Sunesta is a great company to work with. Chris and Derrick did an excellent job with the installation of the large awning on our west facing deck. It has made a huge difference and we can now enjoy more time outside.

This was a 5 star experience in every way!These guys showed up on time for the initial consultation and measurements, emailed me an entire package of paperwork for my HOA, and when we had the approval they placed our order by phone.The install took just under an hour by the 2 installers who were in and out and they gave us a demo on how to care fore and maintain the awning and swap out the battery’s for the wind guard.5 stars and my highest RECOMMENDATION to Sunesta of the upper Midwest.

We have a west-facing deck that is so sunny and so hot, it was unusable most of the time. Got a Sunesta awning installed this summer and it made a world of difference. Dan, Derrick and Eli were the install crew, and they did a great job getting our new awning installed. It was not an easy job on the 2nd story deck! Awesome improvement to our house. When you want to stop screwing around with clumsy deck umbrellas and their ilk, get a Sunestra. They. Just. Work. Plus, they dont take up precious deck space! We got two of them, each one expertly installed by Chris and John (both polite, fast, and efficient workers) and configured according to our needs. They keep our dining area and sun room cooler, too. Glad we did this.

Our sales rep that came out was early and answered all of our questions. Even though our install was delayed because of missing hardware, the company was very good with communication. Chris and Derrick came out to do the install. They arrived early and were very professional.

Ordered a Sunesta patio awning through Gutter Helmet of Minnesota April 7, and was given 5-6 weeks as a delivery time. On April 28th (3 weeks) they called to say it was ready and asked if they could install it the next day. I was happy to say yes. Was also happy with the result. Chris and Derrick arrived a little ahead of the scheduled time and did a professional installation job very efficiently. Am very pleased with the product and its features, too.

We had a new awning installed by Chris, Derrik, and Logan yesterday. They were prompt and professional. Chris took the time to make sure it was being installed at the location of the deck we wanted and went over all of the features. We added the wind sensor and it worked great when the winds picked up last evening rolling in on its own. It feels like we have an addition to the house since the entire deck is now shaded. The guys cleaned up any debris from the installation and were quickly on their way.

The Sunesta Awning is a great product, well built, soild, and with a wide choice of screen colors and designs. I just had my second Sunesta awning installed. The first was installed in my old house in 2015. That awning replaced a Sunsetter, which was adequate, but it was manually operated and not the best quality. After renovating the exterior we had the Sunesta installed. It was quite a bit more than the Sunsetter but the quality cant be compared. When we moved to a newly built home we knew our west facing deck would need an awning and that we would choose a Sunesta. They offer a 25% discount to previous owners, which helps a bit on cost. The installers, Chris and Derrik did a great job getting that beast installed (at 15 wide its very heavy) and adjusted. I never had a problem with my previous Sunesta awning and dont expect any with this one. I highly recommend a Sunesta if youre looking for a high quality motorized awning.
