didnt even bother to use one of their own they just didnt put one on. So I called and talked to them, he said the mechanic said he installed it, and I said no I took my glove box out to see if it was installed and it was not. He said bring it down. I took it down handed the access cap to the service rep, he took it and went too the back to talk too the mechanic, came back out the mechanic came out a few minutes later. We went outside and I already had the glove box out so all he had to do was put it in. He forced it in like he said you had to do sometimes, but I was waiting for an apology for saying it was installed when it hadnt been but not an apology nothing. Moral of the story is make sure things you ask to get done gets done!

Stopped by today on our way home to California because of an engine error. Got us in and troubleshoot. Unfortunately it’s a major issue which could not be fixed quickly.Paige and Drew were amazing and explained us exactly what was going on and advise us on the warranty and even took the time to explain us on another engine how the parts work to answer all our questions! Excellent costumer service!

Had a problem with my Jeep 800 miles from home. Towed it in from 9,000 feet, they diagnosed the starter, ordered, arrived net morning, was back on road next morning by 10:00. I always hold my breath at dealers as they are 50/50. I got a referrel befor towing to Flower as I generally avoid the dealer. They pulled through very well, and a shout out ot the shuttle driver that helped us out when we were without a vehicle.
I liked the way the company did business. They answered questions, offered me a fair price and we closed the deal.

Wanted to get a repair done to my jeep. Found there was a TSB related to the issue. Took the Jeep in and was told they wouldnt do the warranty work because it had a lift on it. Took the Jeep to Grand junction and it is scheduled to be repaired next week even despite the lift. I didnt buy it here because they wouldnt work with me on price. Now Im being gouged by the service department. Its time for a new dealer.
The entire process of checking out the Jeeps I was interested in, test driving and answering all of my specific question went better than I anticipated. They were able to answer all of my questions and concerns. The sales lady was very pleasant to deal with. I received what I considered a fair price from Flowers for the Jeep I bought. All and all, I was very satisfied in my transaction with Flower Motor Company.
Worst service experience of my life. Its too detailed to write up here, but after wasting weeks of my time, they couldnt even tighten the 4 bolts correctly on the warranty part they installed. I finally found a competent dealership in Utah to fix their mistakes. Drive to another dealer if you can.

Glad they could get me in the same day I broke down. The staff was very nice, work was good. The only downside was they were very expensive. For a 3 hour labor job, they were $200 more than 2 other Chrysler dealers I called. Thats the only reason for 3 stars.

My husband and I were in this past Saturday, March 30, 2019. I had looked on the website for used vehicles. I saw a 2008 Ford Edge that caught my eye. We went just thinking to look. Came from out of town, from Tucson AZ, to visit family for 4 days. Found out my car was overheating so to took it here to be fixed. They did not have the part for my Chrysler 200 so they had to order a part from Denver. They told me it would take another day to get it; it took two. They told me again that it would be there in the morning and be done in the morning as well. At this point I highly doubted that but held them to it because its their word and I needed to drive home this day, which already had me behind schedule. I got my car back around 2PM and could not make it all the way home because I got it back so late. ALSO it was EXTREMELY difficult to get a hold of Paige (the one who I dealt with when I dropped my keys off).

This is my third vehicle with Flower Motors. Its always a pleasure being in their dealership, whether its purchasing a new vehicle, the parts dept or getting service. Its good old Western hospitality. Last year I special ordered a new JL Rubicon and the process went smoothly and Im enjoying it on the local mountain 4 wheel trails. I just placed a special order and received a new 2020 SRT Challenger Hellcat and once again the folks were friendly, courteous and efficient through the whole process in delivering it to me. Upon picking it up the salesman Luke Tollefson had spent extra personal time making sure it was beautifully detailed to the T. I know the fine folks at Flower will take good care of me and my cars in the future.
All the people I dealt with were super friendly, I dont remember names but the gals in service were great as well as the gentlemen in parts. Although the part I ordered didnt make the delivery, they were very apologetic for the mistake. So my Challenger will be going there for this current problem and future maintenance.

Guy named Bill at the ram jeep dodge dealership was super shady considering it was my first time with dealership car ownership. I asked about financing with a company and union I knew and he said no. Inherently you actually cant say no and Im at fault for not doing enough research, but nobody appreciates being taken advantage of.

Great service Dept.!!! Got my vehicle in on short notice, and fixed the problem in only four days. The local dealer where I purchased it had it for a month and never got around to it. If there were a perfect service department, it would be Flower Dodge group. I have been a customer for over 5 years and there staff, Brian and Paige have always been super friendly and very professional. The mechanics seem to be on top of their game because they have always been timely and any problem I have they have corrected. I am the type that knows nothing about vehicles and I have even called on them to make sure the tire pressure remains correct. You buy a vehicle from a sales staff but the life of the vehicle is with the service group. Guaranteed best group I have dealt with in many years, and I trust them.

Service department is horrible. The transmission was leaking on my brand new Ram. I brought it to them explaining the shifting problems and the leak to them. The mechanic tried to contradict every complaint and then all they did was replace the seal that is once again leaking. Its been two weeks. It seems they dont want to actually repair warranty work. They try to drag it out until your warranty is gone. We would not purchase from this dealership nor will their service department be doing any work on our vehicles. Their service rates have gone up to where even if you bring your own oil and filters it still cost 200$ to get oil changed. Outrageous! Taking truck to dealer in Grand Junction. Thanks for wasting my time Flowers.
We did not have a good experience, the sales representative and sales manager did not understand the various options of the UConnect system. We were told we yes, we had UConnect Navigation and emergency access to UConnect; we did not. The radio system was only 8.4 and not 8.4c ; when we called fir assistance to connect we were told to just sign in should have access.We only had access to CarPlay, which requires cell service to work, traveling across country there are many locations without cell. Very disappointing after paying $71k for the new RAM Laramie. We traded the truck within a week for the safety features we had originally thought we had. Very costly!
