Massive store in Monticello, MN.There must be a million or more individual items to choose from.Holy cow, every aisle is packed with something everyone can use.Plus, the place seemed very neat and clean.Workers I encountered were very helpful.

Always a hassle free store to shop at. For the most part customer service is good. I am a customer service trainer so I am a tad bit critical when it comes to customer service. Up front at check out could smile more, they could say hello when they start your transaction, and of course thank you for coming in when the resident is handed off, but for the most part, and a huge plus, the register process is quick. The store is always clean and the staff on the floor are knowledgeable or they find someone that knows.

Went in there to look at a gun or two, and there was no one at the counter. I know that they cant have anyone work that particular counter, because of the more legal steps to get a firearm purchased. But, there are employment issues everywhere, my star rating is neutral.

Employees are very helpful! The store is clean and everything is very easy to find.

The people in sporting goods, which was the only department I shopped in, were great. Helped explain the process, made insightful suggestions for accessories, and were very patient. Overall a wonderful experience.

Items not on stock that were sold to me. Customer service reps were nice enough, but could do nothing to help.Runnings and Mimbach Fleet seem to be much better option than Fleet Farm.

Wish I remembered their names, but had a good experience at Home Depot. Been searching for a utility trailer and they happened to get what I was looking for in stock. A young lady, Id assume a lead, (whom loved her colorful pens) helped me. She and I believe an assistant manager, who stayed late after closing clocking out, helped me with the purchase. Both were great to work with. Thanks for the great service!

With help from their good employees I found the ground blind my husband wanted. The shelf tags were not accutate.

Had tires installed on a Monday afternoon and it was very busy. The employees were very friendly, but it took 2 hours when they said it would be 90 minutes. Will probably return for service in the future.

Everyone loves Fleet farm! This place has everything a guy or gal needs. From clothing, tools of many popular brands, fishing equipment, wide range of farming supplies, lawn equipment, other household items and many other items too much to list.

Shopia at customer service is a absolute rock star. What a great asset they have in her. Was probably the best service experience that we have ever had. Thank you so much.

A clean store full of friendly, knowledgeable staff. However, they never have a full selection of clothing sizes. The last 3 trips Ive made to this store Ive ended up driving to the Brooklyn Park location to get the sizes I need.

Fleet Farm is one of the only stores that sells a variety of womens hunting attire, in Blaze Pink! (Cabellas did have one single item in this color.) Kudos to Fleet Farm for being inclusive in outdoor sports!!! I bought new DSG Flapback Overalls, DSG winter jacket, Blaze pink and and gloves. Ill be back!

Its lack of firearms and ammo saddens me.

I travel all over the country.I came off the interstate specifically to come to this store.At other locations my small, friendly dog has always been welcome.We were told that he is not allowed in this store.Their sign on the door says we love your pet, only underneath it in smaller print does it say that they are not allowed in the store.Shouldnt their policy be posted conspicuously as their supposed feelings?I was planning on spending some money here. I did not.And, I will not return to this store!

I saved my 1st visit for a rainy day, Impressive!I dont know how the market research came up with sustainable numbers but, it will be interesting.I made my way around the whole store, its big. I got a few pics to highlight, enjoy!I might shop next visit.

Overall a great store & love Toyland at Christmas. However, drove in for 2 items in the sale ad recently. They had neither. Disappointing. Also they never have any rifle or pistol ammo. Also disappointing. And the checkouts can be slow sometimes. 3/5

Love this place. Only wish they would train their employees to be more outgoing, offer assistance...can never find someone to help except at the checkout or customer service in the front. Always nice checkout crew.

Shelves are pretty bare at this store, inventory is suffering.

Great sale on jeans for him, great price on boot laces for my winter boots and also got a couple tough chewers dog toys on clearance for our babies. Great customer service as well. I was pointed directly to where their laces are located. Highly recommended store! Keep up the great work because it is appreciated!!

Imagine that Cabelas and Home Depot had a baby, that is Fleet Farm. They sell everything from guns and hunting gear to tools and equipment. It was awesome shopping there. I wish theyd expand to Texas.

Golly This store is big… Got packed full of hunting fishing sporting-goods clothing and such! Automotive and tool department!They’re even have a pretty good selection of food and canned goods frozen pizzas and such pop!!

Went to look for a new ice fishing rod holder. After looking at a few a CSR rep told me about a way to convert a plastic gun case into a rod holder. Ended up going that route and it worked great. Appreciated her recommendation

There store is fine. Just not for me. This is the second time Ive ever been to a Fleet Farm and I just dont like them. Reminds me of Wal-Mart, 20 checkout lanes and only three are open

This is a clean Fleet Farm location! Helpful staff, well laid out. If you are not from Monticello, it is a very easy off and back on the freeway! Its very accessible to locals and paasers by as well.

Reasonablely priced for grocery, household apparel, and seasonal items. The employees in the auto center are fantastic. Its a shame that the company continues to lay off their employees. Not enough people on the sales floor to provide customers the help they need. Sooner or later youre going to have healthy hard working employees (whos covering additional workload) begin to burn out and get sick.

Firearms Dept closed at 5pm gate closed, zero staff seen in Sporting goods.Disappointing to say the least

Was disappointed to find out that the 10% discount for military & veterans was over on Saturday when I was at the checkout counter. The checkout person agreed with me, staying that it should be continus.

Good selection. Prices have gone up considerably after the change in ownership.

Cashier very polite and helpful. Floor staff restocked shelf when I told her I needed more of a certain product.

They have no contact pick up in there gated yard. So I went to pick up a package and the security guard was not on duty. I waited and waited until I was fed up and there was enough room for me to drive around the gate. The customer package girl have me a big attitude and cussed me out when she turned her back on me. And the security guard came over to scream at me for going around his gate when he was no where to be seen. Both employees who had one job both disrespected me because they failed at doing there job. Was the security guard at the gate when he should have been? No, did he wear a mask when he confronted me? No he did not. I would not waste my time with online pickups at this location.

The had sale on oil for one week, I came to store to store 3 days later they still didnt remove their sale ticket. So I paid full price.

I always have a great experience at Fleet Farm, can always find what Im looking for plus deals on impulse items and the staff are awesome.

Ive always received great customer service at this Fleet Farm. The store is very spacious and well kept. We are farmers so appreciate always being able to find quality products for anything farm related and in between. We also love the annual Toyland, which gives customers one of the biggest toy selections in our area.

One of my personal favorite fleet farms out there, highly recommend checking it out!

They have great selection on all kinds of items from clothing, gardening, hunting, to even groceries. my daughter loves the variety of candy they sell. I like that they have my dog food for a reasonable price. staff is always nice and helpful.

The lack of products on the shelves in this store is just going downhill. Their ice fishing section used to be a lot bigger but is really lacking. Not only that, they do not ensure that their customers are wearing masks when they walk in the door and come up to the registers. The amount of coughing individuals walking around without masks on is disturbing. There are stores refusing to let people enter the store, or let them check out if they will not follow the mask mandate. maybe Fleet Farm should get on board with that idea.
