Saved over $700 on a premium double vanity with marble top and matching mirror. Far cheaper than the big box stores, but matching or surpassing in quality. Very impressed by the selection. Staff was great and patiently helped us. The store also had a lot of quality plank flooring and window treatments that we will back to buy.

It was an open house when I was there 10/29/16 with food and treats! Too bad for the rainy day. They had a lot of stuff I wouldve bought if I were more responsible with my money.I believe it was said, mostly new items where packaging design was changed and others were discontinued products. Predominantly from The Home Depot.I havent checked the online site yet, but Im pretty sure they have one.

Went here last week on a suggestion from a friend who had purchased some LVT flooring from them several months ago. Josh, the owner, was super helpful and walked us through the options he carries. He was so patient with us. We there for over 45 minutes, discussing/narrowing down our final choice, which he also assisted with (thankfully). We ordered just over a 1000 sqft of premium LVT for far cheaper than the big box stores. Thanks Josh for the help. We will be back soon for one of your premium vanities as well.

Great selection of products, be sure to head back into the warehouse portion. The staff was super knowledgeable and helpful. I purchased some exterior house lights and he even helped carry them to my car!! I plan to go back for window blinds soon.

We just discovered this place a week or two ago. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We just bought flooring today for our bathroom and were given good info on the brand and type. We are in the process of finishing our basement and have our eye on a lot of items (there is a wide variety of things) to get as we finish that. Thanks for all your help today, we will be back!

Josh went out of his way to hold tile for us until we got an accurate measurement and could return to pick up. We saved over $10 a square foot for our floor tile and shower base tile over what the Tile Shop quoted us. We were able to also tile our bedroom with what we saved. We will be back to Ultimate Home Outlet for our next project. Very friendly and knowledgeable owner and the prices are great!

The prices arent really comparable to other home outlet stores. The owner is really nice, though. I might try to shop again in the future. However, when prices are close to new at big box stores, its difficult to make a purchase.

Great Find. Went there yesterday and bought a new 48 vanity. Have been looking for one for quite some time. The guy that helped me said they were directly from the manufacturer. Great quality and saved about $850 compared to a vanity I was looking at on the Home Depot website that was comparable. Will be back!

Didnt care for items and options

This place is much bigger than it looks. Tons of home improvement products in their warehouse. Got a like new wet dry vac. Worked perfectly. Saved $60 compared to big box store. Will be back for more toys (with my wifes permission).

To be honest, I never knew this place existed. Their products are from a local big box home improvement store. They get the discontinued, slightly damaged, one-off items. The discounts are quite large and they have quite a bit of home and home improve products.

I drove from Blaine out of this place And was not disappointed Almost everything comes from home depot but at a severely discounted price They also carry some of their own products

They had great deals on their on-line auction items. Josh was very helpful and friendly when I brought in some items to consign for auction. The store has lots of new tools, hardware, lighting, ceiling fans, paint and bathroom vanities that you can purchase for about 50% or more off retail in their front showroom They also have two Bargain Bin areas with lots of new smaller hardware and household items that you can purchase for cheap. I liked the 3 large and clean auction areas that were well organized and well lite. It was also easy to get to ...about 2 blocks south of Interstate 94 on Highway 25 in Monticello, MN.

They have alot of nice products there. Were considering purchasing flooring and a bathroom vanity from there. John & Josh are very friendly.

Awesome place to pick up home improvement items at a discounted rate. They have overstock, discontinued, and open box items found at Home Depot. Down side is their stock is ever changing. Helpful personnel as well.

Wow! What a store! Found this place on craigslist and drove up from Minneapolis to check it out. Lots of great deals on home products like vanities and lighting. Most items come from Home Depot and around 40 to 50 percent off. The employees were very friendly and answered all the questions we had. We also have been to a couple other places like this in the twin cities area, but this one was by far our favorite. Very clean, organized and the prices were cheaper for what we were looking to buy. We purchased two fans, a light fixture and a small vanity. Everyone should check this place out!

There is some pretty good deals at this store its returned Goods that go back for sale if you sign up on their mailing list you can receive email notices of the items that come in on their trucks weekly.

I bought a ceiling fan from here that said it had been inspected and worked. Once we put it up, we found out that this was not the case. Customer service for the fans company wouldnt help us out either since it was bought from an outlet store. Not worth the trip up from the twin cities or the money we thought we saved on it. I would much rather pay full price on something that actually works!

Top-notch customer service! A hidden gem for DIY home remodelers like my husband and I. I went in to buy something I found on Craigslist. I was greeted multiple times to ensure someone was helping me. I was shown around the warehouse and impressed with the goods they had. I purchased a portable dvd player set for the car, but I will be back for a bathroom vanity and some tile. Happy I found this place!
